Johnny Futbol was hangin' at Galway Hooker Irish Pub in Houston, TX -- standing in the crowded bar with a bunch of other people as the U.S. gave away a victory to Team Portugal.
Sources at the bar tell us ... Manziel arrived to the bar with a pretty mystery blonde -- unclear if the woman was Chantel Jeffries ... who he had been seen with around town earlier in the weekend.

Floyd Mayweather $100,000 Rainstorm ... In Miami Stripclub
There musta been storm clouds following Floyd Mayweather this weekend ... 'cause dude made it rain HARD in a Miami strip club ... throwing around $100k in cash ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.
Mayweather rolled into E11even to celebrate DJ Irie's birthday -- with a backpack that we're told contained $100k in greenbacks (Floyd was showing off some of the cash on his Instagram page earlier that day).
Our strip club sources tell us ... Jamie Foxx and Diddy were also in the building -- and at one point Diddy called every stripper down to the floor while the guys threw around fist-fulls of cash.
It's not like it's a big deal to them -- according to Forbes, Diddy is worth around $700 mil ... and Floyd made $105 mil over the past 12 months alone.
It's good to be rich.
Rep. Jim Moran Redskins Name Is Disrespectful ... Patent Office Did 'Right Thing'
A Virginia politician is standing strong behind the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's decision to cancel the trademark on the term "Redskins" ... telling TMZ Sports the move was simply the "right thing to do."
We spoke to Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA) ... who was very strong about his belief the name of the of NFL team is disrespectful ... and needs to be changed, ASAP.
In fact, Moran's got advice for team officials -- saying, "They should give the football team a name that's respectful of all Americans ... particularly Native Americans."
Moran has previously explained ... that the name "Redskins" applied to scalps -- "There were posters that would provide a certain amount of money for each Redskin, for each native American scalp."
Moran told Talk Radio News Service ... "It’s wrong to glorify that term. Those native Americans who know the background are rightfully offended, so I think [team owner Dan Snyder] is going to have to change the name."
Alexi Lalas STOP BLAMING BRADLEY ... Blame Defenders Instead
Alexi Lalas wants everyone to STOP PICKING ON MICHAEL BRADLEY ... claiming it wasn't his fault Team USA blew it against Portugal yesterday -- instead, he's pointing the finger at 2 other players.
Let's face it ... Bradley has been under fire for the way he nonchalantly gave up the ball in the final seconds of the match ... leading to a Cristiano Ronaldo-assisted goal with time winding down.
But Lalas is adamant ... the blame doesn't belong with Bradley -- tweeting out to the critics, "Stop it. The goal was not because Michael Bradley lost the ball. It wasn't a complicated play. Defenders needed to defend."
Boom -- calling out the defenders ... Alejandro Bedoya and DaMarcus Beasley.
Is he right?

Even when he got back on the ride, the 24-year-old had problems starting it up again ... just a total disaster.
The good news? Broner and the car were unharmed.
The bad news? There's no rematch clause in the rental agreement.

We're told the pup is "doing great" ... and has grown into a healthy, beautiful, smart and friendly dog who's loved by his new family.
Don't ya just love a happy ending?

TMZ Sports was rollin' when Bradshaw -- who became famous for being the youngest skater to pull off a 900 earlier this year -- entered the bowl, smashed into another competitor and went wildly spinning into the air.
In a terrifying moment, Bradshaw was whipped into one of the side ramps -- head first -- with his helmet smacking the wall so hard, you could hear the crack over the crowd noise.

Drew Rosenhaus Rips DeSean YOU'RE A LOSER ... Deal With It
DeSean Jackson is a cry-baby and a loser ... who can't accept the fact he lost a legal war with his ex-agent ... so says that ex-agent Drew Rosenhaus who's blasting the WR in new legal docs.
TMZ Sports broke the story ... DeSean filed court docs against Rosenhaus earlier this month hoping to overturn an arbitration ruling in which D.S. was ordered to pay D.R. more than $500k in unpaid loans, fees and penalties.
In the docs, Jackson argued the arbitrator's ruling should be rendered invalid because the arbitrator had a bias in favor of Rosenhaus ... and therefore, he shouldn't have to fork over a single cent.
Now, Rosenhaus is firing back in legal docs of his own ... saying Jackson is wasting everyone's time, since Jackson and Rosenhaus had AGREED to abide by the arbitrator's ruling before the arbitration hearing ever began.
Drew claims DeSean filed his "scandalous" lawsuit to smear Drew's name in the media -- and wants a judge to hit the Redskins star with a $50,000 fine to "discourage such baseless litigation" in the future.
Seems DeSean is fighting a serious uphill battle -- because courts RARELY EVER overturn arbitrator's decisions. Doesn't mean it won't happen, but if you're a betting person ... put your money on Drew.
WNBA Star Candace Parker OFF THE HOOK ... In School Yard Clash
Good news L.A. Sparks fan ... Candace Parker will NOT be prosecuted for allegedly threatening to kick some dude's ass after a car crash last week ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Let's get serious ... if Candace wanted to kick the guy's ass, she would've done it -- she's kind of a badass.
But the L.A. County District Attorney decided the guy who claims he was in fear of a C-Parker smackdown after the two got into it on the campus of L.A. Southwest college didn't have enough evidence to prove the 6'4" baller committed a crime.
So the case against Parker was dropped ... and now she can focus 100% of her attention on beating the crap out of the San Antonio Stars this afternoon.
Sucks to be you S.A.
'Shark Tank's' Kevin O'Leary Donald Sterling Is a Business Genius!
He may be a racist ... and an ahole ... but when it comes to dollars and cents, disgraced Clippers owner Donald Sterling is a LEGEND in the investment community ... so says "Shark Tank" star Kevin O'Leary.
Mr. Wonderful was out in L.A. last night when we asked about the risks of investing in pro sports franchises ... and that's when the financial genius brought up Sterling.
"I think sports teams are based on losing money while you own them and hoping somebody else pays a lot more later. That has certainly been the truth. I mean the Sterling situation really accentuates that."
He continued, "[Sterling] put $12 million in play and now [the Clippers are] worth $2 billion? Very. Smart. Man."
O'Leary explained that people can argue about the content of Sterling's character ... but at the end of the day, you can't argue with the cold hard numbers.

Bodybuilding Legend STREET ARM-WRESTLING ... With TMZ Photog!
He's a 4-time Mr. Olympia ... he's got 21-inch biceps -- so you'd have to be an IDIOT to challenge Jay Cutler to an arm-wrestling match on the street ... right?
