Colin Kaepernick Accuser Files Complaint Against Miami PD ... Alleges Corruption

Published | Updated

The accuser in the Colin Kaepernick sexual assault investigation has filed a complaint against the Miami Police Dept. -- claiming "corrupt" cops tampered with evidence in her case.

TMZ Sports has obtained a copy of a "citizen complaint against police employee" document that Jayniece Prichette filed with the Internal Affairs Division of the MPD on April 11 ... ten days after the alleged incident.

In the section where Prichette is asked to describe who she is complaining about, she wrote -- "All North Miami Police Department - Corruption of Police possibly tampering with my toxicology/ rape kit evidence."

Prichette lists her mother and brother as witnesses.

As we previously reported, the Miami-Dade State's Attorney's Office announced it will NOT file charges against the 49ers QB -- claiming a thorough investigation yielded no evidence of a crime.

In the official report, the State's Attorney cites the results of the rape kit -- which showed no evidence of a sex crime -- as a major factor in the decision to drop the case.

TMZ Sports spoke with Prichette who tells us she's furious with investigators -- saying, "Police treated me like I was a suspect, and NOT a victim."

Prichette says she plans to sue the PD -- though, so far she has not filed a lawsuit.

We reached out to the Miami PD for comment -- so far, no word back.

Indy Racer Helio Castroneves Soccer Guys Pull More Chicks ... But There's a Reason

Published | Updated

Indy superstar Helio Castroneves knows ... in the race for chicks, his fellow drivers can't keep up with pro soccer players -- but Helio says there's a very good reason why.

The 3-time Indy 500 winner was out in L.A. this weekend when he spelled it for us -- and acknowledging he had a good run back when he was single, the footballers have definitely taken the lead.

Case in point ... well, just check out this gallery. Hard to argue with facts.

Jamal Anderson BLOG OF THRONES 'Worst. Father's Day. EVER.'

Published | Updated

**WARNING -- THE FOLLOWING POST CONTAINS SERIOUS "GAME OF THRONES" SPOILERS ... GOOD ONES, TOO ... PROCEED WITH CAUTION**

Atlanta Falcons great Jamal Anderson -- the creator of the Dirty Bird -- is a HARDCORE "Game of Thrones" fan ... like, borderline obsessed. So, when we asked him to put together a Monday "GoT" recap, dude was ALL ABOUT IT.

Soooo ... without further ado, here's Jamal's breakdown of last night's season finale -- "The Children."

---------------------------------------------

Now that was one hell of a season finale!! In addition to our fine cast of regular human characters, we got Dragons! Giants! Death dealing skeletons! The children! Kick ass HODOR! Sweet!

Last thing before we get into my recap ... Three cheers for Tyrian Lannister! Hell yeah!!!

"Death Marches on the wall, only you can stop it"

True to his word, Jon Snow gets super close to maybe/sort of offing Mance Raydar. During their tent 1-on-1, we finally learn why the Wildling army has been marching towards the wall -- they're trying to survive.

It's looking like an uphill battle -- and I don't mean getting over the wall. After Stannis Baratheon and his army rode them down ... this future doesn't look too bright for Raydar's gang.

"We do not kneel."

The first of many good scenes in our season finale last night. Enjoyed watching the Baratheon army march in and get to work. Stannis is in the North! Just in time for our brothers on the wall.

Cut to a laboratory in King's Landing for our shortest scene of the finale. The first of several scenes dominated by Cersei Lannister. The Mountain lives!!! And apparently, he's gonna be a much MUCH scarier version of himself ... thanks to good 'ol C.L.

"Your legacy is a lie"

We stay in King's Landing with the real boss of Seven Kingdoms, Cersei Lannister -- the place: daddy's office. Time for a confessional. What pleasure she took in breaking the incest news to her pops. Damn, she is no joke. Tywin Lannister's just getting into the WORST. FATHER'S DAY. EVER!

Cersei starts her third straight scene by giving up the nappy dugout to her brother ... again. WELP! She's on a roll and Jaimie is all in, If you know what I mean. You figured they'd be back at each other at some point. Gross.

Off to the Meereen as our Khaleesi is holding court. I doubt in her quest to free slaves did she ever consider some would want they're old lives back. WTF? As if that wasn't crazy enough her babies have gone off the rails. Of course I mean her dragons. And the Mother of Dragons is about to shut them down. They're torching kids now?! That's messed up.

Did you feel a tinge of sadness when those dragons were screaming as the door to the catacombs closed? Ok, maybe not ... they still looked pretty viscous. Thing is, the worst one is still on the loose. Oh boy!

"And now their watch has ended"

As the bodies of the Night's Watchman were burning, you could see her staring at Jon Snow -- red hair and flames ... look out Jon!!! While I'm talking flames, good to see Jon give his girl Ygritte a proper burial. Next season is going to be quite interesting for Mr. Snow. Stay tuned ...

From one member of the Stark Clan to a other we go. The long and perilous journey of Bran Stark is finally coming to a conclusion. Clearly it wasn't perilous enough as Bran and his cohorts get bum rushed by skeletons hell bent on killing. Unfortunately for Jojen, his journey comes to an end in the season finale.

"You'll never walk again, but you will fly!"

As for Bran ...let me take you back to Season 4, Episode 2 ... his journey became clear.

Remember, as he touched the Weirwood Tree in addition to several key visions, he was instructed to seek the three-eyed raven in the North. Bran can thank the children, who are not children at all, for helping him complete his quest. And now his training shall begin. Bran will never walk again, but he will fly? Oh yes, next season is going to be something else!

Our run of Stark children continues with our wayward two. On a quest to honor her vows to Lady Stark, Brienne final reaches Arya Stark and The Hound. In an episode loaded with big scenes, the fight between Brienne and The Hound was epic. Brienne is one bad mofo because Sandor Clegane (aka the Hound) doesn't lose fights. But she kicked his a**! Damn, it's been a tough for weeks for the Clegane boys, right?!

"Go on girl, another name off your list"

While Mr. Hound begs for her to end his life, Arya has other plans. Their long and interesting union has come to an end. Arya won't finish the Hound, but this is hardly the end for our girl. "Valor Morghulis." Arya is off on another adventure. No stopping her now.

As usual, the best of an awesome season finale was saved for last. That Tyrion Lannister is one helluva character. Freed by his brother Jaime & Lord Varys, our little friend doesn't just get out of Dodge. No, Tyrion's got other plans.

Revenge is a dish best served with death! Tyrion got to exact some revenge by killing his lover-hooker-mate. Shae had it coming for crossing the little fella during his trial.

If that wasn't good enough, the end of Father's Day was the end of his father's life. You didn't see that coming did you? Hot damn! Sorry, but I had a small smirk on my face as Tyrion fired those arrows into Tywin Lannister. He had it coming, too. Lord Varys knows the consequences at hand, oh does he ever.

Off Tryion goes, where he'll end up? We just don't know ... yet.

Folks, I've had a blast sharing my thoughts on "Thrones" with you this season. Next season is going to be awesome. The challenge is set, the bar is high, my bet is "Thrones" will deliver.

As they say, Winter is Coming!

Marion Barber 5 Cop Cars Responded to Arrest Scene

Published | Updated

Five marked police cars responded to the scene where former NFL star Marion Barber was arrested Sunday ... and TMZ Sports has a photo.

We broke the story ... Barber was taken into custody in Texas around 8PM on Sunday evening -- and though cops aren't saying why they arrested the former Dallas Cowboys RB, it's clear they made sure they had enough manpower to control the situation.

For the record, Barber was a PUNISHING player in the NFL -- and was known for trucking would-be tacklers with his violent running style ... so, yeah ... we get why cops would send the cavalry.

Witnesses tell us ... when cops arrived to the scene, they spoke with Barber for roughly 2 hours before he was handcuffed and placed into a squad car.

We're told people who watched the situation unfold from a nearby restaurant applauded and cheered when cops finally brought the situation to a close.

Barber was being held for "mental detention and observation" -- though cops won't say why.

Ex-Patriots Star CORNHOLES WAY INTO RECORD BOOKS

Published | Updated

He came. He saw. He cornholed ... a lot ... and now ex-New England Patriots star Matt Light believes his cornhole tourney this weekend was so massive, it broke a WORLD RECORD!!

As we previously reported, Light hosted his 2nd annual Cornhole Commotion tournament in Foxboro, Mass on Saturday to benefit his charity The Light Foundation, which helps at-risk youth.

Event organizers tell us ... 158 teams came out to compete -- smashing the old record of 145!! Matt submitted the proper paperwork and evidence (video and photos) to the people at Guinness -- and expects the organization to certify the record shortly.

As far as how Matt did in the tourney -- he advanced to the second round ... but couldn't cornhole his way any further than that.

Still, pretty damn impressive if you ask us.

L.A. Kings Parade Mayor Garcetti Cusses Live 'This Is a Big F****ing Day'

Published | Updated

The Stanley Cup is so powerful ... it even has normally boring politicians fired up -- like L.A.'s Mayor Eric Garcetti, who decided to drop a televised F-bomb at the Kings celebration today.

The L.A. Kings victory parade ended with a ceremony at Staples Center ... and Garcetti took the mic to gloat about winning a bet with NYC's mayor. Then, on LIVE TV, said ... "They say never ever be pictured with a drink your hand and never swear, but this is a big f***ing day."

Watch the clip -- Garcetti totally caught the censors off-guard (they bleeped him a second too late), and you can imagine how the crowd reacted.

The FCC, on the other hand ...

Fred McGriff on Tony Gwynn: 'It's a Sad Day for Baseball'

Published | Updated

"Today is a sad day for me. It's a sad day for the San Diego Padres ... and for baseball in general."
-- Fred McGriff on the passing of Tony Gwynn

TMZ Sports spoke with Gwynn's former Padres teammate moments ago ... and he told us that even though they only played together for 3 seasons, he considered Tony a good friend.

"He was the ultimate pro," McGriff said ... "Best hitter I ever played with."

Crime Dog says besides being a great ballplayer, Tony had one of the best reputations in pro sports for being a great guy.

"He was a good father. Everyone considered Tony a good person. No one ever had anything bad to say about him. I'll miss him."

FYI -- Tony's son, Tony Gwynn Jr., just tweeted ... saying:

"Today I lost my Dad, my best friend and my mentor. I'm gonna miss u so much pops. I'm gonna do everything in my power to continue to make u proud. Love you pops!"

Aaron Hernandez Case TMZ Pic Shows Murder Weapon ... Prosecutors Claim

Published | Updated

Prosecutors believe a TMZ Sports photo shows Aaron Hernandez brandishing the gun he used to murder Odin Lloyd.

Hernandez is currently in court in an effort to have the murder charge dismissed -- but during the hearing, prosecutors raised several reasons why the case should go on ... and used the TMZ Sports pic to support their claim.

TMZ Sports published the photo back in June 2013 -- showing Hernandez taking a selfie while holding a pistol in his left hand.

The photo was subpoenaed by prosecutors -- who examined the meta-data from the pic and determined it was taken in 2009 at an apartment where Aaron was living at the time.

During today's hearing, prosecutors said the gun in the pic appears to be a "Glock firearm" -- which officials believe is consistent with the gun used in the Lloyd murder.

"It was consistent with the ballistic evidence in this case, projectiles recovered from the body of Odin Lloyd, as well as the shell casings that had distinct markings that at least were consistent with the markings from the Glock manufacturer," prosecutors said.

The hearing is still going on -- and the judge has yet to rule on whether she will toss the murder charge.

Stay tuned ...

ZLATAN RIPS TEAM USA

Swedish soccer star Zlatan Ibrahimovic -- considered one of the best players in the world -- just ripped Team USA soccer ... at least, we think he did.

The 32-year-old Swedish-born striker was out at Boa Steakhouse in L.A. over the weekend -- instead of Brazil -- because Sweden didn't qualify for the World Cup tournament

So, while he was in town ... we asked who he thinks will take home the title.

His response -- "USA."

We asked if he was joking. He shot back -- "A big joke."

Dude, did Zlatan just talk smack??

Pretty ballsy for a guy who's team couldn't crack the top 32 ... then again, the Team USA coach would probably agree with him.

GO USA!!!!

The 22-year-old phenom -- along with Danny Green (26) and Marco Belinelli (28) -- hit up Elevate Rooftop nightclub in S.A. ... where they partied the night away with Spurs fans.

At one point, Danny Green went to the DJ booth and grabbed the mic -- firing up the already pumped Spurs crowd.

As for the post-30-year-olds ... Duncan, Parker and Ginobli ... no word on how they celebrated -- maybe some Ensure shakes and a good night's sleep?

Congrats!!

TNA Wrestler SPITS BEER ON DALLAS COWBOYS ... [Scripted] Chaos Ensues

Published | Updated

A bunch of Dallas Cowboys players had to be restrained at a TNA Wrestling event Sunday night when one of the wrestlers spit beer at 'em ... and all hell broke loose ... in a scripted, wrestling sorta way.

It all went down at TNA Wrestling Slammiversary XII -- where bad guy "The Cowboy" James Storm went over to a bunch of Cowboys players in the stands (including starting defensive end George Selvie) and fired a mouthful of beer at the guys.

Selvie -- along with teammates Ben Bass, Nick Hayden, Tyrone Crawford, Caesar Rayford and Martez Wilson -- went crazy ... but were held back by security.

Don't worry ... Selvie eventually broke loose and got his revenge!!!!!
