A Michael Jordan fan got stood up TWICE after forking out dough in an auction to meet his Airness -- and now the auction company's targeting the people who promised to deliver Jordan.

According to a lawsuit filed by CharityBuzz ... the poor fan dropped $25k to win the auction, and to travel all the way from Italy. Signore was supposed to meet and greet Michael at a Charlotte Hornets home game last year, but it did not go molto bene.

Jordan was a no-show, and CharityBuzz tried to rectify the problem by inviting the fan back to a Jordan camp a few months later -- but again ... no meeting.

In its suit, CharityBuzz says another company, Lifestyle Sports and Entertainment Group, was charged with setting up the meeting both times. CharityBuzz is also pissed because it handed over $25k to cover the fan for his expenses.

Now the auction co. is suing LSEG to get back that dough. Jordan is NOT being sued.

Surprising turn in the Abby Wambach drunk driving case.

TMZ Sports obtained court documents filed from the cops interview with the soccer star following her DUII arrest.

In the docs, she admits to using cocaine and marijuana several years ago. 35-year-old Wambach said she "first used marijuana by age 24." The cops note the last time she smoked weed was age 25.

As for the coke usage, cops say "the defendant tried cocaine at age 25."

What's smoother than Kris Jenkins' NCAA tourney winning shot? Jay Wright's semi-bespoke, $4,000 Italian suit ... that was so sharp, social media freaked out.

TMZ Sports spoke to the man behind Wright's suit, his tailor, Gabriele D'Annunzio ... who tells us Jay has impeccable tastes ... and takes pride in being one of the best dressed coaches.

"He appreciates the press and comments [about his style]. It's flattering."

And the best ain't cheap ... at D'Annunzio's shop, semi-bespoke suits (like Jay's) run between $3,500 and $4,500.

As for the suit that had everyone talking Monday night ... Gabriel says it's Super 150 wool (high quality, expensive), slim cut, 2-button, medium blue with light blue pinstripes a.k.a. Villanova colors.

Broncos star Derek Wolfe says someone clocked him with an object -- possibly a bottle -- during that nightclub brawl ... and new video of the incident could back him up.

TMZ Sports just got this new angle of the fight that went down in a Denver nightclub Saturday night. This footage shows more of the fight, and it looks like someone does strike the Super Bowl champ in the head multiple times.

It's unclear what, if anything, was in the attacker's hand.

According to his agent Mike Simon ... Derek "did not provoke the fight. He was trying to protect a friend. His recollection is that he was hit from the back with an object when he wasn't looking."

As TMZ Sports first reported, police were NOT called to the scene during or after the brawl. Witnesses said Wolfe's face was bleeding has he left the club.

NASCAR star Dale Earnhardt Jr. just revealed to the world he happily eats mayonnaise and banana sandwiches ... and the world responded with appropriate disgust and shock.

Dale took to his Twitter account moments ago and posted a picture of the half-made mayo and 'nana monstrosity, with the caption "Making my favorite sandwich. I swear it's delicious. @Hellmanns."

Obviously no one believed him ... and the reaction in the Twittosphere was swift with Dale getting clowned mercilessly in his comments section. Here are some of the best.

Boxing superstar Adrien Broner just pled not guilty in his violent robbery case -- in which he's accused of beating the crap out of a guy and robbing him of thousands of dollars.

We broke the story ... Broner was charged with felonious assault and aggravated robbery stemming from an incident outside of a Cincinnati bowling alley on Jan. 21st.

Broner turned himself in to authorities on Monday after a warrant was issued for his arrest. He immediately posted his $100k bail and was released.

The 26-year-old boxer just made a very brief appearance in court with his attorney ... he stood in front of a judge for less than a minute and entered his plea of not guilty.

U.S. soccer star Abby Wambach just pled not guilty to her drunk driving charge stemming from her arrest this past weekend in Portland.

As we previously reported, the 35-year-old soccer legend was arrested after allegedly running a red light and failing several sobriety tests late Saturday night.

Her attorney appeared at the Multnomah County Courthouse moments ago and entered the plea on her behalf. Wambach is scheduled to speak at the University of Kentucky later Tuesday.

Peyton Manning's still showing off his skills ... in the karaoke department, 'cause he jumped on a stage to bust out his old University of Tennessee fave "Rocky Top."

Manning hit up Winners -- a popular Nashville honky tonk -- on Monday night and joined country star Lee Brice and his band to sing lead on the Volunteers' traditional song.

Ex-Miss Washington Stormy Keffeler will NOT be charged with a crime for an alleged incident involving MLS player Marco Pappa ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Keffeler was under investigation for allegedly stabbing her then-boyfriend, Pappa, at his apartment after a fight back in December. The Colorado Rapids midfielder had to get surgery for a punctured lung, diaphragm and damaged spleen.

The King County Prosecutor's Office released a memo saying no criminal charges will be filed against the beauty queen because Pappa insisted he was stabbed by a stranger while walking home from a bar and adamantly denied Keffeler did it.

Even though cops found a bloody knife inside his apartment, prosecutors say, "the blood evidence alone cannot prove the assailant, intent and disprove any potential defenses beyond a reasonable doubt without Mr. Pappa's further cooperation."

Prosecutors also say they examined the knife, but didn't find any legible fingerprints on it.

Johnny Manziel's not even talking about his NFL future anymore -- and instead he's moved on to more heady topics ... about his pal Justin Bieber.

Broncos star Derek Wolfe tried to knockout someone during a Denver nightclub brawl, and TMZ Sports has insane footage of him uncorking the punch.

The video shows Wolfe in a black shirt with a chain around his neck, and at 6'5", 285 pounds he dwarfed everyone around him inside VIE Nightclub on Saturday night.

Wolfe's massive body is shielding the action when the fight starts, but witnesses say a guy was talking trash to Wolfe and his friends. When the pushing and shoving starts some much smaller people feebly try holding back Derek.

Remember, this is the guy who told Tom Brady he was going to "eat his kids."

Wolfe definitely swung HARD into the scrum, but it's unclear if he connected with anyone. Witnesses tell us Derek got hit in the face with a glass bottle, and left the club bloodied. Police were not called to the club.

We reached out to Wolfe's reps ... so far no word back.

Derek was in a much better mood earlier in the night when he mugged with the chefs at a nearby restaurant.

Chicago Bulls star Jimmy Butler wants to support your package ... becoming the latest NBA star to design a high-end men's underwear line ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told Butler -- a 2x All-Star -- inked a deal to create a signature line of drawers with underwear brand PSD -- who already have lines with ballers Kyrie Irving and Chandler Parsons.

PSD's prez, Curt Flaitz, tells us Jimmy was very hands on ... leading the design effort on all 6 pairs of undies.

"Jimmy has a great eye for what's going on in the fashion world. The line's very on-trend."

According to PSD, the line will launch in late summer 2016 ... and they'll run around $20.

Lamar Odom's stylist is setting the record straight for all the people who think LO's been stomping around in the same grey hoodie since the night we saw him in a dive bar.

Nate Turner, who's been styling Lamar since his days with the Clippers, is PO'ed everyone can't spot the big friggin' difference in Lamar's now-signature outfit. Remember, we first saw the hoodie in question at the bar, then the next morning at Easter service ... and then again at a Lakers game.

Nate's clearing Lamar's good name though -- and points out they're clearly different hoodies. He says Odom came into his Men's Land store at the Fox Hills Mall a few weeks ago ... and picked out a few of them.

We thought Lamar was just changing t-shirts underneath the same sweatshirt, but Nate points out the shirts are actually attached to the hoodie.

So, looks like he's got a pattern: black sleeves for evenings, white for daytime ... or maybe just church. Point is ... the man's NOT wearing the same dirty hoodie everyday.

Nick Young just relocated his ex-teammate to front street ... firing a shot at Gilbert Arenas for telling the world he was going to Nick's bachelor party ... when Swaggy says ... HE AIN'T.

This started when we asked Gilbert if he thought Nick & Iggy would get over the whole D'Angelo Russell video thing. Gilbert told our guy yes ... and said he was all in for the bachelor party when it went down.

Young apparently didn't like the addition to his guest list ... BLASTING Gilbert in a since deleted tweet saying he's NOT invited and telling him to mind his own business.

We talked to sources close to Young who tell us Nick's miffed at Arenas because he feels Gilbert played both sides in the video ... and wasn't loyal enough to his bud.

As for Gilbert he's not taking the whole thing lying down ... clapping back on his Instagram account telling Nick to "Die and come back to life" like Lamar Odom if he wants Iggy back.

Vince Young says he knows a shameless money grab when he sees one, and that's what's going on with the woman who sued him for an alleged assault.

Young's attorneys tell TMZ Sports Tiffany Cayo first made this allegation privately to Vince more than a year ago. We're told Vince's legal team interviewed several key witnesses -- there were 4 people in the car -- who all backed Young's denial of the incident.

Young's team says the witness testimony -- including people who saw Cayo after the alleged hair pulling assault -- made it clear the incident never happened, and it was presented to Cayo's attorneys.
