TMZ Sports has footage of Manziel rolling out of The Nice Guy -- where his voice seemed shot ... but he still mustered up the energy to give a shout-out to Disick.

As we previously reported, Johnny and Scott partied together in Vegas over the weekend ... and apparently, Johnny took a serious liking to the guy.

"The Lord knows what's up!"

We asked Johnny about his football career, but that's when he clammed up.

Manziel's been partying for a week straight ... starting in Miami, moving to L.A., to Vegas and now back to Hollywood.

Erin Andrews How $55 Million Gets Whittled Down to $6 Mil

Published | Updated

Erin Andrews won a spectacular victory in her peephole lawsuit, but her $55 million verdict is almost certainly going to get slashed many times over.

Of the $55 million, she will never see a penny from pervert Michael Barrett, who is on the hook for $28 million. Marriott is responsible for the remaining $27 million.

Marriott will almost certainly appeal the verdict, which then opens the door to settlement. There are compelling reasons why Erin might want to settle. It's a huge judgment when you consider there's no physical injury ... just emotional distress. An appeals court could overturn the verdict on grounds it's simply excessive. It's a crapshoot to go forward with an appeal ... for both sides.

The legal experts we've spoken with all say the likelihood is the case will settle ... for somewhere around $20 million on Marriott's part.

Now the lawyers' fees. In lawsuits where a case actually goes to trial, lawyers typically get around 40% of the recoverable judgment. So, if Erin settles with Marriott for $20 million, the lawyers would get $8 million, leaving her with $12 million. And Erin's responsible for costs in preparing the case, which we're told could approach $1 million, leaving her with $11 million.

Now the bad news. In cases where someone wins an award for emotional distress without any physical injuries, the award is taxable. So the $11 million becomes more like $6 million.

The good news ... the lawyers will make a fortune.

MIESHA ON TMZ SPORTS

Miesha Tate is questioning Ronda Rousey's focus -- saying Ronda's more worried about having babies than fighting ... and it's going to hurt her when they step in the octagon.

Tate joined the guys on "TMZ Sports" (airs tonight on FS1) -- when we asked her how she felt about fighting Rousey for a 3rd time.

Tate says she's 100% down -- but says she's not sure the feeling is mutual.

"I don't even know what [Ronda] is thinking right now ... it seems like her motivation to stick around was to have Travis Browne's baby. So, I don't know."

Tate was referring to Rousey's interview on "Ellen" -- when she said the only thing that pulled her out of her post-fight funk after the loss to Holly Holm was the thought of starting a family with Browne.

"Every time I've ever lost my motivation is to get back up on the horse and fight someone again and work my way back to the top," Tate says.

There's A LOT more in the full interview which airs tonight at 9 PM PT, 12 AM ET on FS1.

Yoenis Cespedes Pimped Out Tricycle Gift From Mets Employee!!

Published | Updated

Fire spittin' Lambo? Check. Tricked out Jeep? Check. And now Yoenis Cespedes can add a pimped out TRICYCLE to his stable of sick rides.

The story's pretty cool. Cespedes -- who was born and raised in Cuba -- didn't have a car growing up ... so he traveled using a 3-wheeled bike.

A Mets employee named Theresa -- who happened to have the same bike Yoenis had growing up -- got wind of the story, and wanted to do something nice for the Mets star. So, she took her trike to Alex Vega at The Auto Firm in Miami and asked him to hook up the 3-wheeler ... on her dime.

Theresa gave Vega free reign ... so he customized the tricycle to match his brand new Jeep Wrangler. Painted white with custom red spokes ... and a seat stitched to look like a baseball.

Vega tells us Cespedes was ecstatic when he saw his new ride -- and super blown away at Theresa's kind gesture.

Here's the twist ... Theresa had also brought her OWN whip to The Auto Firm to get some work done herself.

Yoenis found out ... and wanted to return the nice gesture -- so he paid for ALL of the work done to Theresa's car, which included custom rims and a new paint job.

AWARDING THE DAMAGES

2:58 PM PT -- Andrews released a statement thanking the Nashville court personnel and jury for their service. She also said, "I've been honored by all the support from victims around the world. Their outreach has helped me be able to stand up and hold accountable those whose job it is to protect everyone's safety, security and privacy."

2:50 PM PT -- Lawyers, jurors and Andrews herself have been invited to speak to the media. Press conference streaming above.

Erin Andrews just won big in her lawsuit against Marriott ... to the tune of $55 million.

The jury divided the responsibility for paying the award ... pervert Michael Barrett must pay just over $28 mil, and the hotel is on the hook for nearly $27 million.

Erin was asking for $75 million, but this is a clear victory on her part. She may never see a penny from Barrett, but she'll be able to enforce the judgment against the hotel.

The jury deliberated for 6 hours before reaching a unanimous verdict.

After the jury was dismissed, some of the jurors hugged Erin and one asked for her autograph.

Erin sued a Nashville Marriott for the stalking incident in which Barrett, secretly videotaped Erin in her hotel room. She claims the hotel was negligent by giving Barrett a room next to hers, at his request.

Barrett already pled guilty to interstate stalking and served 2 years in prison.

Joseph Randle Ordered to Mental Health Facility

Published | Updated

Ex-NFL running back Joseph Randle has been ordered to receive treatment at an inpatient facility after his own legal team raised concerns about his mental health ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Randle's life has been falling apart -- having been arrested 6 times in 17 months in several bizarre incidents ... including underwear theft, casino fights and allegedly running someone over with his car.

Now, TMZ Sports has obtained court docs filed in Kansas stemming from his February car attack arrest in which his attorneys say a mental health professional has raised concerns about Randle's mental health and "his ability to make decisions and control his behaviors."

The mental health professional recommended Randle receive at least 30 days in an inpatient treatment facility.

The judge in the case sided with Randle's team -- and ordered him to receive treatment as part of his bond ... and will allow him to work with the NFL Players Association to select the facility.

As part of the terms of the bond, Randle must submit weekly progress reports detailing his treatment.

By the way, this was the matter Randle was supposed to be in court for on Friday -- but he failed to appear so a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was taken into custody on Sunday.

Michael Johnson Praises Usain Bolt Greater Than Jesse Owens

Published | Updated

U.S. Olympic legend Michael Johnson says Usain Bolt is the greatest sprinter of ALL TIME -- greater than Carl Lewis ... and even better than Jesse Owens.

Johnson -- who held the previous world record in the 200m (before Bolt smashed it) -- was speaking with Laureus when he was asked how Bolt stacks up as a sprinter against the best in the history.

"You think of the great sprinters of the past who have done things that have never been done before like Jesse Owens, winning four gold medals, and Carl Lewis, doing that as well, and myself being the 200 metres and 400 metres world record holder and Olympic champion.

So those are the names that you think of, the amazing sprinters of the past. But none of us has produced, in my opinion, the consistency and longevity that Bolt has and so to this point he has to be considered the greatest."

Johnson was also asked if he thinks anyone has a chance at beating Bolt at the Olympics in Rio:

"If he’s healthy, I don’t think that anyone can stop him."

There is one man who thinks he can beat Bolt -- U.S. sprinter Justin Gatlin who recently told "TMZ Sports" he WILL defeat the Jamaican legend.
