Pissed Chargers Fan Eggs San Diego Training Facility 'I Might Go To Jail For This'

Published | Updated

8:45 AM PT -- A rep for the San Diego PD tells us they're aware of the incident and are looking into it.

What do you do when you find out your beloved football team is moving to L.A.?

For one angry Chargers fan, the only thing you can do is throw eggs at the team's headquarters ... and broadcast the whole thing on social media.

(Ex-) Bolts fan Dan Wellington decided to go all Bieber on the team Wednesday night ... firing off about a dozen eggs at Chargers Park.

Check out the vid ... Wellington knows he'll probably get in trouble, but clearly doesn't care.

At least he offers to clean up the mess.

LOOKING THROUGH HOUSTON

New England Patriots superfan Mark Wahlberg says he'll be cheering on Alex Smith and the rest of the KC Chiefs this weekend ... and why?

We're guessing he thinks they're an easier path to the Super Bowl than the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Of course, Mark's first love is Tom Brady and Co. ... and he knows the priority is beating the Houston Texans (easy, right?) -- but who do you want in the AFC Championship? Pittsburgh or K.C.?

For the record, New England already BEAT the Steelers this year -- so, what's the big concern?

Randy Moss' Baby Mama Denies Blowing $4 Mil On Drugs 'I've Been Clean For Years'

Published | Updated

Randy Moss' baby mama is calling BS on the ex-NFL receiver after he claimed she blew $4 MILLION on drugs ... telling TMZ Sports, "I've been clean for years."

Moss called out his ex on Twitter last month ... claiming the mother of his 5 children refused to get treatment for a drug addiction in order to see her kids.

We spoke to Libby Offutt ... who says Moss' allegations are completely untrue and an attempt to keep her from seeing her children.

"I went to rehab TEN years ago and have been clean ever since," Offutt says. "He’s just saying that to keep the kids. I’d be dead if I spent $4 million on drugs. Where’s his proof?”

Offutt -- who provided us with documentation of recently passed drug tests -- says she believes Moss unleashed the Twitter rant because he was upset she tried to connect with the kids around Xmas.

“I drove 4 hours on the 26th to take my kids their Christmas presents and his wife wouldn’t let me see the kids or even leave their presents for them."

"He was mad and acted very immature, saying false things that the children are gonna read eventually, subjecting them to more unnecessary emotional stress. And why bash the woman that brought 5 of your children into this world?!"

"He should have respect for me. Not try and publicly harm me.”

Gilbert Arenas Sues Laura Govan Your Lawyer Brought Up Old STD Stuff Again!

Published | Updated

Gilbert Arenas is gunning for his ex-wife in court for repeating an STD claim about him that already cost her $110k ... TMZ has learned.

The ex-NBA star filed a defamation lawsuit against Laura Govan, as well as her attorney, Maya Shulman, over a December blog post about the longstanding war between the exes. In the post, Shulman said Laura was "stating a fact" when she accused Gilbert of giving her an STD.

As we reported, Gilbert won a hefty defamation judgement against Laura over that very allegation. In the new suit, he says Laura and her attorney clearly didn't learn their lesson -- and the December comment constitutes another instance of smearing his good name.

He says Shulman dug her own grave when she issued a retraction -- in the comments section of the blog -- admitting she doesn't "know any 'fact' that supports" Laura's STD claims. Gilbert says it proves she knowingly made a false statement.

He adds the retraction didn't come until 2 weeks later, and was NOT prominent on the site. He's suing both women for damages.

We reached out to Shulman, but haven't heard back.

'Gears of War' Sued I'm the Real 'Cole Train' ... You Stole My Game for Your Game!!

Published | Updated

"Gears of War" took a former football player/wrestler and turned him into "Cole Train"-- a central character in the game -- and then stiffed him royally.

Lenwood Hamilton claims he was going about his life last January when his son's friend showed him the video game, and he was flabbergasted ... he says "Cole Train" was simply him.

So, Hamilton did what any red-blooded American would do ... sued. According to the docs ... the physical appearances are almost identical, "Cole Train" is the only black character, they both wear derby hats, wrist bands and have a front gold tooth.

Hamilton goes on ... he believes they somehow imitated his voice and implanted it in "Cole Train." In fact, Hamilton says he hired a forensic voice examiner to compare his voice to CT, and they're indistinguishable.

It gets even weirder ... Hamilton is also suing Lester Speight, aka Terry Tate: Office Linebacker from vintage Reebok commercials, who's credited with the voice-over and portrayal of "Cole Train."

Hamilton says Speight used to work with his wrestling company and they talked about creating a video game character. Translation: Speight stole his idea and passed it off to the makers of "Gears of War."

Hamilton is suing for sales and profits, and that's a lot. The game's been super successful since 2006.

BJ Penn's Brother Arrested In Airplane Bender 'I Won't Get Off Without a Fight'

Published | Updated

The younger brother of UFC star BJ Penn was arrested Tuesday after a crazy incident on an airplane in which he allegedly yelled, "I won't get off the plane without a fight."

Reagan Penn -- a former MMA fighter himself -- was on a Delta plane at LAX headed to Phoenix to see his big brother throw down at UFC Fight Night 103 when he got into it with flight crew over alcohol.

We're told Penn wanted booze before takeoff, crew refused to serve him and an argument ensued. He was eventually told to deboard the plane but he refused.

Cops were called but the standoff continued -- and he allegedly told officers, "I won't get off the plane without a fight."

A witness tells us Penn commented that his brother would "kick his ass" if he didn't make it to PHX for the fight.

Penn was "taken down" by at least two officers who handcuffed him and arrested for him trespassing. He was taken to a nearby station where he was booked.

Penn has since been released. No word if he made it to PHX yet.

Magic Johnson Sues I Got Screwed In $850k Jewelry Deal

Published | Updated

File Under: Extremely Rich People Problems!

Magic Johnson says he borrowed $850,000 in fancy jewelry for his wife for their big 25th wedding anniversary last year ... only to get completely ripped off by the jeweler.

It's all part of a new lawsuit Johnson filed against Gina Amir Atelier ... a Bev Hills jewelry business that Johnson refers to as a "thieves den."

Long story short ... Johnson says the store took a $250k deposit so he could use 2 pieces of jewelry -- a gold and platinum ring covered in diamonds and a HUGE platinum necklace with 101 white diamonds.

Johnson says his wife, Cookie, wore the stuff and brought it back unharmed a week later -- but the store never returned his $250k deposit.

He claims the jewelers "conspired to defraud" him all along and says they used him as a "personal ATM." He's suing to get back his $250k.

Attempts to reach Gina for comment were unsuccessful.

HE'S MY HERO

Michael Jordan is too old to compete in Ice Cube's new 3-on-3 league for retired NBA players ... so says Allen Iverson, who tells TMZ Sports MJ's teeth are a little too long to still get it in on the court.

We got Iverson out in NYC at the official news conference for the BIG3 summer league (AI's gonna be playing and coaching) and wanted to know if we could look forward to Michael Jordan showing up.

Why ask Iverson? Allen made his NBA bones against MJ back in '97 crossing over His Airness in a moment most saw as Iverson's arrival, and the beginning of Jordan's departure.

Iverson says Jordan won't get his shot at revenge ... because at 53 he thinks Father Time is playing lockdown defense on MJ.

Thank you, Iverson ... if Michael wasn't thinking about playing before ... we GUARANTEE he is now.

Kenyon was out in NYC hyping up BIG3 when we asked for his thoughts on Karl. He told TMZ Sports he regretted the way he spoke about Kenyon's father situation in his new book.

It's clear Martin isn't even close to forgiving Karl and has absolutely no desire to work things out with his former coach.

IT'S A WEST COAST SITUATION

Floyd Mayweather is NOT calling the shots in the Soulja Boy vs. Chris Brown fight and has NO SAY in where it will go down ... this according to Soulja's personal fight promoter, Wack 100.

Wack isn't just Soulja's promoter -- he also manages Game and Ray J and is extremely well-connected in the West Coast gang scene ... especially with the Piru Bloods, the organization of which Chris and Soulja claim to be members.

Wack says he heard Mayweather dispute the location of the fight during an appearance on ESPN's "First Take" ... but says the boxer was straight-up wrong when he shot down Dubai.

Wack says the fight is a "West Coast thing" and, while he's got love for Mayweather, explains that Floyd is just "a guy from Michigan who lives in Vegas."

Here's her explanation of the incident -- "We were fighting about my birthday, and he was moving me out of his way so he could leave and end the argument. AS he pushed me aside I fell over a toy that was in the hallway where we were. I had no bruise or injury at all."

Rajon Rondo Didn't Take Team Bus to Game ... Here's Why

DON'T MIND ME

Rajon Rondo didn't get on the team bus with the rest of the Chicago Bulls to travel from the hotel in D.C. to the Verizon Center Tuesday ... but the team insists it has NOTHING to do with his beef with head coach Fred Hoiberg.

TMZ Sports spotted Rondo getting into a private car at his hotel before the Bulls played the Wizards -- while the team bus was parked right outside.

The timing is interesting since Rondo has voiced serious displeasure with Hoiberg over his recent 5 game benching.

But a rep for the Bulls tells TMZ Sports there's a perfectly good explanation for Rondo traveling solo.

"On game days, Rajon often goes to the arena early before the team bus departs the hotel. We have few players who will do this when they want to get in extra work pregame."

Rondo played 27 minutes in the Bulls' loss to the Wizards but went off on Hoiberg after the game -- saying his benching was "bulls**t."

Maybe it's best they travel separately ...
