David Spade says he ain't impressed with the Mayweather, McGregor media throwdowns -- telling TMZ Sports the incessant jabbering is like "2 chicks at brunch."

It's pretty funny ... Spade is a big sports fan and has clearly been following the MayMac madness -- but it seems he's annoyed with all the talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk.

"They're both talking at the same time. No one's listening ... I've never seen that much talking in my life."

Madness in Times Square ... where hundreds of people swarmed Floyd Mayweather as he was walking out of a bank -- and the video is pretty nuts.

Floyd was flanked by his massive TMT bodyguards as he left Chase Bank -- where he either deposited his $100 million check ... or withdrew some cash for the big media event in Brooklyn Thursday night.

(Remember, Conor mocked him for only having $5,000 in his backpack on Wednesday).

Either way, the scene was chaotic -- everyone tried to get a shot on their phones -- but Floyd ultimately made it to his ride without incident.

Not everyone got out clean though ... cops were on the street firing off tickets for illegally parked cars that appeared to be a part of the TMT entourage.

Good thing Floyd's rich.

If you're gonna pick a fight with a hockey player, STAY AWAY FROM BRIAN MCGRATTAN ... so says Calgary Flames captain Mark Giordano.

We were talking to Mark about which hockey player would have the best shot at success in the UFC -- and without hesitation, Giordano brought up the legendary enforcer.

"I've never seen him lose a fight," Mark explained.

McGrattan -- 6'4", 235 lbs -- had a helluva fight record during his time in the NHL ... and is said to have not lost a single scrap during the 2013-2014 season despite playing in 76 games.

What's next for Chris Bosh? "Basketball and stuff."

That's what he told TMZ Sports outside Coral Tree Cafe in L.A. moments ago -- advising his fans not to close the book on his NBA career just yet.

"Health is great, feeling great," Bosh said ... noting that he's focusing on being a dad while he figures out his next basketball move.

Bosh was waived by the Miami Heat earlier this month after failing a physical -- due a blood clot condition that has plagued him since the 2014-15 season.

Shaquille O'Neal is making a run to become the Krispy Kreme King -- telling TMZ Sports he's working on a plan to own 100 DONUT SHOPS ... but there's a twist.

The NBA legend only owns 1 location at the moment -- a store in ATL -- but apparently, he's had such good fortune with it that he wants to expand his donut empire in a big way. And he's got the resources to do it.

Shaq famously missed a golden opportunity to be an early investor in Starbucks because he wasn't convinced black people drink coffee. He was wrong.

Jon Jones says he's not the only superstar with a taste for cocaine -- saying he knows for a fact that "some of the greatest athletes in the country" like to ride the blow train to snooter town.

The UFC superstar opened up about his well-documented coke use to Bleacher Report ... saying, "As far as me doing coke before a fight, that's not me trying to be a bad guy. That's me frickin' doing a bump -- you know, at a party."

"The truth of the matter is, you'd be surprised how many people have done coke. I've been around some of the greatest athletes in the country. Athletes with a lot bigger names than me do coke. But people don't talk about it."

Jones says the drug helps him have a good time -- saying, "If you can afford to smoke a little weed, and do a little coke, and still win world titles, who's to tell you you can't?"

"I understand these things are illegal. And once you get caught doing it, it's humiliating. But at the same time, I'm not an addict or anything like that. You don't see me walking around weighing fucking 100 pounds with my teeth rotting out and scabs all over my face."

It's not the first time Jon's been open about how much he likes coke -- he said the weekend he did blow and then beat Daniel Cormier was one of the best times of his life.

Aqib Talib saw Odell Beckham out in Hollywood Wednesday night and told him he needed to get his ass to Warwick nightclub ... because it wasn't gonna get poppin' until OBJ walked in.

Fun moment though -- Odell and the party crew (which included Jarvis Landry and Emmanuel Sanders) seemed to be having a blast after the ESPYs ... enjoying all the Hollywood scenery (the hot ladies).

Floyd Mayweather wants Conor McGregor to know ... I'M LITERATE, BITCH!

After Conor mocked Floyd at news conference #2 on Wednesday, the Mayweather camp released a video to our friends at BSO showing Floyd clearly reading fight promos off a teleprompter.

At one point during the promo sesh, Floyd jokes about all the illiteracy insults -- and then continues to read more promos.

Boxing superstar Andre Ward has a message for Conor McGregor -- STOP CALLING FLOYD A "BOY."

"I don't like that 'Boy' word," Ward told us in L.A. ... "I don't like that."

Of course, Floyd Mayweather and his father have said they weren't offended when Conor said, "Dance for me, boy" in both media events this week.

But it ain't flyin' with Ward -- who tells TMZ Sports there would be a different response if anyone hurled that word at him.

NY Giants WR Brandon Marshall proclaimed, "Black guys in America get treated differently" -- then he left.

That's essentially what transpired during a radio interview with Kirk & Callahan on WEEI early Thursday morning after the hosts asked Brandon about racial comments he made in 2015.

Quick backstory ... 2 years ago, Marshall said, "White players, specifically at the QB position are treated differently."

The radio hosts asked BM about that comment today when bringing up Tom Brady's Deflategate suspension -- but Marshall wasn't having it.

After reiterating his stance on how black men are treated in the U.S., Marshall told the hosts to change the subject or else he would leave.

DeAndre Jordan is riding hard for Lamar Odom -- not only reconnecting with the guy, but giving him one of the best compliments you can get in team sports.

Earlier this week, DJ and Odom hit the L.A. nightclub scene -- lookin' like old times when they played on the Clippers together.

So, when DJ was leaving the ESPYs on Wednesday night, we asked how Lamar was doing after all he's gone through over the last few years.

"That's my guy," DeAndre said ... "He's one of the best teammates I ever had."

Seems just about everyone in the NBA feels that way about Lamar -- from Kobe to Metta -- and they've all offered to help Lamar get his life back together.

How does Floyd Mayweather feel about Conor McGregor calling him a "boy" twice? No offense taken.

In fact, Floyd actually tries to turn it into a joke -- "We all know there's only 2 types of boys -- a white boy and a cowboy -- and I'm neither."

TBE landed in NYC on Wednesday night, so we had to ask him about the outrage over Conor's racial comments at the 2 media events.

"Racism still exists but you know, I try to take something negative and turn it into something positive," Mayweather told us.

"A lot of people say that Conor McGregor is racist but I don't worry about that."

When asked specifically if he's upset with Conor over the comments, Floyd said he's not -- explaining, "It is what it is. He's entitled to feel how he wants to feel."

"I just want to stay in my zone and stay focused."

Shareef O'Neal ain't lackin' confidence ... telling TMZ Sports he'd dominate LaMelo Ball if the two face off on the court.

Shareef (17) and Melo (15) are two of the biggest stars in high school hoops -- so, when we saw Shaq's kid at LAX, we had to ask how a showdown with the youngest Ball bro would go down.

FYI -- Shareef is bigger than 'Melo at 6'8'' (Ball is 6'3") ... but Ball's a proven scoring machine, once dropping 92 points in a single game.

O'Neal admits he likes LaMelo -- off the court -- but he can come get it like everyone else ... and so can his brother Lonzo.

Give it a couple years ... might see this play out in the NBA.

Who throws a flag? Conor McGregor ... that's who.

The UFC star actually weaponized the Irish colors at the Mayweather vs. McGregor Day 2 event in Toronto on Wednesday ... after a bizarre standoff involving Floyd's backpack.

At first, it seemed Floyd was gonna disrespect McGregor's flag -- but then he handed it over to Conor peacefully.

That's when Conor launched it back at the boxer ... and it landed right on the ground. Bad form.

The disses continued to fly -- Conor went after everything from his outfit, to his money, to his women to his alleged inability to read.

Mayweather called him a bitch a lot.

McGregor got the crowd to chant, "F*ck the Mayweathers."

But the best part? DRAKE SHOWED UP!

For the second day in a row, Conor McGregor has told Floyd Mayweather to "Dance for me, boy."

Conor was met with outrage when he first hurled the taunt at Floyd in L.A. on Tuesday -- since referring to a black man as "boy" in America is an insult that dates back to slavery. Same with telling a black man to "dance for me."

But despite scorn from black leaders across the country, Conor took the mic at the media event in Toronto on Wednesday and said it AGAIN.

Floyd just sat back and smiled.

Conor continued to rail against Floyd -- saying he's illiterate and stupidly blows his money on boatloads of strippers.

That's when he dragged Rob Kardashian into the mix ... saying Rob only bankrolled ONE, referring to Blac Chyna.

It's only day 2 ...
