Now that she's got free time (thanks to that suspension) tennis superstar Maria Sharapova ran for the border this weekend ... spending her Easter in a bikini with Chelsea Handler.

The two were spotted in an exclusive area of Cabo San Lucas -- where they took in some sun, took out a boat ... and even rapped together.

The 28-year-old was provisionally banned from tennis after testing positive for the banned substance meldonium ... but it seems she's treating the whole thing more like a vacation than a punishment.

He also rolled out his classic Rolls-Royce Phantom, his Rolls-Royce Drophead coupe and his Bentley Mulsanne.

An extraordinary guy deserves an extraordinary funeral ... so says the family of Ravens cornerback Tray Walker who ordered up a custom Ravens-themed casket for his final tribute.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Walker's family agreed to celebrate his life after he passed away from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash last week -- and wanted to make a statement with his casket.

So, the family contacted casket maker Trey Ganem and ordered something that would match Tray's flashy personality ... with Ravens logos, an NFL helmet and Louis Vuitton interior.

Ganem (who got permission from Tray's family to speak with us) says the price tag was about $16k -- but the family was happy to pay because Tray would have loved it.

Walker was laid to rest Saturday in Miami.

There's at least one huge figure who believes the 2022 World Cup still belongs in Qatar ... Akon ... who says despite rampant corruption and human rights violations ... the event should stay put.

Akon is a HUGE international soccer fan so when we got him out at LAX we had to ask ... should the 2022 WC be relocated out of Qatar due to all of the turmoil surrounding the country right now?

That turmoil includes investigations into how Qatar got the bid in the first place (allegations of bribery and widespread impropriety) and the now well known putrid conditions for workers working to get the event ready.

Mayweather's been gifted the whip by a company called I Ride For Me, but they didn't just stop there. IRFM decided to make it extra flashy for Flody before sending it over to the champ so they poured $3,500 into tricking it out.

Alex Vega from The Auto Firm in Miami tells TMZ Sports they put a custom alligator leather seat on the ride, a fresh black and red paint job and and LED headlight that can change colors.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom went to Chris to celebrate Christ.

The weirdly-married couple hit up Ruth's Chris Steakhouse Friday in Woodland Hills, not too far from their Calabasas homes.

They made it an early dinner, probably because Lamar's still on the mend after nearly dying last year.

Babe Ruth's 104-year-old, one of a kind, game used, high school baseball mitt is about to hit the auction block ... and is expected to fetch close to $1 MILLION ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The catcher's mitt dates back to 1912 ... when Ruth attended St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys in Baltimore and played on the baseball team. He later gave the glove to a kid -- and the family held onto it for decades.

The mitt's been on display at the Babe Ruth Museum since 1993 -- but now the family has decided the time is right to sell ... and hooked up with Goldin Auctions to make it happen.

The live auction -- which will stream online -- goes down April 30th at an upscale restaurant in NYC.

Starting bid is $125k -- though we're told Ruth collectors are fired up about this item and bidding is expected to scrape the $1 million mark.

Ray Lewis claims his dream of giving 52 homes to 52 families in need was CRUSHED thanks to the bank that was funding the operation ... and now he's suing for MILLIONS to make things right.

Lewis -- along with several members of the L2 Family Foundation -- has filed a lawsuit against American Bank ... claiming AB had agreed to give L2 $5 million over 5 years to help fund Ray's program.

FYI -- the program was supposed to give 52 single moms the money they need toward the down payments of their new homes.

In exchange for the $5 mil, L2 says it agreed to give American Bank the right of first refusal on all of the mortgage loans that resulted from the program. Ray claims the bank got $4.5 mil in business from those deals.

Problem is ... Ray and L2 claim the bank "frantically" shut down the branch they were working with just 9 months into the program without explanation.

L2 says it never got the $5 million it was promised -- or any of the other benefits -- and says the closure "deprived the foundation of its ability to continue operations."

Now, Ray and L2 are suing for close to $20 MILLION -- claiming, in part, the bank has damaged Ray's stellar reputation.

We reached out to the bank for their side of the story -- but we haven't heard back.

Someone called the cops exactly one minute before tip off at a Lakers/Clippers game to inform them terrorists were in the crowd with bombs and guns and their mission was to kill in the name of Jihad.

TMZ has obtained an LAPD search warrant chronicling a chilling phone call received by an LAPD officer at 7:29 PM on January 29, 2016. According to the warrant, a "robotic voice" stated the following: "Several people in the crowd seated strategically have explosives strapped to their chest and explosives in their shoes."

The voice went on to say, "Some of them are also strapped with Glock 18, have guns and will shoot any patron that may come in their path. We are doing this for Allah and for Jihad. We are going to slaughter the patrons of tonight's Lakers/Clippers game and there is no one that can stop us."

The caller wasn't done ... "We have people hostage in some of the bathrooms already and we shot one in the knee cap. You are all going to f***** die tonight, you filthy Americans."

According to the warrant, the police believe the call came from a Skype line and the culprit used a robotic voice to mask his/her identity.

The cops got a search warrant to force Skype to hand over the account information connected to the number.
