Michael Phelps Secretly Married for Months

Published | Updated

Michael Phelps tied the knot with Nicole Johnson months ago, but they kept it under wraps ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We've learned the couple has been married since June 13th. The ceremony went down in Paradise Valley, AZ, where they just moved. It was officiated by Peter Carlisle, Michael's agent and longtime friend.

Michael and Nicole got the marriage license June 9th and filed the Record of Marriage June 15th.

It's fascinating. During the Olympics, when everyone was reporting they were engaged, they had already been married for 2 months.

We did find a clue ... on June 13th -- their wedding day -- Nicole posted a pic of the 2 of them casually dressed with the baby in tow with the caption, "Such a memorable night with my lil fambam."

The man behind the lawsuit is Erik Hood -- who says he went to a youth basketball game in Phoenix in January 2015 because he's friends with one of the coaches ... only to be attacked by the Morris brothers after the game.

In the suit, filed by David Gammill of Geragos & Geragos, Hood says the Morris bros -- along with 3 other men -- had "formulated a joint plan to attack" ... and then executed it after the game.

NFL's Antonio Brown Remembers Brandon Marshall Bet ... Seems Confident

Published | Updated

With Antonio Brown leading Brandon Marshall in total receiving yards this season -- we had one question for the Steelers WR Tuesday ... you clear out a space for his Porsche yet???

Remember, Marshall called out Brown back in July -- with the NY Jets superstar saying he'd bet his fancy Porsche against Brown's Rolls-Royce that he'd rack up more yards this season.

Of course, the bet was made back in July -- right after Ryan Fitzpatrick had re-signed and Marshall was super pumped about it. Maybe a little too pumped ...

Going into Week 8, Brown's got 592 receiving yards -- Marshall's got 472.

Brandon's definitely not out of it -- but judging by Brown's smile yesterday, he's confident.

But let's get serious, at this rate ... both guys should just fork over their cars to Julio Jones -- that guy's already got 830 YARDS!

Good luck ...

The California Kid is slated to take on Brad Pickett at UFC Fight Night in December -- and had said it would be his last fight ever ... culminating a solid 13 year career.

But when we pressed ... Faber told us he's definitely not slamming the door on the possibility of getting in the Octagon again.

"I'd never put extreme limits on myself. I would never say, 'this is it, this is it.' I mean, somebody might really piss me off and there might be a golden opportunity. You never know."

"But my mentality right now is I'm gonna have this fight. I'm gonna go out with a bang and make it a meaningful and heartfelt one."

If it does end up being his last fight, Faber says he's already set up a pretty sweet 2nd career for himself in Hollywood -- with a bunch of movies and TV projects -- and says he's even working with the guys from "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."
