Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson continue their romp fest in Cabo.

Team USA soccer star Megan Rapinoe made it absolutely clear she's on Colin Kaepernick's side ... taking a knee herself in a pro women's soccer match Sunday night.

Megan -- a midfielder for the Seattle Reign FC in the National Women's Soccer League -- said taking a knee during playing of the National Anthem just before kickoff against the Chicago Red Stars was absolutely intentional.

Megan told reporters she took the stand because she's disgusted with the way Colin's been treated and the hatred he's received. Colin's drawn a storm of criticism for first sitting and then taking a knee during the National Anthem.

The 49ers QB has also received a powerful ally -- President Obama.

As for Megan ... she went on to say, "Being a gay American, I know what it means to look at the flag and not have it protect all of your liberties. It was something small that I could do and something that I plan to keep doing in the future and hopefully spark some meaningful conversation around it. It’s important to have white people stand in support of people of color on this."

2:29 PM PT -- Miller bonded out and has been released from custody.

12:12 PM PT -- The 49ers announced they've released Miller.

49ers fullback Bruce Miller was arrested for allegedly attacking 2 men -- including one who was 70.

TMZ Sports confirmed Miller was busted for aggravated assault, elder abuse, threats and battery. Bail's been set at $178k.

The altercation went down early Monday morning after Miller -- who cops say was drunk -- tried entering a room occupied by an elderly couple at Fisherman's Wharf Marriott Hotel.

When a neighboring guest, the couple's son, told Miller he was at the wrong room, the football player charged at him. That's when the 70-year-old father came to his defense and Miller punched him ... breaking several of the man's bones. Both men were taken to a hospital.

Miller fled but cops tracked him down across the street at another hotel where he was arrested. The 49ers released a statement, saying, "The San Francisco 49ers organization is aware of the media report regarding Bruce Miller. We are gathering the relevant facts of this matter and will continue to monitor the situation."

President Obama just gave a ringing endorsement to Colin Kaepernick's National Anthem protest ... not only saying it's his Constitutional right but that he did something good by refusing to stand.

Obama's in China and says he didn't follow the QB's protest that closely, but then tentatively went on to say, "I think he cares about some real legitimate issues that have to be talked about."

The Prez fumbled as he began explaining how it's probably hard for people in the military to stomach what Kaepernick did, but then he dropped the thought and went on to praise the 49er.

WWE superstar Rusev wasn't picture perfect with a black eye ... but that didn't stop him and Lana from saying "I do" again -- this time in Rusev's home country of Bulgaria.

You'll recall Lana and Rusev planned 2 weddings -- a romantic ceremony in Malibu back in July and now over the weekend. They went all out ... Lana's dress was a whopping $75k. We're told the lace alone was a cool $15k.

Anthony Anderson is down with Colin Kaepernick's protest, but his support seems more rooted in the Constitutional right to speak your mind and not so much the tactic.

Ex #1 overall NFL draft pick Tim Couch says people need to chillax before labeling Jared Goff as a "bust" -- saying it's almost impossible to live up to #1 pick expectations ... and he needs time.

FYI, Goff was demoted to 3rd string QB this week -- shocking, considering the Rams made some big moves to get him -- and people are already throwing around the "B" word.

"The pressure is incredible," Couch says ... "Especially being the #1 overall pick. The expectations are almost impossible to live up to really. I think fans a lot of times expect too much too soon from you."

"You almost feel like every time you go out there that you have to prove to everyone why you were the #1 pick with every throw."

He would know ... the Browns selected the Kentucky QB with the #1 pick back in 1999. After a slow start, Couch found his rhythm in his 4th season and led the team to the playoffs.

So, what's his advice to Goff?

"I think the biggest thing is to not lose your confidence. To never doubt that you belong there ... He was the #1 pick for a reason. He's a very talented player."

Couch says despite the depth chart, it's ESSENTIAL Goff prepares every week as if he's the starter -- "When you got your shot, you have to ready to perform at a high level."

Don't take cars from hotel valets that aren't yours or you'll be punished ... just like ex-NBA player Jeff Adrien.

We broke the story, the 30-year-old former Timberwolves player essentially stole a Mercedes from a West Hollywood valet stand back in December and took it on a 6 hour joyride.

The REAL owner says Adrien damaged the car and police were called. He was charged with felony grand theft auto. Adrien claimed it was all one big misunderstanding.

Now, we've learned Adrien struck a plea deal with prosecutors, pleading no contest to misdemeanor unauthorized use of a vehicle -- and got 25 days community labor.

Muhammad Ali's ex-wife says Colin Kaepernick needs to apologize for his National Anthem protest ... saying it's "not heroic."

TMZ Sports spoke with Khalilah Camacho Ali -- who was married to the boxer from 1967 to 1976 -- and says she was his adviser for his biggest protest ... refusing to fight in the Vietnam war.

"What he’s doing right now is not heroic," Khalilah says ... "I would love to meet with him or talk to him on the phone to help share his message in a better way."

"I helped Muhammad decide whether he was going to the army or going to jail. He listened to my every word. You see the impact that had on our nation? Colin could absolutely have the same impact if he made the right decisions to really make a difference."

So, what's her plan?

"The first thing I would do is ask him about his stance on humanity ... what exactly is he trying to improve and how is he going to make that happen? Next, I’d have him make a retraction for his actions against the American flag. He needs to apologize."

"I will help him meet the groups that will fight with him, donate to charities of all people -- not just minorities -- because we cannot single anyone out. If he wants isolation to end, he needs to prove that he cares about all people, and not just his people."

“If he is willing to get off his high horse and humble himself, we could do a lot of good together."

1:40 PM PT -- Khalilah says she misspoke when she used the phrase "get off his high horse" -- insisting that's not what she meant.

Here's a hurdle Edwin Moses is gonna have a tough time getting over ... his wife has filed for divorce and claims he's been cheating on her ... this according to documents obtained by TMZ Sports.

Moses is a U.S. Olympic legend -- who scored gold medals at the '76 and '84 Olympic Games, and is credited with revolutionizing the sport. He's now the chairman of USADA, the famed drug testing agency.

But Michelle Moses, his wife of 9 years, says the track and field star has been running around behind her back -- so, she filed divorce docs citing adultery and "cruel treatment."

It's clear in the docs Michelle is looking for serious coin from Edwin -- claiming she essentially managed his career over the past decade and is entitled to a significant cut of his earnings.

Jean-Claude Van Damme doesn't just talk the talk when it comes to MMA fighting -- he's a REAL athlete who coulda competed in the UFC back in his prime ... so says Roy "Big Country" Nelson.

Roy isn't just an accomplished UFC fighter in his own right -- but spent some quality time with JCVD on the set of the upcoming "Kickboxer: Vengeance" flick.

And with Van Damme recently lecturing UFC fighters about how weak their leg strikes have become -- we had to ask Roy if he thinks JC could back up his tough talk.

For the record, Van Damme is an accomplished martial artist -- who won several fights as a teenager before becoming an action star.

The 400-pound Bjornsson famously had a sparring session against Conor McGregor -- but Nelson says he'd get CRUSHED against someone his own size.

Lena Dunham is continuing her apology tour to Odell Beckham Jr. ... now claiming the hot models and actresses she was surrounded by at The Met Gala made her feel insecure.

In a lengthy post -- Dunham apologizes -- saying, "... when I show up to the Met Ball surrounded by models and swan-like actresses it's hard not to feel like a sack of flaming garbage." She says her insecurities led her to make assumptions about what Odell was thinking about her.

She continues, "I see how unfair it is to ascribe misogynistic thoughts to someone I don't know AT ALL. Like, we have never met, I have no idea the kind of day he's having or what his truth is."

Dunham also apologized for her contribution to, "a long and often violent history of the over-sexualization of black male bodies- as well as false accusations by white women towards black men."

Colin Kaepernick's protest against police brutality has Santa Clara cops pissed ... in fact, they're so pissed, some are threatening to stop working 49ers' games.

In a letter sent by The Santa Clara Police Officer's Association, members call the QB's statements about cops, "insulting, inaccurate and completely unsupported by any facts."

The letter continues, "If the 49ers organization fails to take action to stop this type of inappropriate workplace behavior, it could result in police officers choosing not to work at your facilities."

As TMZ Sports reported ... Kaepernick has received both heat and praise from across the country for choosing to sit in silent protest during the national anthem.
