CP3 is a contestant on Thursday's "Lip Sync Battle" and broke out the dance social media is obsessed with during a performance of New Edition's "Candy Girl."

You can't spell dominate with 3 important letters -- I DO -- and it's no coincidence according to NFL legend Shaun Alexander ... who says his stats EXPLODED right after he got married.

The former NY Jets QB was out in Chicago for the Draft over the weekend -- so we had to ask about the quarterback situation ... now that they have FOUR gunslingers in the mix.

The solution -- according to Pennington -- GET A DEAL DONE WITH RYAN FITZPATRICK!

Andre Berto says he got one helluva phone call after he beat up Victor Ortiz this weekend ... when Conor McGregor dialed him up to congratulate him on the K.O.

In case you missed it, Berto almost took Ortiz's head up with a ferocious uppercut in the 4th round of their Premier Boxing Championships fight at the StubHub Center.

As for McGregor, he and Berto have been friends for a while -- and Berto even advised him to NOT take a rematch with Nate Diaz back when that option was on the table.

But don't count McGregor out ... Berto says the Irish phenom has plans to return to the sport in a big way.

Chyna was a larger than life icon who should've never done porn ... that's according to one of her co-stars Lisa Ann ... who says the bang biz was too dark a place for the late WWE star.

FYI, Lisa Ann starred in the XXX movie "Chyna Is Queen Of The Ring" back in 2012 ... and Lisa says her heart sank as soon as she saw the WWE legend on set.

"Porn wasn't an element for her, she was so much bigger than us ... it's a bottom feeding situation where people will take advantage of people when they're weak."

It's pretty compelling stuff ... Lisa -- who recently detailed her relationship with Chyna in Stashed magazine -- goes on to say there should have been someone ... ANYONE ... in Chyna's life willing to give her a hand financially so she didn't have to bang on camera.

Kirk Gibson is an absolute badass ... telling TMZ Sports his Parkinson's disease is a huge pain in the ass -- but he REFUSES to give in.

The MLB legend was at LAX when he started talking about "this guy I carry around ... his name's Parky."

Our photog didn't quite get the connection -- but it's clear Gibson's talking about his medical condition, which he was diagnosed with last year.

You gotta watch the clip ... Gibson keeps it about as real as it gets.

UFC superstar Nate Diaz doesn't seem too concerned about the whole Conor McGregor fiasco ... hitting the Hollywood club scene last night with his bro Nick.

The Diaz bros were leaving Warwick when we asked 'em both all sorts of questions about McGregor, retirement and his fighting future.

As for Conor, he posted ANOTHER statement on social media this morning -- blasting the UFC for moving forward with UFC 200 without him.

Nobody gives a f*** about these other fights until this one is settled. Cut the bulls**t. Run it back. #RealFight."

Hope Solo was right there at the White House Correspondents dinner, yukking it up as she watched the President who dissed her last year.

You may recall, the Prez invited Hope's team, which won the World Cup in 2015, for a reception. During the ceremony, POTUS called out Hope's teammates for recognition but passed over her.

Hope has had her problems ... among them criminal charges for allegedly beating up her half sister and nephew during a drunken rage back in 2014 ... something she denies.

On the upside, she looked good.

NFL free agent Ray Rice and his wife Janay are about to become parents all over again ... Janay just announced she's got a bun in the oven.

A noticeably pregnant Janay took to her Instagram page Saturday to make the announcement ... and said she's 21 weeks along. It doesn't appear Ray or Janay know if they're having a boy or girl but they've already got a 4-year-old daughter named Rayven.

Congrats!!

Ryan Sheckler and his family are being sued for almost a million bucks for allegedly screwing over the guy who bought their house.

The San Clemente crib went for $1.5 mil, and the buyer expected it to be in tip-top condition -- far from it, he says. According to the lawsuit, the kitchen appliances and entertainment system were shot, and the latter alone will cost $75k to fix.

But there's more. The buyer says the roof leaks like a sieve ... something that became painfully apparent after the grand entrance of El Nino.

The buyer wants $850k ... partly to cover his losses and partly to teach the Sheckler family a lesson.

Ronda Rousey will train on land, sand and water to make sure she isn't beaten again.

The former UFC Champ hit up Venice Beach Saturday with her team and one thing's for sure ... Rousey looks as mean and focused as ever. You'll remember, TMZ Sports talked with Dana White earlier this month who said Ronda was in a "great place mentally, physically and emotionally."

By the looks of things, Dana was right.

Detectives in Chyna's death are dealing with a curve ball -- the ex WWE superstar had a knack for mixing up prescription pills, and it's making it hard to figure out what she took before she died.

Sources close to the investigation tell TMZ detectives discovered several full prescription pill bottles near Chyna's body ... many of which contained multiple meds. We're told there were at least 4 different types of pills, plus she also mixed vitamins in the bottles.

As TMZ reported, Chyna's manager worried she had a problem with Ambien and Valium, but it appears she was taking more than just that.

Brandon Marshall thinks moving the Raiders to Sin City is a commitment to disaster ... saying Vegas will DESTROY young players who won't be able to resist unhealthy temptations.

We got the NY Jets WR on Capitol Hill -- dude was doing more great work on mental health -- and asked what he thought of the Raiders possibly bolting NorCal for the desert of desire in Las Vegas.

Raiders owner Mark Davis has been vocal about his plans -- and some think it's just a matter of time before it really goes down.
