NFL stars, rappers, actors and rich people in general have all reached out to one of Houston's TOP jewelers to reserve MILLIONS of dollars in bling for Super Bowl weekend ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Cut the crap and put Barry Bonds in Cooperstown already ... so says possible future Hall of Famer Andruw Jones.

Same goes for Pete Rose and Roger Clemens.

Jones doesn't seem to care about the allegations against the 3 Cooperstown outcasts -- what they did ON the field is enough for him.

By the way, Jones is a possible Hall of Fame candidate in 2018 (there's a LOT of debate about him) ... so we asked how he felt about a potential enshrinement.

True Jones' number fell off after he turned 30 ... but dude was a 10 time Gold Glove winner, a 5 time All-Star and hit over 400 home runs.

Plus, he was never busted for PEDs.

Justin Bieber had some flashes of The Great One at the NHL Celebrity All Star Game ... an event that honored Alan Thicke.

The Biebs laced 'em up Saturday at Staples Center with some NHL legends, celebs and even Thicke's 19-year-old son Carter. It's clear to tell -- Justin was able to keep up with some of the best of them -- even scoring just as the game was ending.

As we reported ... Robin Thicke was scheduled to participate in the event but pulled out last minute because of the nasty custody war brewing between him and Paula Patton.

Conor McGregor is making one thing EXTREMELY clear ... he wants Floyd Mayweather for what he calls the "easiest fight ever."

Robin is not allowed to go near his son Julian for the time being, per judge's order. Robin insists the abuse claims lodged by Paula are bogus, and she had years to complain but chose now just to get back at him.

Michael Chiklis is clearly a die-hard Patriots fan, and is beyond excited at the prospect of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell eating a plateful of crow if Brady wins MVP at the Super Bowl.

By the way, Stanton was hangin' at the WME agency in Bev Hills where word on the street is he's working on a travel show. We asked him about it ... and he didn't exactly deny it.

Indianapolis Colts running back Robert Turbin is officially off the hook in his marijuana case ... despite the fact he seemed to take responsibility for the incident on Twitter.

Turbin was pulled over Utah on July 8 for running a stop sign and during the stop, cops found "a rolled joint-type thing" in his car. He was cited for marijuana possession and ordered to appear in court.

He later tweeted, "My mistake. Won't happen again."

But now, TMZ Sports has learned prosecutors threw out the case on "evidentiary grounds" -- and a rep for the Logan City Justice Court tells us there was evidence that shows Turbin might not be guilty.

Bottom line ... case closed. Turbin's in the clear.

A professional MMA fighter -- who fought in a Bellator event in 2015 -- was arrested Friday for allegedly killing two people in what cops believe was a robbery gone bad.

The suspect is Roshaun Jones -- a 5'8" 135 pound fighter from Oklahoma who racked up a 2-6 record as a pro.

He last fought in Kansas back in November and lost in a 1st round armbar.

But officials believe he's not just a bad fighter, but a bad person -- who shot two people to death in an armed robbery at a laundromat in Oklahoma on Monday. One of the victims was a female laundromat employee. Officials say the other victim was a male customer who tried to stop the robbery.

Officials launched a manhunt with help from the U.S. Marshal service and he was arrested today on two counts of 1st degree murder.

A former Baylor University student is suing the school claiming she was gang raped by two then-Baylor football players. She also claims 31 Baylor football players committed 52 acts of rape from 2011 to 2014.

The woman behind the suit identifies herself using the pseudonym Elizabeth Doe -- and claims she was raped by lineman Tre'Von Armstead and linebacker Shamycheal Chatman at a party in 2013.

The woman claims the rape occurred after a party hosted by Baylor football star Shawn Oakman -- who's currently facing rape allegations of his own in an unrelated case.

The woman claims the men took her to her apartment while she was "very intoxicated" and doesn't remember how she got there. She essentially says she was too drunk to give consent.

According to DallasNews.com, the players were named as suspects in a police report about a rape on the day in question, but were never charged with a crime.

The accuser is clearly not backing off the allegations -- and has now sued Baylor for Title IX violations and negligence.

In her suit, the accuser claims the university used the promise of sex with white women to help lure top football recruits to Baylor.

The lawsuit claims an assistant coach once asked a high school athlete, "Do you like white women? Because we have a lot of them at Baylor and they love football players."

The accuser claims 2 of the alleged gang rape incidents involving Baylor football players included 10 or more players at the same time.

When contacted for comment, Baylor did not address the specific allegations -- but did say, "Our hearts go out to any victims of sexual assault. Any assault involving members of our campus community is reprehensible and inexcusable."
