Kordell Stewart says he's sick and tired of his famous ex-wife, Porsha Williams, trashing him in public -- and now he's threatening her with a legal war if she EVER mentions his name in public again.

You already know these two HATE each other ... but things heated up again this week when Kordell claimed Porsha had a role in leaking a private naked video of him to the Internet.

Porsha accused Kordell of leaking the footage himself for publicity -- saying she had nothing to do with "Kordell 'TOOTING' his derrière to the camera for the world to see."

Kordell was PISSED -- and had his lawyers fire off a cease and desist letter to the 'Real Housewives' star demanding she quit trashing him in public.

Kordell also told Porsha to scrub her social media of ANY anti-Kordell posts that may still exist on any of her Twitter, Instagram or Facebook pages.

If she doesn't play ball, Kordell says he won't hesitate to sue her ass immediately.

A brave teen fighting a rare form of cancer tells TMZ Sports Carmelo Anthony's gift to his family changed his life ... and gave him a new outlook forever.

We talked to Jarrell Lara ... a 17-year-old Knicks fan battling Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis ... a type of cancer that attacks the bone marrow.

'Melo suprised Jarrell and his whole family earlier this month, presenting them with a brand new car they desperately needed to get back and forth during some financially tough times.

Lara told us the gesture meant so much more to him than Anthony can even imagine ... and that now he has a goal to shoot for in life ... besides beating the disease.

"It just makes me think how if you really try, you could be that successful."

Ronda Rousey has broken her silence after that brutal loss at UFC 207 ... and it's clear she's considering retiring from the sport.

Ronda issued a statement to ESPN, saying in part "I need to take some time to reflect and think about the future" ... This after getting knocked out by Amanda Nunes just 48 seconds into the fight.

She goes on to say her entire focus this year has been pulling off a victory next time she got in the ring. She's clearly very shaken ... adding, "sometimes even when you prepare and give everything you have and want something so badly -- it doesn't work out how you planned."

Ronda beelined it out of the arena Friday night without talking to anyone, except a few fans.

As we reported, even her mom would like to see her hang up her gloves for good.

LeBron James ate like true king with prime meats on the menu to celebrate his 32nd birthday.

The Chosen One hit up Fahrenheit Friday night -- the night of his birthday -- in Charlotte with a bunch of his teammates ... including Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson.

We're told he rolled in around 8:30 PM and the group sat in a private room ... where they ordered $3k worth of food and drinks. LeBron specially requested a blackened salmon salad while the rest of the ballers feasted on 60-day aged NY steaks and lobster tails.

They washed it down with some Hennessy and Moscow Mules before the big dessert -- chocolate and vanilla bean cake ... delivered by Chef Rocco Whalen himself.

Tyson Beckford is selling exercise equipment -- the Beckford bar -- but the company he partnered with hooked up with a different bar -- the California state bar -- and they're taking the stud to court.

Tyson made a deal with Cisco to hawk the product, and of course Tyson was the face and body that was tailor-made to move units.

Cisco says in a new lawsuit the product did well ... but Tyson left it holding the bag by not getting out there and promoting the sale of additional units.

But we're told Tyson made it clear to Cisco ... the deal was for him to sell 2,000 units and he never agreed to more, so if the company screwed up by buying too many Beckford Bars, it has itself to blame.

The product's still on sale online, for $99.95.

Newly crowned UFC bantamweight champ Cody Garbrandt says his win against Dominick Cruz was the best 25 minutes of his life.

We got Cody in the lobby of the MGM Grand after winning the belt, and his comments about his relationship with Dominick Cruz is super interesting ... given their trash talk in and out of the octagon.

Speaking of Cruz ... we also got him at the MGM in Vegas, and he's handling the loss like a champ. The decision didn't go his way, but it didn't stop him from partying.

Ronda Rousey's mom didn't mince words after her daughter's UFC 207 disastrous loss ... her kid needs to hang it up.

We got AnnMaria De Mars at the MGM after she watched Amanda Nunes knock her daughter out 48 seconds into the first round.

AnnMaria sounds like she never wanted Ronda to fight ... ever, and throws shade on those who do.
