Justin Bieber's dance moves are about to go viral -- dude was GIGGIN' hard to Kendrick Lamar's new single at an NBA playoff game ... awkwardness be damned.

The Biebs had box seats for Game 5 of the Clippers/Jazz series in L.A. Tuesday night, and was inspired to get up and dance when he heard Kendrick's song, "HUMBLE."

Some ticket holders got an up close and personal show of JB doing his thing ... especially the guy next to him. Too close, maybe.

Kendrick was in the house, and had the honor of sitting courtside. Key word ... sitting. No one knows his music better than K-Dot.

Something crazy went down at the Clippers game ... Kendrick Lamar forged a real, powerful friendship with the LAPD commissioner.

K-Dot's lyrics haven't exactly been pro-cop over the years -- he rapped about hating the po-po on "Alright" and once performed the song on top of a burned up police car.

Which is why it was shocking when he posed for a pic Tuesday night at the Clippers game with LAPD commish Steve Soboroff ... one of the top cops in L.A.

We spoke with Soboroff who says it wasn't a cheap PR stunt -- the guys are REALLY friends and have a mutual respect and understanding for each other.

"Do I support anti-police sentiment and speech?" Soboroff said ... "No, of course not. He expresses through his art form his feelings, and I respect that. And I think he respects – or I hope he would respect – how seriously we take community policing and understanding people’s views."

Soboroff says the two are on such good terms, Kendrick helped him buy tickets to the rapper's upcoming concert at Staples Center for his son (Steve's more of a Sinatra guy).

Bottom line ... "I consider him a friend, and I think he considers me a friend."

The woman accusing Gareon Conley of rape was friendly with the NFL prospect at a bar roughly 25 minutes before they ended up in a hotel room together ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

The footage shows Conley leaving the Barley House in Cleveland around 2:20 AM on April 9th ... with the accuser and her female friends following closely behind. At one point the accuser reaches out and touches Gareon's back.

A few minutes later, Conley has his arm around another woman in front of the bar and the accuser catches up from behind and grabs his arm. Gareon looks back and appears to hold her hand.

The video is critical because it appears to contradict what the accuser told police -- that she first met Conley in an elevator at the Westin hotel around 2:45 AM.

Both sides agree they ended up in a hotel room at the Westin together. She claims Conley raped her. Conley adamantly denies the allegation.

It was stank on a plane for the Toronto Raptors ... when 7-foot center Jonas Valanciunas blew a fart on the team jet and nearly killed all of his teammates.

P.J. Tucker captured the aftermath (asstermath) on video -- showing stars like Demar DeRozan, Kyle Lowry and others struggling to breathe.

But the funniest reaction is Serge Ibaka -- who looks genuinely pissed about the ass gas at 30,000 feet.

P.J. says the fart was so bad the team needs to burn the seat.

The three notes recovered in Aaron Hernandez's prison cell were written to his fiancee, his daughter and his attorney, Jose Baez ... NOT a supposed gay lover, sources tell TMZ Sports.

The contents of the letters are being kept under wraps for now -- but sources familiar with the investigation tell us the ex-NFL player did not leave any sort of a message for another inmate.

There are reports Hernandez had been corresponding with a "gay lover" during his time in lockup -- but Baez had previously shot that down as false ... saying, "These are malicious leaks used to tarnish somebody who is dead."

Tennis pro Genie Bouchard is slamming Maria Sharapova as a "cheater" who should NEVER be allowed to play pro tennis ever again.

Sharapova returned to pro tennis Wednesday after serving a 15 month suspension for testing positive for a banned substance.

But Bouchard -- a 2014 Wimbledon finalist -- told TRT World that Sharapova got off wayyyy too easy.

"She's a cheater and so to me ... I don’t think a cheater in any sport should be allowed to play that sport again," Bouchard said.

"It’s so unfair to all the other players who do it the right way and are true. So, I think from the WTA it sends the wrong message to young kids -- cheat and we’ll welcome you back with open arms."

"I don’t think that’s right and ... [she's] definitely not someone I can say I look up to anymore because that's definitely ruined it for me a little bit.”

Gareon Conley says he is NOT a rapist -- and says he has video evidence that will help him prove the allegation against him is "completely false."

The ex-Ohio State cornerback -- and projected 1st round NFL Draft pick -- just issued a statement denying the claims in a police report filed in Cincinnati ... and says the accuser is trying to ruin his life.

"The allegations against me concerning the night of April 8/9 that have recently been reported in multiple media outlets are completely false."

"I did not commit a crime and have not been charged with a crime."

Conley says he prides himself in doing things "the right way" -- adding, "The things being said about me and what happened that night are not true and don’t fit my character at all."

"I realize that I put myself in the situation and I could have used better judgment. However, I have worked tirelessly to put myself in position to have the honor of being an NFL draft pick and these untrue allegations are putting a huge cloud over my name and the NFL Draft."

"These allegations appear to be an attempt to ruin this once in a lifetime experience for me and my family."

"There were several witnesses, including another female, who were present the entire time and have given statements that give an accurate account of what took place. We also have video evidence that further discredits and disprove other versions of these events. I am upset but realize that I am powerless when false accusations are made and people try to convict you in the court of public opinion. It’s sad that your name can get dragged through the mud based upon untrue and malicious allegations alone."

"I am completely confident that as the facts actually come out my name will be cleared."

"I was excited about participating in the Thursday’s draft but I have decided that i would be selfish for me to stay and be a distraction to the NFL, the other players and their families who have worked just as hard as me to enjoy the experience so I will not be in attendance."

Aaron Hernandez's autopsy shows the ex-NFL player had traces of synthetic marijuana in his system at the time of his death, this according to reports ... but the medical examiner is calling it a "rumor."

Newsweek is reporting Hernandez's body tested positive for K2 during a kidney fluid screen conducted during the autopsy.

The outlet says a full-scale search and raid of the prison was carried out in the wake of the discovery -- with law enforcement officials on the hunt for contraband and clues to how the K2 drug got into the prison in the first place.

It sounds like a scene out of "Orange is the New Black" -- only not as fun.

Some officials believe K2 can be smuggled into prison through the mail -- since you can dip corners of paper into the liquid for the drug user to consume at a later time.

But we reached out to the Massachusetts Medical Examiner's office and we were told, "The toxicology is not yet complete so I am guessing this is a rumor."

Aaron Hernandez's legal team says the inmate who claims to have had a special friendship with the NFL star behind bars is simply trying to get money from the media ... and they won't dignify his claims with an official comment.

The inmate, Kyle Kennedy, has hired a lawyer after reports surfaced Hernandez wrote a suicide letter to him before his death. Kennedy claims they became very close in prison and spent a "great deal of time together."

Hernandez's attorney, Jose Baez, has previously shot down reports Aaron left a note for a gay prison lover -- and tells TMZ Sports his team has more important things to do than address Kennedy's claims.

"Our team is doing serious legal work," Baez says ... "We don’t have the time to stop our efforts and respond to every convicted felon that has something to say about Aaron Hernandez."

He adds, "Quite frankly I’m surprised more inmates have not come forward to make money off the media."

Cody "No Love" Garbrandt may have to change his nickname ... 'cause he's engaged!

The UFC star popped the question to his girlfriend, Danny Pimsanguan, in Sedona, AZ on Wednesday -- and sealed the deal with a pretty solid diamond ring!

The undefeated bantamweight champ and Wet Republic model have been dating for over a year now -- and they seem to be inseparable based on their social media pages.

Danny posted on social media about the engagement saying, "I'm so happy! We're engaged!"

Cody called her the "future Mrs. Garbrandt."

Snoop Dogg is getting in the hoops biz -- officially signing on as the Celebrity Commissioner of a new summer pro basketball league ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Snoop will own an overall piece of the Champions Basketball League -- a 5-on-5 pro summer league featuring ex-NBA players who are 1 to 3 years removed from the league.

We're told some of the players on the league roster include Al Harrington, Corey Maggette and Kareem Rush.

In his new role, we're told Snoop will focus on the entertainment aspect of the league -- bringing high level stars into the fold.

He's also one of the owners of the L.A. team ... so, he's all-in on this thing.

Kim Kardashian is taking a more laid back approach to her Mexican vacation, but still making sure the goods are on display.

Kim opted to chill on the patio of Joe Francis' home Tuesday in Punta Mita. No butt shots or bikini this time, but she didn't skimp on the cleavage.

Ass duty has apparently been handed off to Kourtney Kardashian, Larsa Pippen and the rest of the ladies.

While Kim kicked it at the house the rest of the krew took a Waverunner out for some fun. Looks like Joe has joined the girl party.

While Marshawn Lynch to the Oakland Raiders rumors circulated the Internet, Beast Mode was helping his old Seahawks teammates host a football camp in Haiti!!

Marshawn is reportedly a physical exam from joining the Silver and Black ... and as the 'Hawks and Raiders work out a deal, he and Michael Bennett helped Cliff Avril host his annual camp.

The NFL stars taught kids fitness skills, helped build houses in the area, donated supplies to a local school and many other charitable efforts.

The boys spent the week in Haiti ... and now Marshawn is headed back to the States to get checked out by the Raiders.

TMZ Sports has obtained footage of NFL Draft prospect Gareon Conley partying at a Cleveland nightclub with a bottle of vodka roughly 2 hours before the alleged rape ... an allegation he denies.

The footage was shot at Barley House on April 9 around 1 AM and shows Conley dancing by himself while surrounded by a group of partiers.

We're told the accuser is NOT in the footage.

Conley is wearing sunglasses at the bar -- notable since his accuser claims he refused to take his sunglasses off during the alleged incident a short time later.

Conley's attorney claims he initially met the accuser while leaving the club and they both went back to his hotel room at a nearby Westin.

The accuser claims Conley asked her to join a 4-way sex session with another couple but she refused so he had 1-on-1 sex with her instead. She claims he refused to stop when she told him to.

Conley has adamantly denied the allegations. Witnesses inside the hotel room say Conley never got intimate with her and she made up the allegations out of spite for being kicked out of the room.

The case is still under investigation. No arrests have been made. No charges have been filed.

The University of Louisiana Lafayette football program is in full meltdown mode right now after THIRTEEN PLAYERS were arrested Tuesday night in an alleged dorm room theft.

Among the 13 arrested are 8 guys who were projected to be STARTERS this season -- including linebacker Joe Dillon -- who was a freshman All-American last year.

The two guys expected to battle it out for the starting RB job -- Jordan Wright and Trey Ragas -- were also included in the bust.

So, what happened?

Officials say the 13 Ragin' Cajuns players went to a dorm room on April 5 and jacked $2,400 worth of stuff belonging to a student. There's apparently VIDEO of the incident.

All 13 players have been charged with criminal conspiracy to commit felony theft. They've been released from custody.

The school issued a statement saying all of the players have been suspended for a violation of team rules.

Johnny Manziel ... future daddy?!

That seems to be the plan according to his fiancee, Bre Tiesi.

The ex-NFL quarterback and his soon-to-be bride were at Catch in L.A. when the "Wild 'N Out" model told us there could be kids in Johnny's future.

For now, Johnny says he still plans on getting back into the NFL -- but he wasn't exactly forthcoming with the details when we asked how the comeback is coming along.

By the way, it's only been 3 years since Manziel was taken with the 22nd pick of the 2014 NFL Draft. He's still only 24 years old.
