The newlyweds couldn't possibly have looked more drained on their way out of their hotel following their wedding in Liverpool.

Jon Jones wept openly while insisting he never knowingly cheated by taking performance-enhancing drugs, and vowed to return to the UFC.

Surprisingly, Jones opened his news conference by apologizing to Daniel Cormier for ruining their long-awaited rematch that was supposed to go down Saturday at UFC 200.

Jones says he "can't even pronounce" the drug the UFC says showed up in a blood test he took in June. He would not say the drug by name, but said he has no idea how it ended up in his system.

Jones says he will "go through the process" and try to find out what caused the dirty test. He admitted to taking a few supplements, but said he didn't think they were performance-enhancing.

At one point, he got so emotional, he walked out of the room. He returned several minutes later, but then couldn't hold back tears when he was asked if he'd spoken to Cormier.

Kobe Bryant says he WAS NOT HIGH in the pic that's blowing up on social media, showing Snoop Dogg with a very bloodshot-eyed Mamba ... instead he tells TMZ Sports the picture's fake!!

The photo -- taken Wednesday in L.A. -- sparked speculation that Kobe smoked some weed ... 'cause after all he was chillin' with Snoop.

But Kobe's rep tells us, "The picture is not real. He wasn't smoking!"

The photograph was CLEARLY ALTERED. Check out the original pic Kobe posted -- with crystal clear eyes -- before the high version started making the rounds.

Brock Lesnar's return to the Octagon is gonna be short ... like one fight short ... that's according to his UFC 200 opponent Mark Hunt who says he's gonna beat Brock's ass so bad ... he'll return to the WWE.

Mark was out in Vegas gearing up for the big man rumble on Saturday when we ran into him and had to ask what he's got in store for Lesnar.

What we got was good news for Vince McMahon and bad news for UFC fans ... 'cause Hunt told our guy he was going to use a real ass whipping to send Brock back to the world of fake fighting.

Jon Jones hit the self-destruct button ... again.

The UFC superstar has failed a drug test and has been removed from his fight against Daniel Cormier at UFC 200. Yes ... seriously.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission notified the UFC that Jones tested positive for a banned substance -- though UFC has not revealed what the substance was. The test went down in June.

Brief history lesson -- Jones failed a drug test last year ... and that time it was for cocaine. Following the test, Jones said he wasn't an addict but rather made a bad decision.

Dana White says the situation is “obviously super, super disappointing."

Daniel Cormier has already weighed in saying -- "More than anything, just really disappointed."

Iggy Azalea has a big 'ol message to Nick Young and the woman he knocked up -- EFF YOU BOTH!!

Iggy fired off the one finger salute -- which she clarified was directed at Nick and Keonna Green -- while at an airport in Australia on Wednesday ... hours after Keonna spilled her guts to US Weekly about her secret affair with the NBA star.

Iggy also claims Keonna's a liar -- saying Keonna is simply not telling the truth about an alleged attempt to contact Iggy to clue her in on the adultery.

Keonna -- who's 22 weeks preggo with Nick's child -- said she was hooking up with Nick since September ... 3 months after he proposed to Iggy.

Yeah, we kinda get why Iggy's pissed ...

Ciara and Russell Wilson had a wedding fit for a king and queen in a castle that RENTED for tens of thousands of dollars.

TMZ broke the story ... the couple got hitched Wednesday at the 48-room Peckforton Castle, about an hour outside of Liverpool.

We did some digging, and found during high season, the digs rent for somewhere between $38k and $45k. We're guessing it may have been priced at the low end since the ceremony was on a Wednesday.

Other medieval extras ... a golden eagle greets wedding guests for $500, and $200 will get you an owl to fly the wedding rings to the altar.

The food is, well, very English -- duck, dingley dell piglet and beef "reared on the fells of Cumbria and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days."

Miesha Tate won her first fight at 8 YEARS OLD ... beating up a boy in a violent turf war ... and it changed her life forever!!

The UFC superstar sat down with TMZ's Charlie Cotton to promote UFC 200 on July 9th -- when she regaled us about the first time she opened up a can of whoopass.

"The boy was a year older than me," Miesha said.

TMZ Sports has obtained police body cam footage from the SWAT team raid on ex-NFL wide receiver Davone Bess ... including the moment officers sicced an attack dog on him.

27 police officers assisted in the June 19th incident -- including the SWAT team, which was called in because Bess had barricaded himself in his Arizona home, brandished a knife and had threatened to shoot cops.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the whole thing started when Bess fled during a routine traffic stop -- and locked himself in his Gilbert, AZ home.

The report paints a picture of a very mentally disturbed person -- with 30-year-old Bess repeatedly making bizarre demands, incoherent statements and losing track of where he was.

Cops ultimately used a K9 unit to apprehend Bess, fearing he was a danger to himself and others. According to the report, the dog bit Bess for 30 seconds.

After he was taken into custody, Bess demanded a hamburger and K-Y Jelly ... fell asleep while being questioned by officers ... and eventually explained that he initially fled from cops because he was "searching for peace."

Earlier in the evening, Bess' mother told officers her son suffered from depression and had multiple head injuries from playing in the NFL. Bess was in the league from 2008 to 2013.

She also said he had been hospitalized weeks before the incident, had made suicidal statements in the past and that the family was trying to get him help for mental health issues.

A seemingly confused Bess admitted to smoking marijuana, drinking vodka and taking Zoloft (an anti-depression, anti-anxiety drug) before the police incident.

Bess was ultimately arrested and charged with unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle. If convicted, he faces up to 2 years in prison. His family clearly wants a judge to order him to get mental help instead of a jail sentence.

Bess has since plead not guilty and is due back in court in August.

Ex-Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was found mentally competent by a Kansas judge ... and will have to stand trial in his assault case where he allegedly tried to run people over with his car after a beer pong match.

As we previously reported, 24-year-old Randle was arrested back in February at a house party in Wichita after he allegedly freaked out over a game of beer pong and attacked party guests ... and then hit several people with his car.

Randle was arrested and charged with multiple felonies -- including aggravated battery and interfering with law enforcement -- and has been in custody ever since. He also picked up a felony criminal threat charge while in jail ... for allegedly threatening a deputy.

But according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge in the case initially believed Randle may not have been mentally fit to stand trial ... and put the proceedings on hold to do a competency exam.

The court reviewed a report from COMCARE -- Wichita's mental health center -- and heard other arguments ... before finding Randle is, in fact, mentally capable to participate in a trial.

It looks like Russell Wilson and Ciara did the deed before they said "I do" ... because we found out they got married before Wednesday's ceremony.

TMZ Sports has learned the couple applied for a marriage certificate in King County, Washington, and it was signed by a judge on July 5th, which officially made them husband and wife ... the day before they walked down the aisle.

The marriage application lists their government names -- Russell Carrington Wilson and Ciara Princess Harris.

The two tied the knot at Peckforton Castle in Liverpool, England in front of friends and family.

She wore a Roberto Cavalli dress.

Jennifer Hudson and Kelly Rowland were among the celebs in the crowd.

As we previously reported, guests were asked to hand over all cell phones before the ceremony to ensure privacy.
