It's like deja vu all over again ... Johnny Manziel hitting the Hollywood nightclub scene (again) -- this time, leaving 1 OAK on the Sunset Strip around 2 in the morning.

TMZ Sports has the footage of Manziel leaving the club with a group of people early Wednesday morning ... this, after partying his face off at the Ace of Diamonds strip club the night before.

Manziel's been on a tear over the past couple of weeks ... partying in Vegas over the weekend with his new pal Scott Disick and raging in Miami before that.

Novak Djokovic says he "feels" for tennis superstar Maria Sharapova -- telling TMZ Sports he hopes she's able to overcome her drug suspension and come back even stronger than before.

Djokovic was at the Lakers game Tuesday night (he's a big Kobe fan) when we asked about the biggest story in his sport ... Sharapova failing a doping test.

The news has damaged Sharapova's deals with her huge sponsors like Nike, Tag Heuer and Porsche ... which are all distancing themselves from the tennis superstar.

So, how does Djokovic feel about the situation??

He feels bad for Maria ... but he won't turn his back on her.

A hoverboard company has declared war on Richard Sherman -- claiming the NFL star ordered 54 custom Seahawks colored scooters ... only to screw them over when it came time to pay up.

UFC superstar Nate Diaz has a message for Conor McGregor -- just because you WANT a rematch doesn't mean you're gonna get one.

Nate joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airing tonight on FS1) -- and responded to McGregor's vow that the two will face off again to avenge his loss at UFC 196.

"I'm sure he does want a rematch," Diaz said ... "I've wanted a lot of rematches too. Time will tell how things play out."

Diaz also doubles down on his attack on Justin Bieber -- saying, "F**k that fool" ... after Bieber insulted his fighting style on social media.

Cris "Cyborg" Justino says the fact Ronda Rousey considered suicide after her loss to Holly Holm proves she has a "weak mind."

We had initially asked Cyborg if she thought Miesha Tate had crossed the line by bringing up Rousey's post-fight depression on "TMZ Sports" Monday ... and that's when Cyborg went in.

"When you fight, you can lose, you can win. It's a sport. You cannot think you want suicide because you lose one fight."

"Some people handle it better than others."

Justin Bieber is in a brand new celebrity feud ... with UFC superstar Nate Diaz!!!

Here's the deal ... after the fight, Bieber praised Conor McGregor on social media -- posting a photo of the guy with the caption, "Still the champ."

Then he posted video of a toast he made to Conor saying, "To McGregor. He's still the champ. That broke my heart."

He added, "No bandwagon but Conor is a true champion, fights with style and finesse, all the respect to Nate but his style is terrible. Nate has crazy heart respect."

So, how did Nate Diaz react???

He posted a image on Instagram showing him slapping Bieber in the face with the caption, "Shut your bitch ass up."

He added the caption, "Bieber's a hater."

L.A. Rams WR Stedman Bailey is back in NFL training mode -- busting his ass in a Miami gym in the hopes of returning to the league despite being shot in the head ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

Bailey was struck by two bullets on November 24th ... leaving him in critical condition at a Miami hospital ... where he remained for a month.

S.B. vowed to make a gridiron comeback ... despite the odds being so incredibly stacked against him.

Now, we've learned the former 3rd round pick has been hitting the weights hard at the Xtreme Fitness gym in Miami ... and according to the owner Gary Sanchez, he's making tremendous progress.

"He's been training with me for 2 and a half months," Sanchez says ... who's been working with Bailey on weight training, balancing, hand-eye coordination and explosion movement drills.

"My biggest fear was, 'Is he mentally going to be ready and has he lost any type of functions?' But he didn’t. He was ready to go the minute he walked in the gym."

As far as his NFL future goes ... Bailey's trainer says, "He is physically and mentally ready, definitely ready to go right now."

With Hope Solo considering skipping the Olympics due to Zika virus scares in Brazil -- the big question ... can Team USA still win the gold without her?

According to soccer legend Julie Foudy -- the answer is definitely "Yes."

Foudy says she completely understands Solo's concern -- but says if she skips the games, Team USA will still be real contenders ... thanks to serious talent on the bench.

So, when we saw Von Miller out in NYC a few moments ago we had to ask about it.

Miller -- who's been crazy busy with "Dancing with the Stars" over the last 24 hours -- told us he hasn't watched the video yet ... but you gotta think that's on his to-do list.

Meantime, we asked Von if he would guarantee 'Dancing' victory over Geraldo Rivera ... and shockingly, he kinda wussed out.

Mark Wahlberg has officially signed on to produce a movie about the life of NBA star Caron Butler ... this according to Caron himself.

The movie will be based on Butler's autobiography 'Tuff Juice' -- in which the Sacramento Kings forward details how he overcame a hard life as a drug dealing youth to make it to the NBA.

As we first reported, the two were in talks to turn the story into a movie back in September -- and now, Mark has signed an agreement essentially buying the rights to Caron's story.

"I’m excited to take the next step towards sharing my story with an even larger audience and it’s a blessing to have someone as well-known and respected as Mark Wahlberg by my side," Butler said.

"I wanted to tell my story because I’m living proof that it is possible to overcome adversity and make a better life for yourself and your family. The response from the book was overwhelming and when someone like Mark Wahlberg tells you that your life could be a movie, you listen."

So, who will play Caron?? He previously told us his dream actor is Michael B. Jordan.

2 Chainz says he ain't throwin' in the towel on Conor McGregor -- saying he wasn't just impressed with the way he fought ... but LOVED the fact he still went clubbin' after the fight.

As we previously reported, Conor hit Surrender nightclub hours after losing to Nate Diaz at UFC 196 -- and then went to a bikini pool party the very next day.

Bottom dwelling NBA teams hoping to land LSU freshman Ben Simmons are WASTING THEIR TIME ... 'cause according to Charles Barkley, Simmons isn't ready for the big time just yet.

We got Barkley out in NYC and asked if he thought Simmons -- the consensus #1 pick in this summer's draft -- was ready for the NBA after just one season down on the bayou.

It's not a crazy question ... LSU has struggled this season and as good as Ben looks, some wonder if the lack of team success means the 6'10" walking double-double has a little more learning to do.

Count Barkley in with that crew ... telling our camera guy that in his opinion NO KID should leave school before two years in ... and Simmons is no different.

Von Miller is turning his attention from Cam Newton to Jodie Sweetin -- 'cause the Super Bowl MVP has just been announced on the new cast of "Dancing with the Stars."

The Denver Broncos stud joins other jocks like Doug Flutie, Antonio Brown and UFC rising star, Paige VanZant.

And the non-athlete competition -- Mischa Barton, 'Real Housewives' alum Kim Fields, Marla Maples, Geraldo Rivera and Boyz II Men's Wanya Morris.

Johnny Manziel hit the Hollywood club scene again -- this time, rolling into TWO hot spots on a Monday night ... and sang Scott Disick's praises on the way out.

TMZ Sports has footage of Manziel rolling out of The Nice Guy -- where his voice seemed shot ... but he still mustered up the energy to give a shout-out to Disick.

As we previously reported, Johnny and Scott partied together in Vegas over the weekend ... and apparently, Johnny took a serious liking to the guy.

We asked Johnny about his football career, but that's when he clammed up.

After The Nice Guy, Johnny moved on to Ace of Diamonds strip club ... where the party train rolled on.

Manziel's been partying for a week straight ... starting in Miami, moving to L.A., to Vegas and now back to Hollywood.

Erin Andrews won a spectacular victory in her peephole lawsuit, but her $55 million verdict is almost certainly going to get slashed many times over.

Of the $55 million, she will never see a penny from pervert Michael Barrett, who is on the hook for $28 million. Marriott is responsible for the remaining $27 million.

Marriott will almost certainly appeal the verdict, which then opens the door to settlement. There are compelling reasons why Erin might want to settle. It's a huge judgment when you consider there's no physical injury ... just emotional distress. An appeals court could overturn the verdict on grounds it's simply excessive. It's a crapshoot to go forward with an appeal ... for both sides.

The legal experts we've spoken with all say the likelihood is the case will settle ... for somewhere around $20 million on Marriott's part.

Now the lawyers' fees. In lawsuits where a case actually goes to trial, lawyers typically get around 40% of the recoverable judgment. So, if Erin settles with Marriott for $20 million, the lawyers would get $8 million, leaving her with $12 million. And Erin's responsible for costs in preparing the case, which we're told could approach $1 million, leaving her with $11 million.

Now the bad news. In cases where someone wins an award for emotional distress without any physical injuries, the award is taxable. So the $11 million becomes more like $6 million.

The good news ... the lawyers will make a fortune.
