FS1 Host Skip Bayless thinks a racist catcher is catching an unfair break if he isn't suspended next season as well for some really awful tweets.

The "Undisputed" host was leaving Boa Friday night in WeHo after dinner with Fox Sports honcho Eric Shanks when our photog asked about the incendiary tweets courtesy of Mariners catcher Steve Clevenger.

Bayless wants the book thrown at him.

Dwyane Wade ain't leaving Miami empty-handed ... 'cause his former teammate, Dorell Wright, just hooked him up with an awesome custom art piece to bid him farewell.

Wright -- who played with Wade for 6 years on the Heat -- hit up Michael Farhat of ART Mobb ... and commissioned him to make a one-of-a-kind art piece for his "big brother," D. Wade.

The vision? Farhat told us it's "Wade reflecting on the success and hard work he put in Miami and using that as motivation for Chicago."

The project -- which took 7 hours to complete -- was spray painted on a piece of plexiglass using handmade stencils ... and it's dope.

Tommy Lasorda turned 89 years old this week, but his love for the L.A. Dodgers is as strong as ever ... 'cause the legendary HOFer just got a custom Dodger jersey-themed blazer for his birthday.

The custom blazer was designed and handmade by David Heil, CEO of David August clothing. It took over 40 HOURS to complete ... and is made of the finest material (super 170's wool/silk and navy twill).

Heil added the numbers 27 (for Lasorda's birth year, 1927) and 67 to represent the total years he's spent with the Dodgers organization.

FYI -- David August makes custom clothes for stars like Conor McGregor, Michael Strahan, and Kobe Bryant. The company wouldn't say how much Lasorda's blazer cost ... but McGregor's suits run up to $10k.

Bill Belichick is a flat out BETTER COACH than Vince Lombardi ... so says a guy who won 3 Super Bowls with B.B., former star wide receiver Troy Brown.

Brown joined "TMZ Sports" (Friday night on FS1) to shed light on how Belichick's Tom Brady-less Patriots are 3-0 ... under a 2nd and 3rd string QB.

What T.B. says is shocking ... proclaiming B.B. a better coach than the man widely considered to be the greatest football coach of all-time, Vince Lombardi.

Kevin Garnett has decided to call it quits after 21 seasons in the NBA.

K.G. hit up Instagram ... and posted an emotional video saying "farewell" to his fans.

The 5th overall pick of the 1995 Draft, Garnett spent most of his career with the Wolves, and was the league MVP in 2004. He won an NBA title as a member of the Boston Celtics in 2008.

TMZ Sports has obtained the dash cam footage from Austin Seferian-Jenkins' DUI arrest -- and he ALMOST got off scot free ... until he started running his drunken mouth.

The ex-Bucs tight end was pulled over for an improper lane change after cutting off a cop -- and moments after the stop, the officer was going to let ASJ off with a warning.

Then Austin started talking ... and slurring ... and the cop quickly realized the 23-year-old was wasted.

Austin begged the cop to let him go to his QB's house to watch 'American Horror Story' ... but the cop shot that down.

Once Austin was arrested, he told the cop he needed to take a "huge s***" -- the cop begged him not to do it in his brand new squad car.

He was booked for DUI and violation of an ignition interlock device restriction -- stemming from a 2013 DUI. The Bucs have since cut him from the team.

UFC star Urijah Faber personally witnessed the BEATDOWN doled out by ex-NBA star/Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson ... and he's tellin' us exactly what he saw.

Faber joined the "TMZ Sports" TV show (weeknights on FS1) to break down the brawl.

ICYMI, Sean Thompson, 32, was arrested for smashing a pie in the face of Mayor Kevin Johnson -- a former 3x NBA All-Star -- at a charity event Wednesday night.

11:10 AM PT -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reportedly informed Austin Seferian-Jenkins that they will cut him from the team.

Tampa Bay Bucs tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins was arrested in Tampa early Friday morning after cops say he was drunkenly weaving through traffic and driving at a high rate of speed.

Seferian-Jenkins was stopped by Florida Highway Patrol around 4 AM after cops say he was driving 25 MPH over the speed limit ... and cut off one of their officers.

According to the arrest report, ASJ was agitated, reeked of booze and had glassy eyes and slurred speech. He also refused to take a blood alcohol test.

He was arrested for driving under the influence and was taken to the Hillsborough County Jail. His bail is set $750.

This isn't ASJ's first time arrested for driving drunk ... he was busted for DUI in March 2013.

Seattle Mariners catcher Steve Clevenger has been SUSPENDED for the rest of the MLB season -- without pay -- for a series of racially insensitive tweets.

The team released a statement announcing the suspension, saying, "as soon as we became aware of the tweet posted by Steve yesterday we began to examine all of our options in regard to his standing on the team."

The decision? Send him home for the last 10 games of the year.

In case ya missed it, Clevenger went on an offensive Twitter rant Thursday ... attacking everyone from the Black Lives Matter movement to President Obama.

Now, since he ain't playin' baseball ... Clevenger has until spring training to contemplate deactivating his Twitter account.

Legendary NFL coach Mike Ditka says Colin Kaepernick should stop disrespecting the U.S. ... and just "get the hell out" of America if he doesn't like it here.

Ditka appeared on 105.3 The Fan in Dallas Friday morning when he was asked about Kaep's protest ... and he didn't hold back ... at all.

“Anybody who disrespects this country and the flag,” Ditka says, “If they don’t like the country, they don’t like our flag, get the hell out."

Not only does Ditka have no respect for the way Kaepernick is protesting ... he doesn't believe there's a reason to protest at all.

"I don't see all the atrocities going on in this country that people say are going on."

Derrick Rose's rape accuser won't be holding any more news conferences if he gets his way ... he's asking a judge to shut her up.

Rose just filed a motion requesting the anonymous accuser be prohibited from speaking about the case with anyone in the media until the end of the trial. He's pissed about what he calls her "nationwide media blitz," and feels it's hurting his ability to get a fair trial.

As we reported ... the accuser and her lawyer held a teleconference with reporters last week, during which they called Rose a "sexual deviant."

Michael Bisping is SPITTIN' FIRE ... takin' aim at Luke Rockhold and Demi Lovato's relationship ... saying Rockhold could never get a girl with "intelligence" ... and it's all on video!!

TMZ Sports talked to Bisping outside the UFC Gym in Torrance ... and he absolutely went off.

Ex-NFL star Kerry Rhodes was involved in a car wreck in Los Angeles this afternoon ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A source close to the former NY Jets safety tells us another driver abruptly pulled out in front of him, causing him to swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting her.

He didn't crash into any cars, but ended up running into the side of an apartment complex. His airbag was deployed.

We're told police responded to the wreck and took a report.

A close family friend of Robby Gordon's father called 911 after entering the house and seeing 2 dead bodies, and immediately said it looked like a murder-suicide.

The friend was very calm during the call -- he says he's a retired firefighter -- and says "Baja" Bob Gordon's body was in the bathroom and his wife, Sharon, was in the bedroom. He says he could see a rifle next to Bob's body.

As we reported ... a butcher knife was found near the wife's body. Police are investigating all angles of the case.
