Shaquille O'Neal says his highly anticipated showdown with Big Show at WrestleMania 33 is "not looking good" ... insinuating negotiations with WWE are falling apart.

Shaq and Big Show have been hyping up the battle of the big men for MONTHS -- and it seemed both guys had agreed to face off on April 2.

But the NBA legend went on his "Big Shaq" podcast and said it's definitely NOT a done deal ... but made it clear, "It ain't my fault."

Shaq says there's still a chance it goes down and he's still gonna train for it -- sooo is this for real or is he just building suspense??

While tons of NFL prospects were resting up for Day 1 of the NFL combine in Indianapolis ... Joe Mixon spent his Monday night onstage at the Migos concert -- since he wasn't invited to the workout anyway.

Mixon -- along with NBA star Russell Westbrook -- rocked out on the stage with the rappers during their show in Oklahoma City (don't worry, Russell didn't have a game Monday night either).

Despite the combine snub stemming from his violent incident with a female student, Mixon is still training like crazy and plans to show off his skills to NFL scouts at his pro day on March 8.

Johnny Manziel basically just trashed the NFL in open court -- telling the judge in his domestic violence case he doesn't always trust the league based on the way it's mistreated other players.

First, some background ...

One of the stipulations in Johnny's plea deal was to either participate in the NFL's substance abuse program OR go to rehab at a court approved location.

Johnny didn't tell the court which one he was choosing by the deadline and he addressed the judge in open court to explain himself Tuesday.

Manziel essentially blamed the whole thing on a miscommunication with the NFL -- and then went on to say the following:

"I don't necessarily always believe in what the NFL does and have a lot of trust with them based on past situations ... based on other players how they've gotten treated."

Manziel says working with the NFL and the NFL Players Association was a "slippery thing" for me ... but says he was ultimately able to get everything on track.

He added, "My life is trending upwards."

The judge ended the exchange by telling Manziel he's rooting for him in life -- but reminded him to focus on successfully completing his program.

Floyd Mayweather's Vegas home was broken into this weekend while the boxer was in L.A. celebrating his 40th birthday ... and we're told thieves got away with $150k worth of stuff.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Mayweather is listed as the victim in a burglary report for a home he owns in a gated community next to a golf course.

Law enforcement sources tell us it appears someone forced a door open into the home office in the back of the house and stole several purses.

Other sources connected to the investigation tell us there is also at least 1 expensive watch unaccounted for ... and possibly other items missing.

Our law enforcement sources say cops have been in contact with Floyd's camp and the boxer has been instructed to take an inventory of his valuables.

He's only been in town for a week, but DeMarcus Cousins is fitting right in with the New Orleans culture ... sportin' panties on his head and drinking from a bottle of Hennessy in the Mardi Gras parade.

Boogie and Pelicans teammate Anthony Davis were honorary grand marshals ... throwing out beads and giving the crowd a bit of "Fire and Ice" action -- party style.

A London nightclub says Mark Ingram is LYING about why he was turned away Monday night -- saying it wasn't about RACE, he simply brought TOO MANY GUYS to the party.

A rep for Cirque le Soir says Ingram and his NFL black friends were absolutely NOT turned away because they were "too urban" ... despite what Ingram claimed on social media.

Instead, Cirque says Mark violated a club policy that allows them to turn away "male heavy entourages."

"We proudly celebrate diversity, not only as part of our shows, but as part of who we are. We would not dismiss anyone as 'too urban' and we would not turn anyone away on the basis of their ethnicity, sexuality or any other characteristic - other than those expressed in our door policy."

The "door policy" says they "particularly discourage casual dress code, intoxicated customers & male heavy entourages."

The rep says, "Discretion lies with our door staff and while we sympathise with Mark and his friends we fully support our employees' right to challenge groups that do not adhere to our door policy. Admitting an all-male group goes against our policy and is clearly stated on Facebook and on all reservation confirmation emails."

Johnny Manziel says he's doing all the RIGHT things in his domestic violence case -- telling the judge he's been getting the professional help he needs to get his life back in order.

The ex-NFL star appeared in a Dallas courtroom for a hearing in his 2016 domestic violence case involving ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley.

The judge called the hearing because he was concerned that Johnny may have gone off the rails -- but Manziel ultimately convinced the court he's still living up to his end of the bargain.

As we previously reported, Manziel agreed to get treatment for anger management and substance abuse ... and if he stays out of trouble for a year, the assault charge will be dropped.

Manziel arrived to court in a suit and tie and said all the right things -- the judge said he was pleased with his progress.

The judge also told Johnny he hopes the next time he's in court will be to sign the dismissal papers.

Outside of court, Manziel thanked his fans for sticking by him and told reporters, "I want to play football."

Indianapolis Colts lineman David Parry spewed homophobic slurs and cussed out cops during his drunken arrest in Scottsdale over the weekend ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports.

The 24-year-old defensive lineman was way past belligerent when confronted by Scottsdale PD for attacking a taxi cart driver and stealing his vehicle early Saturday morning.

Cops say he was so drunk, he was spewing nonsense including, "Arrest my cooperation" and "who did I have auto theft with?"

The incident quickly turned combative -- cops say Parry called them "f**king f**gots," and called out some of the officers as, "fat f**k" and "pu**yboy."

He also looked at all the responding officers and told each one individually, "You're a bitch."

One of the cops told Parry he was done talking with him, to which the NFL player responded, "That's what the f**k I thought, bitch -- you have nothing on me."

Parry was asked how much he drank that night and responded, "A lot" and "more than I should have."

Cops say he was so hammered, he was dry heaving at the jail and needed a puke trash can ... just in case.

One last note, cops say Parry is so big they struggled to handcuff him and ultimately needed LEG IRONS to secure his wrists.

They beat the Bucks Monday night, but LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and J.R. Smith still had energy to put on a show AFTER the final buzzer ... with another round of dope handshakes.

The handshake game has been a thing for the Cavs for years ... and it keeps getting better.

Indianapolis Colts defensive lineman David Parry was arrested in Scottsdale, AZ over the weekend after cops say he attacked a golf cart taxi driver, stole the vehicle ... and CRASHED IT.

It all went down around 2 AM on Saturday morning. The driver of the golf cart taxi (common in Scottsdale) told police he picked a group of people up from a bar and dropped them off another location.

But when it came time to pay, 6'2", 300 pound Parry allegedly struck him in the head and stole the cart.

Cops found the cart crashed into a gate nearby. Parry was located on the sidewalk ... and appeared drunk.

Parry -- who started every game for the Colts during his first 2 seasons in the league -- was arrested on suspicion of robbery, auto theft, criminal damage, resisting arrest and DUI.
