He's sorta been on the down low ever since his marriage to Kim Kardashian fizzled, but brace yourselves .... because KRIS HUMPHRIES HAS FINALLY RETURNED TO HOLLYWOOD!!!

The Boston Celtics forward was out at Hooray Henry's nightclub early Friday morning -- rolling up around 1AM and leaving about an hour later.

Apparently, the whole thing was a guys night out -- because Kris and a few buddies showed up together and left together ... no women even joined the entourage.

Aaron Hernadez believes he's NOT SAFE inside Bristol County Jail ... claiming jail officers could be out to harm him ... and he's begging a judge to move him to another jail, STAT.

The former New England Patriots tight end just filed documents with the court asking to transfer to a jail located closer to Boston ... and his explanation for the request is very interesting.

Cincinnati Bengals safety George Iloka was bombarded with birthday wishes today after the team sent him a nice bday tweet -- problem is, it's not his bday ... his bday was 3 months ago.

The whole thing is a funny mix-up ... the Bengals tell TMZ Sports they simply had the wrong date marked in their calendar ... and they fixed it earlier today as soon as they realized the mistake.

The funny part ... George says he was a actually a little bit sad on his real birthday, March 31st, because he got NO birthday love from the team or the fans!!

"On my real birthday, no one tweeted me ... I said, 'Damn. No one likes me.' Now it all makes sense."

George says he's not mad at all (in fact, he laughed about it with the team).

The good news -- tonight happens to be George's friend's birthday -- and he was planning to party anyway ... "Now, we can celebrate my second 24th as well!"

The San Antonio Spurs aren't partied out just yet ... 'cause a bunch of the guys hit the club in S.A. to celebrate Danny Green's 27th birthday ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Green -- along with Aron Baynes, Cory Joseph, and NBA Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard -- celebrated the big 2-7 at Club Rio ... where the gang got on stage and danced the night away.

We're told the Spurs players spent the night poppin' bottles in V.I.P. status -- and were very cool with fans ... taking pics and chattin' with people all night long.

And get this ... the club provided special cupcakes for Green's group -- but they weren't selfish with the baked goods and had the servers pass some of them out to the crowd.

How's this for the perfect wedding venue -- Pittsburgh Steelers legend Hines Ward is getting married AT HEINZ FIELD ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We know ... the 38-year-old Super Bowl XL MVP is all set to tie the knot with his fiance Lindsey Georgalas next month ... and we know the ceremony will go down on the same field where he became an NFL superstar.

FYI -- the starting price to rent out space for an event at Heinz Field is $12,500 ... but that's for the smallest (and most basic) room.

Multiple wedding experts in the area tell us ... most weddings (especially higher-end weddings) will rent out bigger spaces ... which usually cost between $35k and $40k.

It's unclear if Heinz will actually send Hines a bill -- considering all the work he did at the stadium ... we're guessing at the very least, he'll get some sort of "I'm a Steelers legend" discount.

As for the couple, they've been dating since 2012. It'll be Ward's second marriage.

11:33 AM PT -- MYSTERY SOLVED!!! The new lady is Hannah Bartell -- a hotel sales executive.

Sources close to the couple tell us Hannah and Landon have been dating for about a year and are pretty serious.

Nice work, Mr. Donovan!

Landon Donovan's finding ways to keep his mind off that World Cup snub -- including a hot steak date with a hot chick in Beverly Hills last night ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

Donovan and a mystery woman (who bears a striking resemblance to his ex-wife Bianca Kajlich) hit up Mastro's Steakhouse in Bev Hills.

FYI -- Donovan and Bianca were officially divorced in 2011 ... 5 years after they tied the knot. Bianca is now married to "Loveline" co-host Mike Catherwood.

Sources close to the situation tell us Bianca and Landon are still cool with each other. In fact, we're told the relationship is "friendly."

As for the new lady on Landon's arm -- no word if they're "official" or simply good friends ... but they did look pretty happy together.

Though Landon would probably be happier if they were eating steak together in Brazil right now.

Justin Bieber shocked a gym full of people yesterday -- not with his basketball skills, but by keeping his shirt ON while he was balling.

Going topless has kinda become JB's trademark, yet he hit the hardwood at Equinox in West L.A. for a pickup game with his buds ... and actually wore a black tank (and headband) while playing.

It's all fun and games until someone gets shot in the face ... just ask New Orleans Saints running back Khiry Robinson who took a pellet to the grill during a paintball outing last week ... and TMZ Sports has the dramatic (hilarious) video.

It all went down this week at Paintball Command in Mandeville, LA where the Saints -- including QB Drew Brees and head coach Sean Payton -- gathered for a team-building paintball outing.

The video is pure hilarity, showing Khiry woofing and talking trash Tony Montana-style ... only to end up like Tony did -- on his back.

You can hear staff member Angel Santiago SCREAMING for everyone to stop shooting once he realizes Khiry got blasted -- and you can see the paint all over Robinson's face.

But don't worry ... we're told Khiry wasn't hurt at all -- and got back to paintballing right away.

For the record, we're told only one player complained about the pain from getting shot by a paintball -- Thomas Morstead ... who happens to be the kicker.

Shaquille O'Neal is no JOKE at the turntables ... and will actually IMPRESS the crowd when he makes his debut as a nightclub DJ in Vegas next week ... so says Kenny "The Jet" Smith.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Shaq -- aka DJ Diesel -- inked a deal to rock the wheels of steel at Chateau Nightclub in the Paris Hotel next Friday ... and he's taking the gig very seriously.

In fact, Smith tells us he's personally heard Shaq's DJ skills and says straight up -- "He's good ... I'm telling you man, you're gonna be surprised."

Smith says Shaq's been practicing behind the scenes -- and he's so good, Kenny says he would hire the Big Fella to DJ one of his own parties ... "for the right price."

So, what kind of music is Shaq's specialty? Kenny says there's a particular genre that's right in his sweet spot -- check out the clip.

They don't call it the Stanley CUP for nothing -- which is why a bunch of L.A. Kings players used it to serve up champagne to hot chicks in Vegas last night ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

Donald Sterling knew full well he was being tested for Alzheimer's when a doctor examined him last month ... but it's unclear if Donald knew his control over the L.A. Clippers was on the line.

TMZ Sports has obtained a letter written by the examining doctor to Shelly Sterling's lawyer, Pierce O'Donnell. According to the letter, the doc met Donald at his house on May 22. Shelly was also present.

After the exam the doctor concluded Donald's mind was impaired by the disease, to the point he was "at risk of making potentially serious errors of judgment, impulse control, and recall in the management of his finances and his trust."

Here's what's murky. It's unclear if Donald knew he was being examined for the purpose of determining if he should be stripped of control over the team. The doctor explains Sterling had previously been examined by a doctor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center who concluded he had Alzheimer's, and the doctor was there for a second opinion.

The doctor writes, "I asked him if he knew why I was there, and he said, 'I think so.'"

Keyshia Cole is officially pulling the plug on her marriage to ex-NBA player Daniel "Boobie" Gibson -- 3 months after revealing they had split.

Sources close to the singer tell TMZ she's already drawn up divorce papers and we're told she plans to file them any day now. The couple has a 4-year-old son.

Keyshia and Boobie had 2 wedding ceremonies ... the first in May 2011, and then a bigger -- aka expensive -- one four months later in Hawaii. One divorce will get the job done though.

Interestingly, Cole just released a new single called "She" which seems to allude to a female lover: "Down to try something different/Lips and legs/Soft skin so feminine/Curves like me/Covered in my cherry scent."

It may not be a prestigious world title win ... but TNA wrestler Bully Ray says he's been honored with something not many people in wrestling can lay claim too -- a Mae Young fart.

Bully -- aka Bubba Ray Dudley during his WWE run -- was out in Rockefeller Plaza Wednesday when we asked if he'd ever been hit with a stinker while wrestling an opponent.

Bubba says the most memorable time it happened was in 2001 when he famously powerbombed 76-year-old Mae Young through a table.

The Miami Police Department is coming out swinging against the Colin Kaepernick accuser -- claiming her allegations that cops tampered with evidence are total B.S. and they can prove it.

We broke the story ... the accuser, Jayniece Prichette, filed a complaint with the PD claiming "corrupt" cops tampered with her toxicology tests and rape-kit evidence ... and ultimately destroyed her case against the NFL star.

But a spokesperson for the Miami PD tells us the cops NEVER handled any of the medical tests or the rape-kit -- insisting that evidence was collected by medical personnel at a rape treatment center. The rep says cops never laid a hand on the evidence ... and only learned the results of the tests when the rape center contacted them with the information.

There's more ... Miami PD says they reached out to Prichette to follow up on her complaint -- but say she "wasn't cooperative" ... and officials ultimately made the decision to end the internal affairs investigation.
