Aaron Hernandez Gun Tats Can Be Used Against Him ... Judge Rules

Published | Updated

Aaron Hernandez's gun tattoos -- which he allegedly got to commemorate 2 violent crimes -- can be used against him in his double murder case ... a judge has ruled.

Prosecutors believe the ex-NFL star memorialized two violent incidents, including the 2012 double murder, by getting the weapons he used tatted on his body.

In the murder case, prosecutors believe the killer fired 5 shots from a revolver ... and believe it's no coincidence that Aaron went out and got a tat of a revolver with 5 bullets along with the words, "God Forgives."

Prosecutors also believe another tattoo of a semi-automatic pistol with a single spent shell casing commemorates the time he shot a guy in the face in 2013 with a semi-automatic pistol.

Aaron's lawyers argued that the tats should NOT be admissible -- claiming it was "rank speculation."

But the judge ruled there's too much of a connection to ignore -- and will allow prosecutors to present them as evidence in court.

Hernandez is accused of killing two people in a drive-by shooting after they accidentally bumped into him inside a Boston nightclub. He's already serving a life sentence for killing another man in 2013.

The double murder trial begins on Feb. 13th.

Nevada Athletic Commish Could FINALLY Torch Weed Ban

Published | Updated

Great news for Nick Diaz ... and other jocks who love weed -- the Nevada Athletic Commission is FINALLY considering removing marijuana as a banned substance ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Now that Nevada has legalized pot, the N.A.C. has plans to discuss the removal of cannabinoids from the Prohibited Substances list which affect all athletes who compete in the Silver State.

The N.A.C. is scheduled to discuss the matter on Friday -- and our sources tell us it's looking good for the pro-weed movement.

If the weed ban is overturned, we're told it would take at least 3 months before it goes into effect -- so, don't pick up the bong just yet.

Of course, the N.A.C. has been insanely tough on weed in the past -- and famously handed UFC star Nick Diaz a 5 YEAR ban for testing positive. The ban was later reduced to 18 months after HUGE public outcry.

Chris Brown, Soulja Boy We're Boxing in Dubai To Make a Fortune Off Pay-Per-View

Published | Updated

Chris Brown and Soulja Boy are gearing up for a bloodbath in the ring, but for various reasons they can't pull it off in the U.S. ... so we've learned they're planning to fight it out in Dubai.

Sources connected with both Chris and Soulja tell TMZ they genuinely dislike each other and each wants to beat the crap out of the other, but what they want more than anything is a huge paycheck by running the fight on Pay-Per-View.

The initial plan was for a Vegas fight, but we've learned there are several rules and regs that would make such a fight impossible there, not the least of which is a mandatory drug test for amateur fights ... which both Chris and Soulja know they would never pass.

We're told their plan is to take the fight overseas -- first choice Dubai -- and they believe the Pay-Per-View audience would rake in untold millions of dollars.

Both Chris and Soulja have talked about making this a charity fight, but we're told some of the money will line their pockets.

Gronk Makes 300-Pound Pal Ride Bull ... Pain Ensues

Published | Updated

Here's Rob Gronkowski being totally supportive as his 300-pound BFF does something he has no damn business doing ... RIDING A LIVE DESTRUCTIVE BULL.

It went down at the PBR Monster Energy Buck Off in NYC this weekend when Gronk's best buddy, contractor and chauffeur "Bobby Goons," got on the back of a 1,200 pound bull named "Lieutenant Dan."

What followed was what we're sure was the worst 1 second of Goons' life ... getting bucked off the animal and landing HARD on the unforgiving earth.

As for Gronk ... he immediately (and insanely) lobbied for his buddy to DO IT AGAIN ... saying their goal was to beat Chad Ochocinco's time when he rode a bull last year ... but the bull brass refused.

Check out Chad's ride below ... and for once be glad you're not Gronk's friend.
