Here's the fallen champ posing for pics at the Jackson Wink MMA Academy in Albuquerque Friday after working out with Jon Jones and Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

Thursday, Holm was rollin' with BJ Penn and Roberto Alencar.

Holm has vowed to bounce back after her loss to Miesha Tate and win the UFC belt back.

This ain't a bad way to start ...

Johnny Manziel has broken his silence on being cut from the Browns ... thanking the organization for the opportunity.

"I’d like to thank the Browns for the opportunity they gave me -- nearly two years ago, we all hoped that we were building what could be a championship team for Cleveland."

"I will always remember the support I received from the organization, my teammates and especially the fans."

Johnny Manziel still has at least one person in his corner ... comedian Louie Anderson who says he truly believes the QB is a "great human being" and should get another shot in the league.

Anderson spent some time with Manziel at the NBA Finals in Cleveland last year and says Johnny really made a great impression on him.

"I just think of myself at that age and if they were to judge me on my off the field stuff ... I probably wouldn't have gotten a job," Anderson says.

Most celebs would be too embarrassed to show up a hot Hollywood nightclub with a black eye -- but most celebs aren't Nate Diaz.

The UFC superstar was proudly sporting his shiner from the McGregor fight as he hit up the legendary Hyde lounge on the Sunset Strip with his brother Nick Diaz.

The two were in a GREAT mood -- partying with a massive entourage.

In fact, we saw the gang hittin' a liquor store after the club -- we're guessing they were gearing up for the after-party.

To the victor ...

The Cleveland Browns have officially cut socialite and occasional football player Johnny Manziel ... announcing the move Friday via the team's Twitter account.

It wasn't unexpected ... most league insiders thought the Browns had grown weary of Manziel's antics -- including a grand jury investigation into an incident with his ex-GF -- and new head coach Hue Jackson had been publicly lukewarm on the idea of keeping Johnny around.

As for Manziel ... he's seemed completely unaffected by the career uncertainty, hitting up hot spots in Miami, Vegas, and L.A. all in the last month and partying with the likes of Scott Disick.

It's been reported up to three teams are still interested in subsidizing Manziel's club hopping ... and he told TMZ Sports he's completely dedicated to football ... so we're guessing this isn't the last we've heard of him.

Rick Hilton has sympathy for the enemy, as in Marriott ... because he thinks his family's rival hotel got the shaft when it was ordered to fork over $27 million to Erin Andrews.

Rick and Kathy Hilton were at LAX when we asked what they thought about Monday's verdict -- Andrews was awarded $27 mil from the Nashville hotel and $28 mil from Michael David Barrett.

Vince McMahon is such a BEAST in the gym, even his own musclebound son-in-law refuses to hit the weights with the guy ... telling TMZ Sports, "He's too crazy."

We got Triple H and his wife Steph McMahon out in NYC -- and we asked 'em about their famous midnight workouts ... and how the hell they muster up the energy to train that late at night!!

That's when we brought up 70-year-old Vince -- who's legendary for crushing it in the gym -- and Triple H told us the rumors are true ... the guy is an absolute "machine."

We also got Vince's wife Linda McMahon who told us Vince pumps iron at least 5 days a week ... and when stacked up against HHH and his son Shane ... "He would put 'em all to shame!"

Just when we thought it had gone away forever ... here's Cam Newton bringing back the Pharrell hat at the Lakers game Thursday night.

Sucks to be the guy who had to sit behind him.

BTW, Cam's hat got Kobe's attention ... Mamba gave him some love during the game.

And according to FOX 11 reporter Liz Habib ... when they put Newton on the big screen -- he dabbed.

Johnny Manziel was at it again Thursday night ... partying for the 4th night in a row -- this time, hitting the legendary Hyde Lounge on the Sunset Strip and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Clearly ignoring the advice of NFL legend Tony Gonzalez, the QB was seen hanging with pals until 2 AM ... though we never saw him with a drink in his hand.

There were a TON of huge sports stars at the club last night -- including Von Miller, Odell Beckham, Swaggy P and UFC superstars Nick and Nate Diaz.

Bad news for Mark Ballas ... you're going to get your ass kicked -- courtesy of UFC superstar Paige VanZant.

With all the talk about how there's no one to hate-watch in the NBA, we had to ask Cuban if he misses the days when there was a team everyone LOVED to root against.

The short answer -- yes.

He said it was coming ... and now Lane Kiffin's wife has made it official -- filing divorce papers in Los Angeles ... TMZ Sports has learned.

If Matt Barnes and Derek Fisher decide to settle their beef with one final UFC-style fight -- J.R. Smith wants a ticket ... telling TMZ Sports, "I would love to see that."

Smith even did some fight analysis ... breaking down the strengths of both guys.

"It would be a good one," said Smith ... who actually played for Fisher on the Knicks last season.

Of course, Fisher brought the feud back in the headlines Thursday -- saying he was essentially attacked by Barnes and refused to retaliate. He also said Barnes was NEVER his friend.

Khloe Kardashian is making it clear she's no fan of keeping it in your pants ... suggesting Russell Wilson and Ciara's celibacy pact is a stunt for the public.

Khloe was chopping it up on her FYI show "Kocktails With Khloe" when she went in on Russell and Ciara's pledge of no nookie until marriage ... implying their pledge was more for image than religion.

The comments are super interesting considering Ciara and Khloe's big sis Kim have been friends for YEARS ... even having play dates between North and Ciara's baby son, Future.

This is pretty funny ... Miesha Tate exacting revenge on the cop who checked out her ass during the UFC 196 weigh ins -- by ogling him right back.

The cop -- Officer Russel Mettke -- became a viral sensation last week for using extreme side-eye to sneak a peek at Miesha's butt while she changed on the UFC stage.

Miesha wasn't exactly offended ... in fact, she thought it was hilarious -- and went over to the LVMPD to get a little payback.
