Johnny Manziel is bringing the party train to Vegas this weekend -- at least, that's the plan ... 'cause his name has popped up on the celebrity guest list for UFC 196, TMZ Sports has learned.

Oscar De La Hoya says he's known Donald Trump for decades -- and says he "truly feels" his old friend's antics are simply an act in a diabolical plot to get Hillary Clinton elected.

He's dead serious.

Oscar joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show on FS1 -- and brought up Trump ... saying Donald inspired him to put together his upcoming superfight between Canelo Alvarez and Amir Khan because they both come from backgrounds that Trump has targeted in his campaign.

Amir is Muslim and Canelo is Mexican ... and Oscar says, "Let me put them in there and create this big mega event and show Trump that we belong in this country."

They fight in Vegas on May 7th.

Oklahoma City Police say suicide has NOT been ruled out in the fiery car crash that killed OKC Thunder co-owner Aubrey McClendon ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we reported ... McClendon died when his car smashed into a bridge at an incredible high rate of speed Wednesday morning ... hours after he was indicted on a federal conspiracy charge that carries up to a 10 year prison sentence.

We spoke with OKC Police Dept Captain Paco Balderrama who told us ... cops are working on several possible theories that led to his death -- ranging from suicide to a medical episode behind the wheel.

"Anything is possible," Capt. Balderrama said ... "At this point we just don't know."

Cops say McClendon was NOT wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash -- and he made no attempt to slow down before impact.

OKC Thunder players Anthony Morrow and Andre Roberson say they're praying for the family of co-owner Aubrey McClendon ... who was killed Wednesday morning in a horrific car accident.

This is actually pretty funny ...

Nate Diaz was doing a Twitter Q&A with fans to promote UFC 196 -- when he was asked to name his 5 favorite rappers of all time.

He could only get to 4 ...

So, naturally ... the next fan asked if he was high on drugs.

The Erin Andrews nude peephole video was mocked openly at a Marriott exec's dinner table in Nashville ... but the exec denies having anything to do with the video being played.

Neal Peskind admits his friends pulled up the video on a phone while they were out to dinner Tuesday night. He says he quickly asked them to stop "and while they did so, it was not as quickly as I had hoped."

The damage was done. A server saw what happened and blasted Peskind and co. on Twitter. She claims Peskind and his friends talked about Erin's body and said she doesn't deserve money. Peskind denies there was any such conversation, and says, "This incident has been blown into something it was not."

Here's the problem ... the jury in Erin's $75 million lawsuit against Marriott is not sequestered. The judge has no doubt instructed them to ignore all news reports related to the case, but you know the way that goes.

On his way into court Wednesday ... reporters for WSMV, which broke the story, questioned Peskind about the incident.

Aubrey McClendon -- co-owner of the OKC Thunder -- crashed his car into a bridge and killed himself in what appears to be a suicide mission ... one day after he was charged with conspiracy.

Tough guy respects tough guy.

Vinnie Jones says when it comes to UFC fighters, he's all about Conor McGregor.

Vinnie joins a huge list of celeb McGregor supporters -- one that already includes Shaq, Arnold Schwarzenegger, U2's The Edge, Gordon Ramsay and many many more.

It'll be interesting to see if Nate Diaz can rally up some celeb support before the two do battle at UFC 196 this weekend.

One thing's for sure ... Nate's bandwagon will certainly fill up if he wins.

What's cooler than being an NBA star?

Being an NBA star who looks like a MOVIE STAR ... just ask OKC Thunder star Steven Adams ... who says his resemblance to Jason Momoa paid off HUGE recently.

Adams was out in L.A. when he told us about a recent trip out to Croatia ... where the locals mistook him for the 'Batman v Superman' star ... and it was awesome!

Most UFC fighters would be PUMPED to be on 'Kimmel' -- but not UFC fighter Jake Ellenberger ... who got caught in a big time lie during a political bit on the show Tuesday night.

Kimmel was doing his "Lie Witness News" segment -- where he goes out to bust people lying about voting on Super Tuesday.

The setup -- there was NO presidential voting in California yesterday ... but Jimmy sent a reporter to ask people if they voted to see if they would lie about it on camera to make themselves look good.

Ellenberger fell for it ... hook, line & sinker.

Ooops.

English soccer star Adam Johnson -- a former member of the English national team -- was convicted of sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl and will likely go to prison.

The 28-year-old -- who played for Sunderland in the English Premier League -- was accused of hooking up with the girl in his Range Rover back in January 2015.

The girl told cops Johnson put his hands down her pants and she performed oral sex on him. Johnson was cleared of the oral sex charge ... but found guilty of digitally penetrating the child.

During the hearing, the judge told Johnson a prison sentence was "almost inevitable."

Finally, hard evidence GB Packers running back Eddie Lacy took up the offer to train with P90X creator Tony Horton -- and we gotta say ... the dude looks like he's already getting results.

Check out the photo Tony's training pal Bobby Stephenson posted on Facebook -- showing Eddie and Tony after a workout with the caption, "Crushing Shoulders and Arms P90X Style."

Packers coach Mike McCarthy had said he wanted Lacy to shed some serious LBs before next season -- and that's when Horton volunteered his services.

The woman who was on his arm Sunday night was Jordan Duffy -- a TV reporter/extremely hot lady.

But alas ... no relationship with Gronk, just friends. Sad.
