"Grey's Anatomy" star and legendary choreographer Debbie Allen is still gettin' it on the dance floor with her ex-NBA husband Norm Nixon.

Norm played 12 seasons of pro hoops and Debbie's been a dancing star for decades -- so, who do you think had the better moves at her weekend white party? Check out the video.

The dance-off went down on a yacht in Marina del Rey. Debbie threw the bash for her non-profit Debbie Allen Dance Academy -- but all the students had to step and watch the couple's spotlight dance to Drake's "One Dance."

Debbie tells us she wanted to "bring joy to the kids by showing them we still got it."

Mission accomplished. "Fame" can't be 30 years old, right?!!

Talk about cool under pressure ...

Johnny Manziel couldn't have been more polite and composed in the moments after he was T-boned in a hit-and-run incident in Dallas last month ... at least judging by the 911 call.

TMZ Sports obtained the audio from the June 20th incident -- in which Manziel reports that his car door was smashed in by a 4-door Charger that sped off after the collision.

"I'm okay. I'm not hurt ... but I was definitely just in an accident."

Johnny said he also had a witness who will vouch that the QB did nothing wrong.

But the best part of the call is when the dispatcher asks for the caller's name -- and you hear the voice sheepishly respond, "Jonathan Manziel."

As we previously reported, cops are investigating the crash. As for Johnny, he refused medical attention and left for Cabo a few days later.

Metta World Peace is un-retiring ... from hip-hop ... and TMZ Sports has video of MWP re-igniting his rap career with a performance at one of L.A.'s hottest clubs.

It went down Friday night at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood when Metta and his crew took the stage to perform a cut off his new album "Diamond Wave."

If you think it's a one-off you're wrong ... we spoke to MWP and he tells us he wants to rap full time after his NBA career is over ... and will be doing more club dates like the one at Bootsy's.

BTW -- Metta tells us "Diamond Wave" is his official comeback album even though he dropped one back in March, because according to him he "didn't like" the other one.

Despite the large painful dent in his forehead, MMA fighter Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos says he wants to fight again ... IN 3 MONTHS!!!

We spoke to Santos' ex-wife, Cris "Cyborg" Justino, -- who says she spoke with Santos Monday and insists he's doing well after suffering the brutal injury from a flying knee on Saturday at Bellator 158.

Justino says ... Santos is talking normal and already making plans to fly to Houston to undergo surgery on his head. She also told us Santos' life is not in danger.

But the craziest part ... Santos is already talking about scheduling ANOTHER fight before the end of the year!

Will it happen? Justino tells us the doctors haven't ruled out a comeback fight ... but it might take some time.

Meantime, Justino launched a GoFundMe page to help her ex with his medical costs.

Jon Jones says he's NOT A CHEATER -- and says he still believes he can clear his good name.

Of course, Jon was yanked from UFC 200 after he tested positive for 2 banned estrogen blockers -- which are typically used in tandem with certain performance-enhancing drugs to limit side effects.

He has been temporarily suspended from fighting in Nevada -- and a hearing is expected for later this year.

But Monday afternoon, Jon went to Twitter to plead his innocence.

"Don't write me off just yet, I know in my heart that I'm not a cheater," Jones said.

"I trust in the system to help me prove it."

Boxing great Sugar Ray Leonard is standing shoulder to shoulder with the men and women in blue.

Sugar Ray was catching a flight on Monday, and made a point of stopping to take a pic with 3 LAX police officers ... one of whom was heavily armed.

The current tensions over police brutality and police shootings were, no doubt, on Ray's mind and the cops' as well.

Draymond Green spent some quality time in Vegas with his brand new Golden State teammate, Kevin Durant, over the weekend ... and it was all thanks to Carmelo Anthony.

Screw humility ... news legend Tom Brokaw says he knows Allen Iverson might never have made it to the NBA without his help ... but says there's a damn good reason he stepped in.

The backstory -- back in 1993, a 17-year-old Iverson was sentenced to 15 years in prison for allegedly hitting a white woman at a bowling alley during a brawl.

Brokaw heard about the situation -- and felt it was wrong for a teen with no prior criminal record to get such a harsh sentence ... so he featured the story on the national news.

It was a huge turning point -- and the conviction was eventually overturned. Iverson has publicly praised Brokaw for getting the ball rolling.

So, when we saw Tom out in Cleveland Monday morning -- we asked about the situation ... and Tom explained why he did what he did.

Floyd Mayweather says Gavin Long -- who went on a cop-killing rampage in Baton Rouge on Sunday -- is NOT affiliated with The Money Team ... despite the fact he posted several videos sporting TMT gear.

"Gavin Long is not member of TMT by any means," Floyd's rep tells TMZ Sports.

"Floyd doesn’t want the TMT brand to be affiliated with the violent act Gavin has caused and neither Floyd nor anyone else from TMT knows him."

Sources at the gym tell us ... Bieber arrived to the gym with the other dude, who they kept calling "Doc" -- and they sparred for almost 3 hours.

We're told Bieber was super nice and didn't pull any diva antics -- he was like any other gymgoer.

As for the fighting ... Bieber's been training with Floyd Mayweather ... who told us the pop star "ain't no bitch."

It's official ... the Philly District Attorney says Eagles WR Nelson Agholor will NOT be charged with a crime following allegations he raped a woman at a strip club back in June.

A dancer at Cheerleader's Gentlemen's Club in Philly had told police the 23-year-old sexually assaulted her around 3 PM on a Thursday afternoon ... after Agholor and some teammates stopped by the joint after football practice.

Cops investigated the situation and kicked the case over to the D.A.'s office nearly 3 weeks ago.

But now, Philly D.A. Seth Williams says .... "Our staff and the Police reached the conclusion that we lacked sufficient evidence to bring charges against Mr. Agholor, therefore no charges will be filed."

Chandler Parsons is clearly happy that his Memphis Grizzlies teammate, Mike Conley, just signed the largest contract in NBA history ... but he's not that impressed.

FYI, Conley just inked a 5-year $153 MILLION deal ... despite never making an NBA All-Star team.

So, what does Parsons say to the people who claim Conley's being wayyy overpaid?

"It's the market," Chandler said ... "The TV ... the money's going up. Everyone's gonna be getting that."
