Chris Bosh Interior Design Firm Sues You Screwed Us Out of Millions!!!
Chris Bosh committed a flagrant foul on an interior design company, hiring them to work on his fancy new Texas home with no intention of paying up ... according to a new lawsuit.
MJB Design Group claims Bosh and his wife, Adrienne, sought their help with the Texas project because they had worked with them already in Florida, where the firm is based.
According to the docs ... MJB entered into an agreement with the Boshes in January 2015 to provide interior design services and all materials for the Texas property until it was done, which was supposed to be in May 2016.
MJB claims this was all a sham ... because the Boshes dragged their heels during construction knowing it would never be done on time, but still promised them a paycheck.
The Boshes' home was not built on time and they backed out of their deal with MJB last month ... according to the suit.
MJB is suing Bosh and his wife for more than $2 mil -- a huge price tag for the NBA star whose playing days might be over.
We reached out to Bosh for comment ... so far, no word back.

NFL's Josh Gordon Wanted Man ... Arrest Warrant Issued
6:00 PM PT -- According to Cleveland.com, Gordon submitted a DNA test this afternoon and settled the warrant. His attorney said he was unaware of the case and didn't realize he was supposed to be in court.
An arrest warrant has been issued for NFL star Josh Gordon, 'cause the 25-year-old blew off a judge several times in a paternity case.
According to court docs, an Ohio woman claims Gordon is the father of her 1-year-old daughter ... and filed a lawsuit against him last year seeking child support. She said the child was born on 5/14/2015.
A judge ordered the Cleveland Browns wide receiver to provide a DNA sample and attend hearings -- but Gordon failed to comply with any of the orders -- so a warrant was issued for his arrest on August 31.
When he turns himself in, his bond will be set at $500. The warrant can be recalled if he submits a DNA test.
The Browns issued a statement, saying, "We are aware of the situation. Josh and his attorney are working with the Cuyahoga County Courts to resolve this matter. We have no further comment at this time."
Cleveland.com was the first to report the story.

Derrick Rose Rape Accuser Must Reveal Identity ... Judge Rules
The woman suing Derrick Rose for allegedly gang raping her with his friends may no longer use a pseudonym and MUST reveal her identity when the case moves forward ... a judge has ruled.
The woman filed her lawsuit under the name "Jane Doe" in an effort to stay anonymous and protect her privacy.

Now, it seems the judge agrees ... with U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald ruling that she must disclose her real name when the case goes to trial.
