Dak Prescott THE MUG SHOT ... After DUI Arrest

Published | Updated

TMZ Sports has obtained Dak Prescott's mug shot ... taken the same day the Mississippi State QB was arrested for DUI early Saturday morning.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Prescott was pulled over at 12:31 AM in his 2016 Cadillac Escalade SUV -- and later charged with speeding and DUI.

Interesting note in the police report ... cops say Prescott took 2 breath tests -- but one was an "insufficient sample" and the other one was an "invalid sample."

This could be a very good thing for Prescott -- because the absence of a blood alcohol sample makes it harder for prosecutors to get a DUI conviction.

Prescott was one of the top QBs in the upcoming draft and before the arrest had been projected to go in the 3rd or 4th round.

He's due back in court in April.

Steelers GM Martavis Bryant At 'Crossroads In Life' ... After Drug Suspension

Published | Updated

The Pittsburgh Steelers are "disappointed" in wide receiver Martavis Bryant -- who's been suspended for at least one year after failing a drug test -- and say the 24-year-old is at a crossroads in his life.

Bryant just announced that he would be dropping his appeal of the suspension and begin to serve his punishment immediately -- and Steelers GM Kevin Colbert says the guy needs to take the time for some serious self reflection.

"We are very disappointed that Martavis Bryant has put himself in this current situation of being suspended by the League," Colbert says.

"He is at a crossroads of his professional life, and he needs to understand significant changes need to occur in his professional life if he wants to regain his career as a Pittsburgh Steeler."

"We are hopeful that Martavis will take the necessary steps to develop the discipline in his personal life to become a successful player and a good teammate."

Bryant had previously missed 4 games in the 2015 season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. He went to rehab and worked with famed NBA coach John Lucas ... but was unable to stay on the wagon.

NFL's D'Qwell Jackson FOUND GUILTY ... In Pizza Boy Attack

Published | Updated

2:20 PM PT -- Jackson's attorney, David Schertler, says he's disappointed by the verdict and still believes he did NOT commit a crime. He adds, "Keep in mind, this is a misdemeanor case for a man with an impeccable prior record."

Indianapolis Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson has been found guilty of attacking a pizza delivery boy during an argument over a parking space last year ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Jackson -- who intercepted the pass that started Deflategate -- was arrested in Washington D.C. back in February '15 after a pizza boy told cops the Pro Bowler punched him in the face.

Officials say the pizza boy claimed the two had been arguing over a parking spot when Jackson hit him in the face and the back of the head.

Moments ago he was found guilty of simple assault -- a misdemeanor. He's facing up to 180 days in jail. He's due to be sentenced next month.

OKC Thunder Co-Owner 'Tapped Brakes' Several Times ... Before Fatal Crash

Published | Updated

OKC Thunder co-owner Aubrey McClendon "tapped the brakes" several times before his SUV crashed into a bridge ... but cops say they aren't clear if that means he WASN'T trying to kill himself.

56-year-old McClendon died in the March 2nd accident -- after hitting an Oklahoma City bridge at such a high rate of speed, his SUV exploded in flames almost immediately.

In a news conference in OKC moments ago, officials say McClendon's car was going 88 mph 5 seconds before impact ... and 78 mph at the moment of the crash.

Cops say McClendon tapped his brakes several times during the final 5 seconds -- but cops aren't considering it "breakage" because he stopped touching the brakes 31 feet from the wall.

The medical examiner says it doesn't appear McClendon had a medical episode in the final moments -- fueling theories the crash was a suicide.

It's important to note that McClendon had been indicted on a conspiracy charge just hours before the crash -- and was facing prison time if convicted.

Cops are still investigating the crash -- talking with people he was close with ... including co-workers.

He's definitely slimmed up ... but Eddie Lacy says he refuses to put an exact number on his weight loss because "I don't do scales."

The Green Bay Packers RB touched down at LAX this weekend -- so, we had to ask about his off-season workout regimen with P90X creator Tony Horton.

Lacy says he's feels great ... and he doesn't need a stupid scale to prove it.

But at some point, the Packers are gonna make him get on a scale right??

Kanye West 1 Step Closer to Making Over Clippers Mascot

Published | Updated

Rest easy, Clippers Nation ... Kanye West is one step closer to redesigning your HORRENDOUS mascot after lining up a sit down with Clips owner Steve Ballmer.

The Clippers introduced Chuck the Condor last month, and almost everyone loathed the thing -- including Kanye -- who begged Ballmer over the weekend to let him redesign it.

Well, Steve was paying attention and tweeted back he's open to discussing it. Now 'Ye just responded ... "%1000 Steve Ballmer. Let's meet this week if you have time. I was hanging with Chris Paul last night." Nice name drop, btw.

For the sake of sports fans and lovers of all things not horrible ... PLEASE let this happen.

By the way, we got DeAndre Jordan last night and asked how he felt about a possible Kanye collaboration ... he definitely seems entertained by the idea.

HE'S WALKING A FINE LINE

Business tycoon to business tycoon ... Mark Cuban thinks Donald Trump's run for the White House is putting his well-established brand in jeopardy.

We got the Mavericks owner and "Shark Tank" star in Austin -- where he was talking biz at the SXSW conference -- and he told us he thinks candidate Trump could "hurt more than help" the business side of Donald's empire.

The clip is interesting -- Mark stops short of criticizing the Donald's controversial comments, from a political standpoint. But remember, if Trump doesn't win ... he'll have to go back to business.

Mark also talks about his own political aspirations! In his words, "Never say never."

THERE'S NO NEED

Looks like Terrell Owens is taking the high road in his beef with Marvin Harrison ... even though he's yet to get an apology.

Owens was arriving at Staples Center Sunday for the Clippers game -- and we asked if he thinks Harrison owes him a "my bad" for ripping Owens over this year's Hall of Fame voting results ... Harrison got in, T.O. didn't.

Check out the clip ... T.O.'s taking a more chill approach to this feud now.

They say it takes a bigger man. Terrell's 6'3" and Marvin's 6 foot even, so there ya go. Nice to see two men over 40 act like adults.

Von Miller Fined By 'DWTS' Partner $100 For Every Minute You're Late!!

Our 'DWTS' sources tell TMZ Sports Von's partner -- Witney Carson -- came up with the system as a way to ensure he was on time for practice.

The tally so far ... $500 from when Von was 5 minutes late to Thursday's rehearsal. The money goes straight into Witney's pockets ... so ya gotta imagine she wasn't too upset.

FYI -- Miller's slated to make around $14 million next season, so he can afford to lose a few Benjamins.
