Daniel Cormier says the "Happiest Place on Earth" could be hell for Jon Jones -- telling TMZ Sports if JJ crashes his Disneyland date, he'll fight him right on the damn Matterhorn.

DC says he's already got his victory celebration planned after he beats Jones at UFC 214 in July -- and it's a family fun day at the Magic Kingdom.

And if Jones tries to spoil the fun, Cormier says he'll go all Jack Sparrow on his ass.

Chicago Cubs star Addison Russell is strongly denying accusations of domestic violence against his wife ... calling the claims "false and hurtful" in a statement Thursday.

Melisa -- Russell's wife of 1 year -- posted a pic on Instagram Wednesday hinting the couple had split due to infidelity. Melisa's close friend went one step further, commenting Russell had "mentally and physically" abused his wife ... sparking an MLB investigation, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

But Russell is adamant he's done nothing wrong, saying “Any allegation I have abused my wife is false and hurtful. For the well-being of my family, I’ll have no no further comment.”

Kris Humphries knows when to pull out ... and the housing market rewarded him handsomely.

The Atlanta Hawks center just sold his Bev Hills pad for $8.25 million, which is a KILLING ... considering he bought the 3, bedroom, 4 bath house for $6.2 mil back in 2015.

The 3,336 square foot house sits on nearly an acre with unobstructed city and coastline views. The house features tons of glass walls, gourmet kitchen and a den with a wet bar.

Great day for Buffalo Bills running back Jonathan Williams -- who fought his 2016 drunk driving arrest ... AND WON.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Williams -- a 5th round pick out of Arkansas in 2016 -- was pulled over in Fayatteville, AR on July 14 when cops suspected he had been drinking.

Williams had admitted to drinking a 40 oz. before getting behind the wheel, but refused to take a breathalyzer ... leading to his arrest. He begged cops to give him a pass because he was just drafted into the NFL.

Williams pled not guilty and took the case to trial -- where prosecutors failed to prove JW was driving drunk that night. Why? We're told the lack of a positive blood alcohol test was a factor.

We spoke with Williams' lawyer, Shane Wilkinson, who says, "The prosecution simply didn't have enough evidence to prove he was intoxicated."

"Jonathan is a good person and he is glad this is behind him so he can concentrate on his family and football."

John McCain says he has a perfectly good excuse for that bizarre line of questioning during the Comey hearing Thursday ... he watched too much baseball the night before.

Twitter has been exploding with people mocking the 80-year-old AZ senator for strangely bringing up the Hillary Clinton investigation while everyone else wanted answers on Russia and Trump.

McCain accused Comey of applying a double standard by closing the Clinton investigation while leaving the Trump inquiry open. Comey's explanation was that the Clinton investigation ran its course while the Trump investigation had barely started when Trump fired him.

This seemed a rational explanation for everyone in the room, except for McCain who seemed baffled.

Now, McCain has issued a statement trying to explain (and also poking fun at himself) ... saying:

"I get the sense from Twitter that my line of questioning today went over people's heads. Maybe going forward I shouldn't stay up late watching the Diamondbacks night games."

For the record, the D-Backs played the Padres Wednesday night ... and won 7-4.

Ex-NFL player James Hardy III -- a 2nd round pick in 2008 -- was found dead in an Indiana river, officials confirm. He was 31.

The 6'6" wide receiver was drafted by the Buffalo Bills after a sensational junior year at Indiana University -- in which he was selected first team All-Big Ten.

Hardy's body was found in a log jam at the Maumee River on Wednesday afternoon -- after a City water filtration plant employee spotted him and called police.

Our sources tell us it appears Hardy had been in the water for several days. Police are investigating.

We're told Hardy's family had reported him missing on May 30.

Hardy had major issues after his NFL career. He was arrested in 2014 for attacking police officers and was later committed to a mental facility.

However, his friends remember him as a nice, outgoing and generous guy who was an incredible athlete.

1:19 PM PT -- Withey's attorney Alan Jackson tells TMZ Sports, "This was an apparent pathetic attempt at a shakedown that we saw a mile away and we are thankful the DA recognized that."

Utah Jazz center Jeff Withey will NOT be prosecuted for domestic violence -- despite the fact cops believe there WAS a physical altercation with his Playboy Playmate ex-fiancee.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Withey was investigated by the Manhattan Beach PD after Kennedy Summers filed a police report accusing him of beating her up.

Investigators found evidence that Withey and Summers got into a physical altercation during an argument in July 2016 ... with Withey admitting he used force against Summers, which left bruises on her thigh.

But -- and this is the key part of the investigation -- cops believe the evidence shows Summers initiated the altercation by jumping on him and hitting him after accusing Withey of cheating on her.

Officials say they believe Withey has a "reasonable claim of self-defense in that he was trying to get [Summers] off him." They also say Withey "never admits to striking [Summers] out of anger."

Summers did have bruises on her thigh from the incident but no other visible injuries.

We're told the findings were brought to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office -- and the decision was made to NOT move forward with the case. In short, Withey is off the hook.

The Brazilian soccer superstar introduced his smokin' hot girlfirend, Bruna Marquezine, to the Hollywood club scene on Wednesday ... and needless to say, she crushed it!

21-year-old Bruna is a Brazilian model and actress. She's been linked to Neymar on and off for several years.

The two left Warwick last night and didn't say a word -- but they didn't need to.

BTW, Neymar was also listed on Forbes' Top 25 highest paid athletes list this week -- he's #18.

9:33 AM PT -- Draymond's mom says she made peace with the Cavs fan.

"Everyone apologized so it's all good," she tweeted.

"If they would watch the game and enjoy it instead of worshipping it. They would be fine!"

More mama drama at Game 3 ... this time, it was Draymond Green's mother who was in the middle of a hostile situation with a Cavs fan -- and security rushed in to break it up.

It all went down right after the game ended -- you can see Mary Babers in the Golden State Warriors jacket getting into it with the Cavs fan.

Unclear what was said to set the whole thing off ... but things got heated and there was some shoving. You can see Cleveland PD officers who were working the event got involved and broke it up.

You never see Mary get physical. You do see fans holding her back.

No arrests were made. We reached out to Draymond's camp for comment. So far, no word back.

Brandon Marshall isn't blind -- he sees what's going on with the NY Jets and has a pretty simple question ... "Will they have enough people to line up?!"

The NY Giants WR was out in NYC Wednesday (being honored by the Mental Health Association of NY) where we asked him straight-up is he's glad he got out of Gang Green in the wake of the axing of Eric Decker, David Harris and others.

"I'm happy where I'm at now," Marshall told us. He also sent a message to Jets fans.

"I think eventually, they'll be alright. But I don't know if they're gonna have enough men to line up!"

We also talked to Marshall about fellow G-Men wide out Odell Beckham Jr. -- who's been getting heat for missing OTAs.

"I have spoken to him, and I guess my message to him is just keep being awesome. Keep rockin' out."

Marshall continued, "He's the biggest superstar our game has ever seen in the history of football."

Warriors super fan G-Eazy says he's heading to The Land for Game 4 of the NBA Finals ... and he's bringing a broom to help the Warriors finish their sweep on the Cavs!!

The SUV that Derek Fisher wrecked over the weekend in his DUI crash is registered to one Matthew K. Barnes... TMZ Sports has learned.

Fisher was driving the white 2015 Cadillac Escalade early Sunday morning when he hit a guard rail on the 101 Freeway in L.A. and flipped it while driving home with his girlfriend, Gloria Govan.

The car was completely totaled. Fisher was arrested for DUI.

Of course, Govan was previously married to Matt Barnes. They have two children together.

In fact, we're told the Golden State Warriors star had given the Escalade to Gloria specifically "for the kids."

So far, no comment from Barnes ... but we're guessing he's gonna want Fisher to pay for the replacement.

Luke Rockhold says he wants to settle things with Michael Bisping once and for all -- telling TMZ Sports he's 100% down for a 3rd fight with the UFC star ... when Bisping's healthy enough to go.

Rockhold hasn't fought since June 2016 -- when he lost to Bisping in their rematch, evening their rivalry at 1-1.

So, when we spotted Rockhold out in Bev Hills on Wednesday we asked WHEN he's getting back in the Octagon and who he wants to fight next.

What's interesting ... Luke says he's down to fight at UFC 213 in July if anything happens to Yoel Romero or Robert Whittaker.

"No backpacks permitted in Q Arena or at FanFest for tonight's @cavs vs. what's their face's game."

The father of OKC Thunder star Enes Kanter has been released from custody in Turkey and has been placed under government supervision ... according to Turkish reports.

Just last week, Enes tweeted out that his dad, Mehmet Kanter, was arrested by government officials during a raid on their family home in Istanbul. He believed Mehmet was singled out because of the NBA star's public criticism of Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

According to local reports, Mehmet -- a college professor -- spent 5 days in custody. Per the terms of his release, Mehmet must habitually check in with a local police station.
