Conor McGregor says he's BACK on the UFC 200 fight card ... claiming he worked out a deal with UFC honchos Dana White and Lorenzo Fertitta ... though UFC has not yet confirmed.

If true, it would be a shocking development considering White had been so adamant about Conor being OFF the card ... since he refused to show up to Vegas this past weekend for promotional obligations.

In fact, White told the media the decision to move on from Conor was final.

Still, McGregor tweeted in the middle of the night ... "Happy to announce that I am BACK on UFC 200! Shout out to @danawhite and @lorenzofertitta on getting this one done for the fans. #Respect"

So far, no word from the UFC -- or White or Fertitta.

The "Dancing with the Stars" and FOX Sports host was spotted at LAX with her limo driver, who clearly failed Covert Operations 101 -- since her fake name, "Emmy Bean," was in clear sight after they met.

Add Jay Cutler & Brandon Marshall to the rash of shocking celebrity break-ups lately ... 'cause Marshall says he hasn't seen ... or heard so much as a peep from his old running mate since he left Chicago.

Marshall & Cutler played together on the Bears from '12-14 during which time the two guys were pretty much inseparable with Marshall actually crediting Cutler for helping him through a dark time in his life.

A grand jury has indicted Johnny Manziel for allegedly attacking his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley back in January .... this according to multiple reports.

Crowley initially told police Manziel struck her several times, during an argument in the car after leaving a bar in Dallas. Crowley reportedly claimed "I'm scared for my life."

Officials in Dallas kicked the case to a grand jury to decide if charges should be brought against Manziel. CBS radio in Dallas was first to report the grand jury's indictment of Manziel for misdemeanor assault with bodily injury.

One well connected Manziel source tells TMZ Sports the troubled QB is under the impression the grand jury has not yet handed up charges.

The level of soccer in the U.S. is getting dangerously close to the elite leagues in Europe ... so says the greatest player of all time, Pele.

Chyna's death could benefit the health of future athletes by donating her brain to doctors studying the consequences of concussions and WWE wrestlers.

In an interview with the NY Daily News, Chyna's longtime friend and manager Anthony Anzaldo says the wrestler was contacted months ago about joining a brain injury lawsuit against the WWE. Anzaldo says Chyna wasn't interested in the suit ... but thought the science behind it was interesting.

He says shortly after her death, he got a call about donating her brain to the study. Anzaldo says he's working with Chyna's family to allow the coroner to release her brain to the docs.

And get this ... Anzaldo says the same guy carrying out the brain study is Dr. Omalu ... the dude played by Will Smith in "Concussion."

We spoke to John Cena earlier this month in Beverly Hills who said he'd be all for donating his brain if it helped others.

Jon Jones might have some brotherly company in the UFC ... 'cause his NFL star sibling Arthur Jones tells TMZ Sports he's considering an MMA career after his football days are over.

Arthur -- a defensive tackle for the Indianapolis Colts -- says he's been training with Jon for years ... and came thiiiis close to taking an MMA fight during the NFL lockout in 2011.

He also happens to be a killer wrestler -- and says he's confident he could hang with pro fighters because he's kicked Jon's ass on several occasions.

War -- who faces life in prison on charges of attempted murder after allegedly beating ex-GF Christy Mack -- claims Nevada's High Desert State Prison won't let him properly observe Passover.

War is on the prison's list of inmates who identify as Jewish. We're told he'll have access to a rabbi and special meals.

What he WON'T get is the right to attend Passover services because his prison status restricts his movement.

No word on whether the ACLU will champion his cause.

Jon Jones was so serious about getting body ready for his comeback, he hired a food specialist to take over his diet leading up to UFC 197.

TMZ Sports spoke with weight management specialist Louis Giordano who tells us he's been preparing all of Jon's pre and post workout meals for the last 9 weeks.

It's a big fight for Jon -- one that could put him back on top of the UFC -- and Lou says Jones has been super meticulous about his 6-meal-a-day diet, pounding a TON of protein to prepare for battle.

"Chicken, turkey, buffalo/bison, steak, and salmon. I’ve also prepared lots of eggs, veggies such as kale, broccoli, spinach, & arugula. Black rice, sweet potato pancakes, oatmeal and more."

Though he says they don't really watch calories, Lou insisted Jon is no Rob Kardashian -- SO NO CHEAT DAYS.

"We don’t do that. Jon is focused on the prize and excited to get back in the ring, cheating isn’t a part of this."

L.A. Rams lineman Rodger Saffold says he has some Kryptonite for any L.A. thots looking to pounce on him while he's training ... an all-weather, all-purpose wedding ring THAT HE NEVER TAKES OFF.

Saffold was at LAX when we asked him if he'd be tempted to try out some of the co-eds roaming USC's campus now that the Rams are gonna be playing there.

That's when Saffold flashed a black silicone wedding band from Qalo -- like the one Andy Dalton wore on "Hard Knocks" -- and revealed he uses it so his nicer one doesn't get scratched while he's playing.

Saffold also takes some time to tell us what type of Prince music he loves to listen to, and whether or not it's suitable turn-up tunes before the game.

L.A. Rams linebacker Akeem Ayers has a message for his bosses ... please take Jared Goff with the #1 pick in the draft!

It's not often you hear players weigh in on how their team should draft -- but EVERYONE has an opinion when it comes to #1 ... especially with 2 marquee QBs in the running, Goff and Carson Wentz.

Ayers -- who played his college ball at UCLA -- says he's got a pretty good reason for being Team Goff ... who played 3 seasons for Cal.
