Good news Broncos fans ... Peyton Manning says his neck is 100% healthy!!!

Bad news Broncos fans ... Peyton Manning says there's NO WAY IN HELL he's coming back to the NFL despite the aforementioned good news.

We got Peyton at LaGuardia airport in NYC earlier this week ... and chopped it up with the future Hall of Famer about the state of Manning ... and he told us it's ALL GOOD.

The clip is pretty freakin' awesome ... Manning also gives us the goods on his favorite topping on a pizza, and his standing in the town of Omaha, but when we ask if he's ever strapping it on again he couldn't have been more firm.

"I'm out of eligibility, I'm expired."

Dana White's at the receiving end of some scary death threats from a former fighter who allegedly claims he's gonna show up up to UFC 200 with a crew and guns to kill the UFC honcho.

Sources close to White tell TMZ Dan Quinn -- who never fought in the UFC, but had a lengthy fighting career -- is angry over some unresolved bad blood. Back in 2012 Quinn allegedly threatened to shoot Dana in the head and has been in and out of prison since on an unrelated weapons charge.

We're told Quinn recently contacted Dana again and now says he's got tickets to Saturday's big fight and his target is Dana. Our source says Quinn has threatened to bring guns and a crew to attack.

Lamar Odom just filed his response to Khloe Kardashian's divorce petition ... and it shows the exes are lockstep when it comes to this breakup.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Lamar lists the exact same date of separation as Khloe did -- December 13, 2013. Ditto for court's ability to award spousal support to the other. As we reported, our sources say they have a prenup.

They even agree each will pay for their own attorneys, a rarity in Hollywood divorces.

2x U.S. Olympic star Jamie Nieto is home from the hospital and walking with some assistance less than 3 months after a NEAR-DEATH injury ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Nieto landed on his head during a training session on April 23rd ... and suffered MAJOR DAMAGE to his back. He lost feeling in his arms and legs ... and was unable to move.

But only 2 1/2 months after the injury, Nieto's manager, Paul Doyle, says his client has miraculously recovered ... so much that he's been sent home from the hospital ... and is WALKING with a walker.

How'd he bounce back? Intense rehab, Doyle says. "He's been treating recovery like a true Olympian."

Probably never be the same though, right? Wrong. Doyle says Nieto expects he'll be on his feet, walking by himself in no time.

NFL great LaDainian Tomlinson -- who lives in the Dallas area -- says the assassination of police officers and the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile should serve as a wake-up call to superstar athletes.

TMZ Sports got LT'S reaction to the violence that erupted in his home state, and he was deeply concerned about the future for his son. As for solutions to the issues -- he talked about why more athletes don't use their public platform to speak out.

Melo says the answer isn't in marches or posts on social media ... "we tried that."

But it isn't in violence either ... "Shooting 11 cops and killing 5 WILL NOT work."

Anthony admits he doesn't have the solution ... but called on "all my fellow ATHLETES to step up and take charge" ... by demanding change of politicians and community leaders.
