Steve Francis was BALLIN' OUT during his drunk driving arrest -- claiming he was wearing a $1 MILLION chain when cops took him into custody ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, the ex-NBA star was popped for DWI in Houston on Saturday night -- and allegedly threatened revenge on the arresting officers.

He was taken to a nearby police station where he was booked -- and while there, cops noted the "property" he had on him at the time ... which included a bunch of weed.

According to the police report, Francis' chain was a "yellow metallic necklace with 'M'" ... valued at $1,000,000. We're told the value was provided to the police by Francis himself.

Cops say he also had 21.92 grams of weed with paper rolls ... which seems a lot to most people but as one stoner in our office put it, "It wouldn't get Snoop out of bed in the morning."

The police report also lists Francis as 6'3", 220 lbs ... about 25 pounds heavier than his playing weight.

It's over for Jurgen Klinsmann ... he's just been fired as the head coach of the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team.

U.S. Soccer Prez Sunil Gulati just issued a statement ...

"Today we made the difficult decision of parting ways with Jurgen Klinsmann, our head coach of the U.S. Men’s National Team and Technical Director."

"We want to thank Jurgen for his hard work and commitment during these last five years. He took pride in having the responsibility of steering the program, and there were considerable achievements along the way."

"While we remain confident that we have quality players to help us advance to Russia 2018, the form and growth of the team up to this point left us convinced that we need to go in a different direction."

It's not just NBA stars who can brick a shot ... because a woman just admitted to firing one through a window at Metta World Peace's home!!

The Lakers star appeared in an L.A. courtroom on Monday to get a permanent restraining order against Miesha Shakes -- who Metta claims has been harassing him and his family since 2015.

In a heated courtroom exchange, Miesha admitted to throwing the brick though Metta's window and bothering his family ... and claims it's all over a dispute with her baby daddy. We'll explain ...

Miesha says she has a kid with Metta's nephew -- and Metta sometimes watches the kid. Miesha's upset with her baby daddy so she decided to take out her anger on Metta.

The judge, as you can imagine, was not happy with Miesha's explanation -- and hit her with a restraining order to stay 100 yards from Metta and his family for the next 3 years.

Justin Bieber put on his electric green cleats and hit the pitch with Neymar at FC Barcelona's training facility ... and wound up in a penalty shootout with one of the best players in the world.

Missouri running back Damarea Crockett -- one of the best (if not THE best) freshmen running backs in the country -- was arrested Sunday morning ... after a record-setting performance just hours before.

After putting up 225 YARDS on Tennessee on Saturday (breaking the Mizzou freshman single season rushing record and single game rushing record) ... cops say the 18-year-old was busted smoking weed in a campus parking lot.

He was taken into custody around 4:17 AM on Sunday morning for possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

As one law enforcement source put it -- students often go to this particular parking lot to smoke weed. An officer was doing a routine check and saw the fire from the smoking session inside of Crockett's car.

Chad Moller, the Associate Athletic Director at Mizzou, said the team is "aware of the incident and are handling it internally."

Mizzou is set to take on Arkansas on Friday -- no word if Crockett will suit up.

Ex-NBA superstar Steve Francis was arrested for drunk driving in Houston over the weekend ... and cops say he was a pain in the ass during the bust and vowed revenge on the arresting officers.

The former Houston Rockets star was initially pulled over in a black 2017 Chevy Tahoe on Saturday for doing 88 in a 65 around 11:20 PM -- but during the stop, cops noticed he reeked of booze.

We're told Francis was "verbally abusive" to the officer.

Cops say the 39-year-old refused a field sobriety test -- and more cops were called to the scene because Francis was uncooperative.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Francis made comments essentially warning the officers that he would get revenge for the arrest.

During the incident, cops also found weed.

Guess if you can't beat 'em, eat with 'em ... at least that's how Bulls guard Jimmy Butler must feel ... 'cause he grabbed dinner with DeAndre Jordan just moments after DJ's Clippers handled the Bulls.

Clippers beat the Bulls 102-95 Saturday night ... but that didn't stop the DJ and JB from dining out at Catch -- which is apparently the only restaurant in Los Angeles -- after the final whistle blew.

Our camera got the two men leaving ... and when we asked Jordan if the loser of the game had to pay he smiled and said "I had a good meal" (free food tastes better).

Bonus bombshell revelations? Jordan says his character of Mrs. Hooper in the State Farm ads is DONE FOR GOOD ... which is a major drag, like a BIGGEST drag, the BIGGEST drag we've ever seen.

Here's video of a bloody, bruised and busted up Lenny Dykstra on the night he claims cops beat him to a pulp in L.A. County jail ... video Lenny claims is the smoking gun in his $15 million lawsuit.

The footage was shot April 5th, 2012 -- after Lenny claims 6 L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies unleashed a vicious beating simply because they didn't like him.

Lenny sued L.A. County and multiple deputies for $15 mil -- claiming he suffered all sorts of injuries, including brain damage. He also claims "his teeth were broken out of his skull" and he has trouble eating.

The video was shot at a nearby medical center -- where a medicated Dykstra was examined while handcuffed and strapped to a gurney. A deputy points out all of Dykstra's injuries.

We've reached out to the LASD for their side of the story -- but they refuse to comment on ongoing litigation.

Clippers Coach Doc Rivers has some soothing words for Greg Oden ... telling TMZ Sports he doesn't think Oden is the biggest bust in the history of the league ... even though Oden said he was.

We got Doc out at Catch (doesn't anyone eat anywhere else?) and asked him about Oden's heart-wrenching admission that he considers himself the biggest bust in the history of the league.

Sad to say but Oden's got a good case for it ... he was drafted #1 overall back in 2007 and went on to average just eight points in an injury-plagued NBA career.

Doc still doesn't think that's enough to get Oden the crown ... and said as much when we asked him about it.

Shaunie O'Neal has a message for any racists that might try to bully her children ... don't try it ... saying her kids are completely ready, willing and able ... TO FIGHT BACK!

We got Shaunie out at LAX and asked her what it's like raising youngsters (she has five kids) in the tense racial and social time the country is going through right now.

Don't start polishing Odell Beckham Jr.'s Hall Of Fame bust just yet ... 'cause Tim Brown -- a guy who's already in -- says although OBJ's off to a great start, he's got a LONG WAY to go to get to Canton.

Brown was a GOD when he balled for the Raiders back in the day ... making 9 Pro Bowls and hauling in over 100 career TDs ... so he knows a little about what it takes to be enshrined.

He talked to TMZ Sports and when we asked him about Odell's shot at getting one of those ugly ass jackets, Brown kept it all the way real.

"The bar has been set pretty high ... I think he's gonna have to get to 11 or 12 hundred catches."

FYI -- It's Odell's third NFL season and he already has 382 grabs, so he's well on his way.
