Close your ears Cubs fans ... 'cause Bill Simmons is giving a eulogy to your season ... saying there will be no World Series comeback ... and the Cleveland Indians will finish it TONIGHT!

We got Bill out in L.A. and asked him if he thought the Cubs could pull off one of the biggest World Series resurrections in history ... coming back from a 3-1 deficit to win it all.

Bill's short answer? HELL NO! He tells our camera guy he thinks it's over ... and he thinks it ends Tuesday, 'cause in his mind the Indians are just too strong for the Cubbies.

Scottie Pippen and wife Larsa are in a dogfight over their reported $50 million fortune ... this according to divorce docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Scottie and Larsa agree on one thing ... they both signed a prenup in 1997, which clearly benefits Scottie. Larsa says the prenup went out the window one year ago this month, when both she and Scottie agreed to nullify it.

There are other conflicts ... Scottie wants to move their 4 kids from Florida to Chicago. She wants them to stay put.

And Larsa wants spousal support, the family home, tuition for their kids' private schools and other stuff.

Larsa is so worried Scottie won't pay her after the divorce, she wants to use his life insurance policy as collateral in case he doesn't write the checks. If he doesn't, she wants to cash in the policy to get her money.

Larsa Pippen made a tearful 911 call -- just 3 days after she placed a very similar call to police -- and said Scottie had "gotten crazy again."

The NBA legend's wife called Fort Lauderdale PD on Oct. 4, and this time she was more defiant and insisted police come to their home because he was breaking things.

As we reported ... her first 911 call was made as Scottie stood next to Larsa, telling her to cancel the call for help. The second time around, Larsa is by herself, crying and providing details about the alleged incident.

N.Y. Mets star pitcher Jeurys Familia was arrested for domestic violence early Monday morning in New Jersey ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Familia -- an All-Star pitcher -- was arrested by the Fort Lee police department ... after they responded Monday morning at 2:22 AM to a call for "a dispute."

According to the complaint ... cops observed visible injuries to the alleged victim, including "a scratch to the chest and bruise to the right cheek."

Familia was arrested and charged with simple assault. His bail was set at $1,500.

The Mets released the following statement, saying, "The matter was brought to our attention and we are monitoring the situation."

We reached out to Familia's rep ... but so far, no word back.

FYI -- Familia appeared in an anti-domestic violence PSA earlier this month.

Scottie Pippen's wife tearfully told a 911 dispatcher her husband was getting aggressive, but he was doing everything he could to call off the cavalry.

We obtained audio of the 911 call made October 1st -- the first time cops responded to the Pippen's Florida home. Later that month, Scottie filed for divorce.

It's unclear what the argument was over, but as we reported Larsa had been hanging with Future and it appears it was a source of conflict.

Chad Johnson's quest to dominate the video game world in FIFA continued Monday night ... except for one thing ... he kinda got dominated by a random dude in Queens.

Ochocinco happened to be in NY last night -- and sent out a challenge to his followers on Twitter ... that he would make a house call and beat your ass in person (he does this all the time).

23-year-old Jimmy Russo accepted the challenge -- so Chad showed up to his home in Queens ... where they battled though TEN GAMES.

Problem is ... Chad lost 9.

Still, a decent night for Chad ... Jimmy bought pizza and his mom treated the guys to some Dunkin' Donuts. Good times.

He won't say he's "rooting" for the Cubs -- but ex-Cleveland Indians player Nick Swisher is clearly pulling for Chicago to win Tuesday night ... claiming it's simply better for baseball if the Cubbies win.

Swisher is from Ohio, played for the Indians from 2013 to 2015 and says he still has a bunch of close friends on the team ... but when we saw Nick at LAX Tuesday morning, he explained why he's not Team Cleveland.

The bad news for Chicago -- Nick says he's been talking to some of the Cleveland players and they're feeling pretty great.

Sad news ... NBA star Chandler Parsons and his ex-Victoria's Secret model girlfriend, Toni Garrn, are officially over ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The two had been dating since last summer -- months after she split with Leonardo DiCaprio -- and they seemed to be getting pretty serious as of late.

But a source close to the former couple tells us the two have "amicably split" -- and despite the fact they've scrubbed each other from their Instagram accounts, they're still on good terms.

So, what went wrong? We're told work got in the way. They're both focusing on their careers -- Toni's doing the modeling thing and Chandler's working on getting back on the court with the Memphis Grizzlies after knee surgery back in March.

Don't worry, he's a rich NBA star (signed a $94 MILLION contract back in July) and she's a super hot model -- they'll be fine.

DeAndre Jordan says R&B singer Sevyn Streeter should diss the 76ers the same way they dissed her ... and REJECT their offer of a do-over-make-good performance of the National Anthem.

You know the story ... the Sixers put the kibosh on Streeter's opening night anthem performance because the singer was wearing a shirt that read "We Matter."

Players on the roster were none too pleased about the decision, and the organization has since apologized to Sevyn and offered her an opportunity to sing again whenever she wants.

Raiders star Donald Penn's wife is calling quits on their marriage ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported ... Donald's wife, Dominique Penn, BLASTED the star lineman over social media earlier this month after he allegedly knocked up a reality TV star.

At the time, Dominique vowed to stick by Donald's side ... but something clearly changed ... 'cause only days after calling out her husband and his alleged baby mama, Dominique filed for divorce in L.A.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Dominique -- married to Donald since June 2012 -- lists "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

In the docs -- filed on October 20th -- she asks for spousal support and joint custody of their 3 kids.

We reached out to Donald's rep ... who had no comment.
