Josh Brown Done with the Giants ... Report Says
The NY Giants will move Josh Brown off the team roster and onto the Commissioner's exempt list by Friday afternoon ... this according to ESPN.
It's not the same as firing Brown -- he'll basically be in NFL purgatory -- but the network is reporting that "he has kicked his last kick for the Giants."
The move will come in the wake of new documents that have surfaced in Brown's 2015 domestic violence case -- in which the kicker admitted to abusing his ex-wife.
FYI, the list is only available to use by teams dealing with "unusual circumstances" with a player. Adrian Peterson and Greg Hardy have previously been on the list.
While on the list, Brown will still be eligible to receive his NFL salary -- which is just over $1 million.

Seems too little too late for Sterling to embrace hip-hop culture, but if you're gonna do it, Donald -- try the red down jacket next time, dawg. Just sayin' ...

Johnny Manziel Crappy Details In $350,000 Lawsuit ... Animal Poop & Debauchery
New disgusting allegations against Johnny Manziel -- who's being sued for more than $350,000 for allegedly treating a $50 MILLION mansion like a giant litter box ... according to a new lawsuit.
As we previously reported, Manziel's at war with the guy who owns the famous Weidlake Mansion in the Hollywood Hills ... where the QB allegedly stayed for most of the summer.
According to the lawsuit, Manziel and his pal entered an 8 month lease to stay at the pad but disappeared after 3 months ... after causing more than $187,000 in damages.
"Defendants ravaged the plaintiff's home," the suit reads ... "They broke doors and mirrors, and failed to clean up and immense amount of dog feces and urine that was left throughout multiple rooms of the house for days, if not weeks."
The owner claims the pee and poo left an "overwhelming stench and permanent staining to expensive couches, hardwood floors, rugs and carpets."
The owner claims he reached out to Johnny to fix the issue and Johnny texted back taking full responsibility.
"This is on me %1000," one of Johnny's alleged texts reads ... "I cannot apologize enough."
The owner says Johnny also promised to cover the damages saying, "I'm a man of my word."
Problem is ... according to the suit, Manziel and his roommate never fixed the problem -- plus they moved out after 3 months and still owe $125,000 in unpaid rent.
Johnny has adamantly denied any wrongdoing and says he never signed any contract that would put him on the hook for rent or any other damages.

Josh Brown Officially Off the Hook in Domestic Violence Case
Despite all of the new information that's come to light, prosecutors in King County, Washington have officially decided to NOT move forward with charges against NY Giants kicker Josh Brown.
TMZ Sports obtained official documents in which prosecutors explained why Brown would not be prosecuted over the May 2015 incident involving his ex-wife.
"To prevail on a misdemeanor charge of Assault in the Fourth Degree, the State would have to prove to the unanimous satisfaction of a jury that [Brown] intentionally assaulted [the alleged victim]."
"At the time of arrest, he claimed to have grabbed her wrist accidentally rather than intentionally. This cannot be adequately disproved without [the alleged victim's] assistance providing incriminating testimony."
Officials say they followed up with Brown's ex -- who told them about prior abuse and provided details.
In the end, prosecutors felt they did not have enough evidence to convict Brown and declined to move forward with the case. The decision to drop the case was made official TODAY ... hours after new documents went public in which Brown admitted to abusing his ex-wife in the past.
