A Super Bowl pregame party in Houston is about to put all other BBQs to shame by offering up more than 2000 lbs of beef in the lead-up to Sunday's big game ... TMZ has learned.

STK is catering the DIRECTV & PEPSI 3 day concert series -- an annual hotspot for celebs at the game -- this weekend where Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, The Chainsmokers, Sam Hunt and Snoop Dogg will all perform.

The talent ain't the only thing stacked -- check out this menu:

- 1100 lbs of ribeye
- 900 lbs of pork
- chili spiced chicken confit with roasted corn
- chili rubbed lamb chops
- pork belly buns with mango slaw
- mini burgers with caramelized onions and cheddar

Rob Gronkowski is NOT dating ex-Patriots cheerleader Camille Kostek ... and hasn't been dating her for months ... despite reports to the contrary, this according to multiple Gronk sources.

Here's the deal ... we're told Rob and Camille "had a fling" a while back -- but it was never anything official and Gronk has moved on.

But Camille -- who was promoted as Gronk's GF during an appearance on "Barstool Sports" this week -- isn't letting it go.

She's been posting various photos on social media wearing Gronk's jersey -- and attending Patriots games in various cities (she's currently in Houston) ... giving the impression they're together.

But multiple Gronk sources tell TMZ Sports they're "100% NOT dating, period."

Skip Bayless ain't takin' Le'Veon Bell's diss track lyin' down -- telling TMZ Sports he's reaching out to his pal, Lil Wayne, to fight back against the Steelers RB.

Bayless admits Bell's track -- "Shrimp Bayless" -- is fire (he actually enjoyed the clever lyrics) but says Le'Veon never addressed his main beef with the NFL star ... that he's NO Ezekiel Elliott!

Matt Barnes turned himself in to police Wednesday to face an assault charge stemming from a NYC nightclub brawl back in December ... law enforcement confirms.

Barnes was cited for misdemeanor assault for allegedly getting violent with a woman at Avenue nightclub in the early hours of Dec. 5th. The NY Post first reported Barnes' surrender.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Barnes claimed he was merely defending himself when all hell broke loose inside. The alleged victim claims Barnes choked her.

Barnes was at the club with his Sacramento Kings teammate, DeMarcus Cousins, that night. He was not charged with a crime.

U.S. Olympic legend Summer Sanders tells TMZ Sports she's concerned that the "chaos" from the Trump presidency could blow L.A.'s shot of winning the 2024 Olympic bid.

The 2-time Olympic gold medalist says the Olympics aren't supposed to be political but fact is -- they are -- and the world is watching President Trump.

Sanders says the current political climate in the U.S. is "chaos" -- and says, "I don't know if there will be enough time for the chaos of our politics to quiet down" before the I.O.C. makes its decision.

Sanders says there's one thing that could save L.A.'s bid ... the fans.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Fisher's L.A. home was burglarized on Monday and the ex-NBA star claimed $300k in jewelry was stolen including his 5 NBA Championship rings he won with the Lakers.

We spoke with a Lakers rep who tells us it IS possible for Fisher to get replacement rings and the team would be happy to work with the companies that made the bling to get new ones for Derek.

It doesn't mean the Lakers would pay for the new jewelry ... but they would essentially authorize the companies to manufacture brand new keepsakes for Fish.

Hopefully he's got good homeowners insurance.

Dana White tells TMZ Sports it's pretty obvious what happened to Ronda Rousey -- "One day you show up and you don't have it anymore."

The UFC honcho appeared on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Tuesday night on FS1) and said Ronda's career has gone the way of MOST great professional athletes.

"It's no different than any other sport. When you're a professional athlete and you're competing at a certain level, the day comes when you don't anymore. It happened to Ronda."

White says, even though he thinks Ronda is turning the page on her fighting career, she'll always be connected with the UFC.

Charles Barkley is finally responding to LeBron James' scathing media attack -- thanking the NBA star for "Googling me" ... and saying he's not mad because he's not a 12-year-old kid.

Barkley went on the "Waddle and Silvy" radio show on ESPN 1000 and said he has "no problem" with LeBron for bringing up his checkered past ... but claims James has some of his facts wrong.

Specifically, Barkley says Bron's claims that Charles is drowning in gambling debts is simply not true. He also says he was never late to an NBA All-Star game.

He did acknowledge some of LeBron's claims were true -- but didn't get specific beyond that.
