Junior Dos Santos says he has very specific plans for Stipe Miocic -- he's gonna knock him out at UFC 211 in Dallas this weekend ... and then take him out for a nice BBQ dinner!!

Here's the thing ... Junior says he plans on disposing of Stipe in a very violent way -- a ferocious K.O. early in the fight.

If this is true ... watch out.

Kenyon Martin Jr. -- a high school sophomore -- says he's confident he can beat his ex-NBA superstar father in 1-on-1 ... and his dad isn't really disputing it!

Kenyon Jr. is 6'6", 185 lbs and is already being recruited by some big college programs. The fact he's already got highlights that have gone viral doesn't hurt.

So, when Jr. and Sr. were out earlier Thursday, we had to ask, who's the better player right now?

The Game shoulda done more research about Michael Jordan before accusing him of slighting the black community ... so says ESPN's LZ Granderson.

As we previously reported, Game has vowed to buy a whole bunch of Lonzo Ball's $495 per pair ZO2 kicks instead of Air Jordans ... partially because he doesn't feel MJ has done enough for black people.

But Granderson says Game is simply misinformed when it comes to Jordan -- telling TMZ Sports, "Jordan does give back to the community. He just doesn't publicize it as much."

Granderson says MJ has been a big supporter for decades but it's mostly been "on the low."

If the Clippers wanna win next year, they GOTTA trade Blake Griffin ... so says current NBA player (and former Clippers teammate) Jared Dudley.

Dudley isn't just a sharpshooter for the Phoenix Suns, he's a league expert -- so when we got him leaving Warwick in L.A. we asked what Lob City needs to do to avoid getting punked in the playoffs.

His answer? Trade Blake Griffin ... and Dudley explains why it's the perfect move.

By the way, Dudley played with Griffin in '13-'14 -- meaning he probably won't be invited to the team reunion dinner now ... which would never really happen because they didn't win anything.

With the Golden State Warriors still waiting to find out who they'll face in the next round of the playoffs, Matt Barnes jetted to L.A. to blow off some steam with his old Clippers pal, DeAndre Jordan.

The two hit up Warwick in Hollywood with a TON of huge stars including Julio Jones, French Montana, Nicole Scherzinger, Zach Randolph and more.

The Warriors will either play the Rockets or the Spurs in the Western Conference Finals -- depending who wins that series.

Rose Namajunas says Anderson Silva is one of the greatest UFC fighters EVER -- but it's "kinda sad" watching his career on the downswing.

We were talking with Rose about Silva's beef with the UFC and whether he deserves the title shot he's been requesting, despite the fact he's only the #7 ranked middleweight.

Rose says the entire situation "just sucks" -- and basically spelled out why it's hard to watch a fighter she has so much respect for squabble with the company after losing 4 out of his last 5 fights.

A Denmark soccer team was fined some serious cheese after fans pelted opposing players with dead rats ... giant dead rats.

It all went down when the Brondby IF football club was playing rivals F.C. Copenhagen on April 17 -- and Brondby fans started throwing massive dead rodents at the opposing team.

Brondby immediately hit the rat-chuckers with a 1-year ban -- but now the Denmark Football Federation has stepped in to fine the club 150,000 kroner (roughly $17,000).

The question ... where did the fans even get the dead rats in the first place??

What's worse for Brondby, they didn't even win the game ... they lost 1-0.

Julio Jones hit the club scene in Hollywood Wednesday night -- but he wasn't a sloppy Lindsay Lohan-style mess -- he was sober, sippin' water and tellin' us why he LOVES the guys his ATL Falcons took in the NFL Draft.

The WR was leaving Warwick (rockin' a man bag, we'll get to that later) when he told us why he thinks the Falcons had an "amazing" draft.

FYI, Atlanta went defense with their first 2 picks -- DE Takk McKinley in the 1st round and LB Duke Riley in the 3rd.

Julio also praises the Dallas Cowboys -- and told us why he thinks they'll easily rack up at least 10 wins again.

But back to the man bag ... (which Julio INSISTS is not a fanny pack). JJ says there's a real solid reason he wears it out and even told us what he keeps in it.

Don't worry, Julio, if it's good enough for The Rock, it's good enough for us ...

ESPN legend Chris Berman and his family say they're "overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and sympathy" they've received in the wake of Kathy Berman's death.

Daniel Cormier just UNLOADED on Jon Jones -- saying the guy is a loser of a human being who's completely delusional if he still considers himself the "real" UFC light heavyweight champ.

It's no secret these guys hate each other with a passion ... and now with the two possibly (hopefully!) facing off at UFC 214 in July, the smack talk is heating up again.

After Cormier blasted Jones on Twitter, JJ fired back, "Can someone tell DC he's a great guy and pat him on the back so we can move on already. #TheChampIsHere."

Cormier didn't take too kindly to it and WENT OFF on Jones when we saw him Wednesday afternoon -- telling TMZ Sports JJ is a bad person with a history of drugs, steroids and lying.

6:27PM PT -- Jones' agent Peter Schaffer tells TMZ Sports Ruege is a liar who is changing his story for publicity.

When asked to elaborate Schaffer claims Ruege admitted fault at the scene of the accident and fessed up to texting while driving (Reuge denies he was on his phone).

Schaffer also says Ruege informed Jones there was no hard feelings but is now demonizing Jones in a shameless attempt to grab headlines.

The man on the other end of the Pacman Jones car crash is an 18-year-old high school student -- a JROTC cadet -- who says the NFL star tried to apologize after the crash ... but he won't accept it.

Pacman exploded on Kylar Ruege after an early morning collision in Ohio on Tuesday -- after Kylar's '92 Mustang collided with Pac's Rolls-Royce Ghost.

FYI, Kylar is an infantryman in the National Guard and hopes to pursue a military career after he graduates.

Kylar says Pacman called him every name in the book in the moments after the crash -- and was so angry, a witness stepped in to make sure things didn't turn physical. Kylar says he was scared for his own safety.

Kylar says his mother filed a complaint with the Bengals -- and Pacman eventually tried to apologize for his behavior. Pacman invited Kylar to come to Bengals training camp as his guest, but he declined.

And get this, we asked if Kylar had a message for Pacman -- "Lives are more important than cars."

The Game says Michael Jordan hasn't done enough for the black community -- so he's going to use his cash to support a DIFFERENT shoe entrepreneur ... Lonzo Ball.

The rapper just spent $2,000 on Ball's new ZO2 shoes -- which run $495 a pair -- and laid out his reasons on Instagram.

"I've spent over a million dollars, sh*t probably more on Nike's, Jordan's & other big name sneaker brands in my lifetime so why not support a family brand & a rising stars shoe."

He continued, "While MJ, as much as I love & support him & his legacy ain't really ever did much for the black community other then tax our mothafuckin' ass for the same shoes over & over as well as charge these kids parents hella money to get in these camps."

"No hate... MJ is MJ but today I chose to support @Zo & his family."

Game also vowed to buy TEN MORE PAIRS of Lonzo's shoes for underprivileged kids.

LeBron James turned all the way up at the Cleveland Cavs practice on Wednesday -- dancing hard in the gym with Kyrie Irving and Iman Shumpert ... and it's kinda awesome.

While most of the guys were working out in the team practice facility, Bron took a break when Playboi Carti's hit song, "Magnolia" came over the speakers.

The beat took hold. The guys danced it out. Bron's got moves.

Of course, the guys are in great spirits and well rested and ran through the Toronto Raptors in 4 games. Now, it's a waiting game to see who they get in the next round.

Johnny Manziel's NFL comeback is taking a backseat ... to boobies.

The QB and his smokin' hot fiancee, Bre Tiesi, are on a pre-wedding vacation in Tulum, Mexico with 2 of Bre's insanely attractive lady pals.

For some incredible reason, the women all decided to lose their tops for a quick dip in the ocean while Johnny was hanging out and taking in the sights.

Just a few weeks ago, Manziel told us he didn't need a bachelor party before the wedding ... and now, we kinda get why.

Oh, one more thing ... one of the women in the group is Jordan Ozuna (she's the middle girl in the group shot) -- who's currently connected to Tyga and previously dated Justin Bieber.
