Uruguay superstar Luis Suarez is changing his story AGAIN -- and now ADMITS he bit Italian player Giorgio Chiellini during a World Cup match last week.

Initially, Suarez insisted there was NO BITE -- despite strong video evidence -- saying he simply lost his balance and accidentally hit his face against Chiellini's shoulder.

But now -- after FIFA banned him for 4 months -- it seems Suarez has finally come to his senses ... because he just issued the following statement on his Twitter page:

Two NBA stars are forcing each other to sleep with one eye open ... 'cause they keep LOTION-BOMBING each other.

It all started over the weekend when Brooklyn Nets star Marquis Teague caught his former Kentucky teammate friend Doron Lamb passed out ... and hit him with some lotion to the head. Teague posted the pic on Instagram.

But Lamb -- who now plays for the Orlando Magic -- decided to strike back ... quickly.

Just hours later, when Teague passed out ... Lamb escalated the situation -- squirting lotion all over Teague's face, hand and arm.

Usually, this kind of passed-out debauchery is reserved for people who pass out with their shoes on ... at least, that's how it goes in college.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. tried to re-connect with rapper T.I.'s wife on the red carpet of the BET Awards, but she was having none of it ... possibly to avoid another Floyd/T.I. brawl.

Tiny was doing an interview on the red carpet Sunday night when Floyd came rolling by with his girl. He tried to get her attention -- calling her name and trying to grab her elbow -- but she ignored him and just hightailed it out of there.

It's amazing that Floyd would do this, since ... as TMZ previously reported ... it was Floyd's relationship with Tiny that set off the Floyd/T.I. fight at Fatburger in Las Vegas last month.

Round 2, anyone?

The Dutch airline that celebrated The Netherlands win over Mexico with a tweet that said, "Adios Amigos" -- coupled with a stereotypical pic of a man in sombrero -- is now apologizing.

KLM has been under fire ever since the airline posted the message Sunday -- which featured an image of a mustached man in a poncho and a sombrero next to a sign that said, "Departures."

The tweet pissed off a TON of people -- including actor Gael García Bernal who blasted the airline on Twitter ... saying, "I’m never flying your s**tty airline again. F**k you big time."

Now, the airline has finally responded ... issuing a statement that says, "We realize that our posts on Twitter and Facebook following the match triggered many emotional replies. We emphasize that it was never our intention to hurt anyone's feelings."

"In the best of sportsmanship, KLM apologizes to those who feel offended. In respect of the many reactions we received we decided to remove the posts."

Chris Brown and Justin Bieber both showed up to the BET Celebrity basketball game this weekend -- and one of 'em REALLY IMPRESSED with his hoops skills.

Of course, Bieber has been practicing his game like a maniac over the past year -- training in gyms all over the country and even at Lil Wayne's basketball court at his private sports compound.

The L.A. Clippers superstar -- and legendary hardcore S.B.T.B. fan -- was leaving Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills after the BET Awards this evening when he gave his #1 of all time.

It's not a bad pick ... but there's NO WAY it's better than A.C. vs. Morris!!

Just as he predicted, the neurologist Donald Sterling hand-picked to evaluate his mental health says his brain is in perfect working order to run the Clippers.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Sterling recently told the court he was 100% confident Dr. Jeffrey Cummings -- who runs the Cleveland Clinic -- would find that his mind is NOT the confused, discombobulated mess two other doctors said it was after testing back in May.

Now, sources tell CNN ... Dr. Cummings performed a comprehensive medical exam on Sterling in Las Vegas over the weekend and the results were just as pro-Sterling as Sterling had hoped.

According to the report, Cummings found that Sterling has no signs of dementia and no lack of mental capacity -- but did show signs of MCI, mild cognitive impairment, which is common in people Sterling's age.

The findings are SIGNIFICANTLY different than what is described in the report of the neurologists who say they examined Sterling in May. One doc says Sterling's mind is so off, he couldn't properly number a blank clock.

There's no better way to stick it to Belgium ... than with SYRUP ... so says Waffle House -- which is calling for a full-on boycott of Belgian Waffles in support of Team USA soccer ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Of course, USA is all set to face off with Belgium in the 2nd round of the World Cup tournament on Tuesday in a win-or-go home match ... and Americans are hungry to show their support.

But according to Waffle House -- they should start by staying away from the signature Belgian breakfast item ... with a rep for the All-American restaurant chain telling us, "We support a boycott on Belgian Waffles."

The rep adds, "We support America. We don't support Belgian Waffles."

Instead, WH says Americans should stick to American-style waffles (like the ones served at Waffle House) ... because it's the patriotic thing to do!

One's from Philly ... the other's from New York City ... but Will Smith and Marc Anthony instantly became Colombia superfans following the team's big win over Uruguay this weekend.

The two superstars were hanging out at a hotel in Colombia -- watching the locals celebrate the World Cup victory -- when someone tossed Will a Team Colombia jersey ... and he went loco.

According to local reports, Anthony is currently touring around the county and he's bringing Smith along as his special guest.

For the record ... the way James Rodriguez is playing in this tournament -- yeah, we're fans too.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Shaq -- who went by DJ Diesel -- took over the turntables Friday night at Chateau nightclub at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Vegas.

Shaq had been practicing for months (it's been a secret hobby for years) -- and it looks like the hard work paid off ... with the crowd rockin' and rollin' with every track he put on.

We're told ... Shaq rolled into the club around 1am and spun for roughly 30 minutes.

As one source put it ... "He started off a little slow. He was playing hip-hop. He got into a groove and actually ended the set really strong. He was mixing in some rock and roll, and that got the crowd going!"

The source added, "He was better then I expected him to be."

We're told the club was so happy, they gave O'Neal a custom bottle of Shaq Moet champagne as a thank-you gift.

Guess this means we haven't seen the last of DJ Diesel??? Stay tuned ...

Before he became a 1st Round NBA Draft pick ... Rodney Hood got himself ice'd out with $80k in high-end jewelry ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We know ... the day before the draft, the 21-year-old phenom hit up Rafaello & Co. in NYC -- and picked himself up a $50k diamond-coated stainless steel Breitling Bentley watch.

He also dropped another $30k on an 18-carat gold and diamond bracelet with princess cut and round diamonds. Not too shabby.

But Hood wasn't the only baller to go on a pre-draft jewelry spree ...Cleanthony Early also hit up Rafaello and got a $62k Rafaello & Co. yellow gold watch and a Cuban link diamond bracelet.

It's good to be rich.
