Conor McGregor celebrated his win against Nate Diaz in what UFC aficionados are calling a fight for the ages.

Conor cut loose at Intrigue Nightclub in Vegas, after beating Nate by majority decision.

The fight went back and forth all 5 rounds, but Conor eked out the win.

Niall Horan from One Direction -- a fellow Irishman who predicted Conor would win by submission in the 3rd -- showed up for the bash with his GF. Conor's girlfriend, Dee Devlin, was also front and center.

Mike Tyson, Skrillex and Gordon Ramsay are all very different people, but they walked away from the T-Mobile Arena with a singular feeling -- the last part in the McGregor/Diaz trilogy will be amazing.

All 3 were on hand in Vegas to watch the incredible battle, in which Conor edged out Diaz by majority decision.

So who ya got?

Killing it in water gets you a sick place on land ... just ask Michael Phelps, who dropped $2.5 mil on a HUGE mansion in Scottsdale, Arizona ... complete with a sick pool (of course).

Ryan Lochte fought back tears as he confessed ... he screwed over his teammates by going nuts at a Rio gas station and then lying about it.

Matt Lauer asked Lochte about the difficulties fellow swimmers Gunnar Bentz and Jack Conger had when they tried getting out of Rio ... Lochte seems way more contrite than he did in his statement where he hedged on fault.

Boxing star Victor Ortiz pled guilty to a battery charge stemming from a fight at a Kenny Chesney concert last summer but he won't spend a minute behind bars ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Ex-NBA star Jerry Stackhouse says claims that Michael Jordan would taunt him back in the day by singing Anita Baker lyrics to him are BS ... and he called the guy spreading the lies to rip him a new one.

We got Stack at LAX and asked about his former 76ers running mate Roshown McLeod's claim that His Airness had serenaded Jerry with some Anita Baker during an NBA game to throw him off.

Cool story ... but Stackhouse -- who had a reputation as one of the league's most terrifying players -- says the whole story is a Ryan Lochte (shame on you) ... and he had to call his boy and let him know.

Nate Diaz seems about as confident as any UFC fighter ... mocking Conor McGregor's water bottle attack.

We got Nate at the MGM Grand in Vegas Friday, where he'll be taking on Conor for a second time.

Nate vows to make a pilgrimage to Conor's homeland after the fight.

And UFC's Joe Rogan weighed in on the water bottle incident, pooh poohing the whole thing.

Niall Horan is backing his boy Conor McGregor in a big way ... he's in Vegas to root for his fellow Irishman in Conor's fight Saturday against Nate Diaz, but only midway through the 3rd.

Brock Lesnar wants one thing to be very clear -- his time with UFC is far from over -- and it's possible he could step in the octagon once again.

Our photog caught up with the WWE Superstar Friday in NYC and while Brock says he's now mainly focused on his wrestling career, fans may not have seen the last of him in the UFC.

The banned substance that triggered a WWE wellness policy violation for Eva Marie is Adderall, but we're told Eva is adamant she had a prescription, and will appeal the punishment.

As we previously reported, Marie was hit with a 30 day suspension this week for allegedly violating the policy -- which covers everything from substance abuse to annual physicals and cardiovascular health.

Our WWE sources tell us ... all performers are REQUIRED to disclose all medication to WWE officials for company approval.

We're told in Eva's case ... the WWE claims the medication was NOT properly approved, thus the violation.

Sources connected to Eva say she claims she has a legit prescription from her doctor.

We reached out to Eva, and she said ... “I am disappointed that this suspension has occurred, yet understand and respect that WWE upholds their Wellness Policy to the letter and won't compromise on its integrity."

She added, "I violated policy by not turning in portions of required paperwork in the time frame WWE Medical deemed timely. I look forward to my return!”

Jon Jones is ALMOST out of Dana White's doghouse ... with the UFC honcho telling TMZ Sports he doesn't believe the ex-champ was using steroids ... but he did take SOMETHING he shouldn't have.

White joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (weeknights on FS1) -- and spelled out the latest with Jones and the failed drug tests that got him kicked off the card at UFC 200.

"He was accused of taking the drug that you take when you're getting off steroids ... and it's looking now like it's not the case. He did not take that drug. He took something else that had it in it."

White says he's not as pissed off at Jones as he was in the wake of the failed test -- but he's still upset.

"I'm a little happier now that he wasn't taking that drug and that I now believe that he wasn't taking steroids ... but still, you can't put anything in your body without notifying USADA or the Nevada State Athletic Commission."

Good news for Blake Griffin ... his girlfriend is pregnant ... again!

Charitybuzz predicts the winning bidder this time will have to drop around $10k. We're told Caitlyn will also cover the winner's food and drink tab for the day, and she's tossing in an autographed copy of her recent SI cover.

Here's proof Conor McGregor still has HUGE support in the WWE ... Big Show saying despite CM's vicious diss of the whole organization ... he's still a fan of the Irish hell-raiser.

We got Big Show out in NYC and asked what his response was to Conor dissing the entire organization ... calling them a bunch of "messed up p***ies."

Other wrestling legends like Ric Flair came out HARD against McGregor but Big Show played the big diplomat ... singing CM's praises, and not ruling out a future WWE stint for the UFC king.
