1:22 PM PT -- Enes has expanded on the arrest -- saying, "I woke this morning to the news of my father being arrested by the Turkish government."

"The police raided our home in Istanbul, something that is happening to many innocent families across Turkey just because they are members of Hizmet, inspired by Scholar, Fethullah Gulen."

"My father is arrested because of my outspoken criticism of the ruling party. He may get tortured for simply being my family member. There are countless stories that Amnesty International has published about rape, torture, and sodomy in the Turkish prisons following the alleged failed Military Coup attempt on July 15, 2016, that is blamed on innocent individuals of Hizmet. You may clearly see that benefactor of this failed coup was the Turkish Government."

OKC Thunder star Enes Kanter says his father has been arrested in Turkey -- and fears he could be tortured by government officials.

Kanter didn't get into details but tweeted, "MY DAD HAS BEEN ARRESTED by Turkish government and the Hitler of our century. He is potentially to get tortured as thousand others."

Kanter himself is a wanted man in Turkey -- the government has accused him of being a member of an armed anti-government terrorist organization.

Enes is currently in the United States and says he wants to become an American citizen. His father still lives in Turkey.

Kanter has been publicly critical of Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, for a while -- and has mocked him over social media.

Former "Basketball Wives: LA" star Laura Govan found her home ransacked after burglars made off with a ton of cash and jewelry ... TMZ has learned.

According to the police report, Govan's San Fernando home was a disaster zone when she came home last month from vacay. The kitchen window was smashed and items were thrown all over the house. Laura told cops the crooks made off with $98k in cash and $615k in jewelry ... including a $50k Rolex.

Her home is in a gated community, but as we've seen in the recent string of burglaries ... that doesn't seem to matter. Govan has a security system, but says she didn't turn it on ... so a friend who was watching her dog could easily come and go.

A neighbor told cops she heard the dog barking one night around 1 AM, but didn't think much of it. Govan's motion sensor doorbell also detected movement that night around 12:44 AM. She told cops video footage from her system didn't save because it's not connected to the cloud.

Ex-Penn State President Graham Spanier and 2 other former high-ranked officials have been sentenced to jail terms for their involvement in the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal Friday.

Officials say Spanier, ex-Athletic Director Tim Curley and ex-V.P. Gary Schultz were alerted of a 2001 incident of Sandusky sexually assaulting a young boy in a Penn State shower ... and did NOT report it to police, but simply told Sandusky he couldn't bring boys to campus anymore.

Spanier -- who was found guilty of misdemeanor child endangerment -- was sentenced to 4 to 12 months in jail, with the first 2 behind bars and the rest on house arrest. He will also serve 2 years probation, 200 hours of community service and will have to pay $7,500 in fines.

Schultz and Curley pled guilty to misdemeanor child endangerment charges in March.

Curley was sentenced to 7 to 23 months (the first 3 months in jail, the rest under house arrest), 200 hours of community service and $5,000 in fines.

Add NBA star Rudy Gay to the list of people completely disgusted by the racist vandalism at LeBron James' house ... telling TMZ Sports that type of ignorance has no place in 2017.

We broke the story ... LeBron's Brentwood home was vandalized early Wednesday morning by racists who spray painted the n-word across an entrance gate.

James touched on the matter in a press conference, reminding the world that even rich and famous black athletes can still experience racism.

The slur has been painted over and the cops are investigating -- but when we got Gay leaving Warwick in L.A. he was outraged that the incident could still happen in today's day and age.

Charles Oakley is digging in for war -- rejecting a plea deal in his NY Knicks assault case because he'd rather go to trial in an effort to clear his name.

Oakley was arrested back in February and charged with assault, harassment and criminal trespass for getting physical with security who tried to remove him from Madison Square Garden.

Oakley believes he was defending himself and did nothing wrong.

Prosecutors offered a deal called an ACD (Adjournment Contemplation Dismissal) -- which means if he stays out of trouble for 6 months, the arrest would be completely expunged from his record.

He would not have to plead guilty to any crime as part of the deal.

But moments ago in court, Oakley rejected the deal -- instead choosing to go to trial because he feels he shouldn't have to accept any form of punishment.

On his way out of the courtroom, Oakley said he feels like "Superman" -- and likes his chances at trial.

Here's something for everyone ... a smokin' hot model in a bikini with her equally attractive soccer star boyfriend on a baller yacht in Spain.

The model is Izabel Goulart -- an international fashion model who famously worked with Victoria's Secret.

Her boyfriend is Kevin Trapp -- a German soccer star who plays for Paris Saint-Germain.

The two just took a trip to Cannes for the big film festival -- and apparently needed to blow off some steam with a yacht vacation off the coast of Ibiza.

Goulart even busted out some yoga for good measure.

Terricka is 7 months pregnant. This is her 6th kid. Antonio has 8 other kids from previous relationships.

The craziest part of the whole story ... Antonio says he underwent a vasectomy BEFORE she got pregnant with twins last year. Might wanna call that doctor back.

You know you're a baller when ... you sit courtside at Game 1 of the NBA Finals in the Bay Area -- then hop in a private jet so you can be in L.A. in time for dinner.

That's what Jay Z did on Thursday -- and we've got the footage.

Jay and Kevin Hart had a blast together at the game -- after flying to the Bay Area together on a private jet. After the game, he took his own plane back to L.A.

We later saw Jay walking into Craig's in West Hollywood around 10:30 -- and we're told he hung out there until 2 AM. Our sources say he was chatting it up with Young Thug.

Rihanna was ON FIRE during Game 1 of the NBA Finals -- allegedly heckling Kevin Durant, bowing to LeBron James ... and talking trash to haters on the way out of the arena.

FYI, RiRi is a HUUUUGE Bron fan -- and can be seen bowing to #23 while sitting in her courtside seats at Game 1 on Thursday night. She later dabbed at someone who reportedly told her to sit down.

But the craziest part of the game was when Rihanna seemed to have screamed "BRICK" at KD during a free throw. He made the shot and stared in her direction as if to say, "Got something to say now?"

KD was asked about the incident by BSO's Robert Littal in a post-game presser -- but insisted he didn't remember throwing the eye-daggers in Rihanna's direction.

Sure ...

After the game, Rihanna snapped back to a Cavs/Bron hater -- "It doesn't matter bitch. The King is still the King."

Tiger Woods was still so out of it 2 and a half hours after cops pulled him over for DUI ... he stumbled and mumbled his way through breathalyzer testing.

Police released video of Woods back at the station at 4:30 AM Monday. The woman tasked with testing him had to whistle and wave in Woods' face just to get him to open his eyes. Explaining the steps to take the test wasn't easy either.

Multiple times she has to tell him not to suck, but blow into the tube.

As we've reported ... Tiger ultimately blew .000 -- supporting his statement he was not drinking. However, this video -- just like the images of him attempting field sobriety testing -- makes it clear he had no business being behind the wheel. He says he had a bad reaction to combining prescription meds.

The sole light-hearted moment -- Tiger describing his hair color as "mostly brown and fading and ... brown." Even the cop had to laugh.

Adam "Pacman" Jones is taking Joe Mixon under his wing -- and treated the Bengals rookie to a night out at the Future concert this week ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Turns out, Jones is pretty tight with Future -- they grew up together in Atlanta -- and the rapper hooked the Bengals star up with tickets to his Cincinnati concert Wednesday at the Riverbend Music Center.

We're told Jones invited Mixon as his guest -- and they had a blast together and took pics with fans.

The L.A. Rams are breaking even more ground in the LGBTQ arena -- becoming the 1st NFL team ever to officially sponsor a gay pride event.

The team has joined up with Venice Pride -- the organization behind the massive Venice Pride block party -- and has sponsored the blue lights in the letter "C" in the famous VENICE sign.

Each letter in the sign will be lit up with a different color -- just like the rainbow LGBTQ pride flag. The event begins June 2.

A Rams spokesperson issued a statement saying the team is proud to "stand in alignment with the LGBT community that is such an important part of the fabric of Los Angeles."

"Inclusion has always been a valued part of our organization and we see this as a unique way to publicly celebrate the diversity that makes this community so special."

Of course, the Rams made history in 2014 when they drafted Michael Sam -- the first openly gay player to enter the NFL Draft.

The two L.A. Dodgers security guards who donned masks and stole a ton of gear from the team clubhouse have finally been punished ... and are officially banned from the memorabilia biz.

We broke the story ... Fernando Sierra and Juan Dedios Prada were caught on video in 2015 sneaking around Dodgers Stadium (in masks) in an effort to steal game-used bats, gloves, etc.

Officials believe the guys had been doing it for a while -- and made serious profits moving the stolen loot with the help of a 3rd man who sold it on eBay.

Now, we've learned the 2 security guards (who have since been fired) cut a deal in which they pled no contest to burglary and got 3 years formal probation.

As part of the deal, they are not allowed to sell any kind of sports memorabilia.

The stakes are high because they also got a 16 month suspended prison sentence -- meaning if they screw up, they go to the slammer.

Listen up, sports bettors ... Ex-NBA star Gilbert Arenas is about to make you a lot of money!! ... Maybe.

The team hit up EPIC Steak -- the same place SF Giants star Hunter Pence had his crazy "Game of Thrones" themed wedding last year.

James and the rest of the team ate like kings -- feasting on steak, shrimp, meatballs, filet mignon and wild striped bass.

We're told some of the players had wine to compliment the meal -- but don't freak out, no one got even remotely close to being lit. They left around 11:30.

After dinner, the guys were in a great mood -- dancing and singing as a team -- before getting back on the team bus.
