UFC superstar Michael Bisping is ripping into Anderson Silva -- claiming the guy's history of PED usage left him with a wonky penis ... and Bisping's not afraid to mock him for it.

The two are set to face off at UFC Fight Night in England on Feb. 27th -- and even though Bisping says he believes Silva is clean for this fight, he thinks Silva had been cheating for years.

"He was using his entire career," Bisping says.

Lamar Odom is getting a massive taste of his old life with Khloe Kardashian as the paparazzi swarm around the "exes" in New York City.

This video is remarkable 'cause if you didn't know better, you'd think it was shot 5 or 6 years ago -- Khloe and Lamar arm-in-arm, doing some Greek at Milos in Midtown after Kanye West's show at MSG ... and the photogs firing off shots of their every step.

What's also obvious is how well Lamar's moving around. He slowed a little as he approached their car on the way out, but remember -- this guy was nearly dead 4 months ago. It's an AMAZING recovery!

Khloe's insisted there's nothing romantic between them anymore -- despite her calling off the divorce -- but 2010 called ... it wants this Khloe and Lamar video back.

4 ridiculously rich celebrities go to dinner after Day 1 of the Pebble Beach Pro Am -- Clint Eastwood, Ray Romano, Kenny G and Andy Garcia. Question is ... who picked up the check??

The Mayor of Philadelphia just came out swingin' at LeSean McCoy -- vowing to punish the NFL superstar for his role in a bar attack that left 2 off-duty police officers badly injured.

Mayor Jim Kenney said ... "If [McCoy] wants to stomp our officers and pound our officers, then he needs to pay the price and answer for his actions."

Kenney told CBS Philly he has seen the TMZ Sports video of the brawl and says ... "In addition to punches being thrown, there were some kicks that looked as if they were being leveled and that’s unconscionable and it’s cowardly."

You heard it here first ... Team USA sprinter Justin Gatlin guaranteeing OLYMPIC VICTORY over Usain Bolt at the 2016 Olympics!!!

Gatlin joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" show on FS1 -- when he told us he's not afraid of the Zika scare in Brazil ... and NOTHING can keep him from competing against his rival at the games.

So, when we asked straight up if he was finally going to crush the Jamaican sensation on the track -- Gatlin laid down the gauntlet ... "I'M GOING TO WIN!"

By the way, Gatlin says he's already got plans for his gold medal when he crosses that line!!!

Boxer Antonio Tarver says he was SET UP -- claiming he never used banned substances for his August '15 fight with Steve Cunningham ... and claims he's the victim in a diabolical frame job.

Tarver was suspended 6 months by the New Jersey State Athletic Control Board for testing positive for a synthetic testosterone.

Now, in a video statement from Tarver ... the 47-year-old is calling BS on the positive test -- saying he took several other tests that same week and passed with flying colors.

In fact, Tarver says only the test administered by a company hired by the fight promoter tested positive -- and Tarver says he was set up because he's adamant he never took a PED.

Tarver says he's asked to have his dirty sample sent to an independent lab to be tested -- but his requests have been ignored.

"I'm here to tell you today that I did nothing wrong," Tarver said ... "It's a frame job."

News anchor Tomi Lahren flexed her First Amendment rights all over Beyonce and her fans ... and took a strong stance against the Black Panthers.

Lahren is TheBlaze anchor who got flooded with death threats after she bashed Bey for repping the Black Panthers during the Super Bowl -- and she came on "TMZ Live" Thursday to deliver a message to her haters.

She also went hard against the Panthers, while declaring her love for Martin Luther King, Jr.

Bill Murray is doing his thing at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am ... and as usual, it's pretty entertaining.

Besides showing off his pretty swing ... he pulled the 'ol freeze frame move on one of the holes.

Lamar Odom had a high-priced usher escort him to his front and center seat Thursday at Madison Square Garden -- that would be the headliner, Kanye West.

As we reported Lamar flew from L.A. Wednesday night to attend the unveiling of Kanye's new album and fashion line.

The Kardashians came into the arena -- all wearing white -- under a spotlight, but the big moment was reserved for Lamar.

Kanye walked Lamar to his seat and then took the stage.

The Kardashian clan was out in full as well ... sitting right near the front with some of their super famous friends.

As for Lamar -- he had a slight limp but walked the stairs just fine.

TMZ Sports spoke with LeSean McCoy's attorney, Larry Krasner -- who says the NFL running back did NOT say he "made a mistake" during an encounter with a Philadelphia media outlet Wednesday night.

Krasner says what McCoy actually said was ... 'I'll make a statement sooner than later."

The battle over "Lights Out" is officially over ... with Nike and ex-NFL star Shawne Merriman striking a settlement agreement after Merriman had filed an $18 MILLION lawsuit against the company.

Merriman -- who's nicknamed "Lights Out" and created his own Lights Out clothing brand years ago -- initially filed the suit back in 2014 ... claiming Nike violated his trademark by creating their own "Lights Out" clothing line.

At the time, he demanded more than $18 million in damages.

But now, the two sides have ended the legal battle -- filing a joint motion to dismiss the suit in a United States District Court.

A rep for Merriman says the two sides are on good terms -- and issued the following statement:

Ex-UFC star Jason "Mayhem" Miller was arrested for DUI this weekend -- and we're told officers brought the cavalry to the arrest scene, just in case he decided to get violent with cops again.

FYI -- Mayhem allegedly fought police on TWO separate incidents last year ... grappling with 4 cops in March and attacking officers with a ceramic tile back in October.

So, when cops got a tip that 35-year-old Miller was driving drunk in Irvine, CA this weekend -- we're told they rolled deep just in case things got crazy this time around too!

Our sources say there were roughly 15 cops on scene and a K9 unit to provide assistance.

When the gang arrived to the scene, we're told Miller had "obvious signs of intoxication" -- and then bombed several field sobriety tests.

He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and hauled to a nearby jail.

We're told Miller was mouthy with cops during the incident ... but didn't get violent this time -- which is a step in the right direction considering his past.

A former NFL player who's been named a suspect in the LeSean McCoy bar fight says he's not guilty -- despite allegations he took part in a brawl that left 2 off-duty cops badly injured.

TMZ Sports received a brief but strong statement from Curtis Brinkley saying simply, "I am innocent."

Brinkley was named a suspect by Philadelphia PD -- along with 3 other men including McCoy -- who are alleged to have participated in the brutal Sunday morning brawl.

Brinkley, a Philly native, is a former NFL running back who played with the Chargers from 2009 to 2012

As for McCoy ... he broke his silence Wednesday.

Lamar Odom couldn't have gotten on a cross-country flight without Kanye West's help, which is why Lamar was determined to get on a flight to NYC ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lamar tell us when he was in Cedars-Sinai hospital ... Kanye religiously showed up to visit and frequently played rough cuts of his new music for Lamar. He started remembering specific lyrics, which was one of the early signs LO's condition was improving.

We're told Lamar is well aware of the role 'Ye's music played in his comeback.

He told Khloe how important it was for him to be at Thursday's show in NYC ... to show Kanye how much he "loves and supports" him.

Guess we know who'll be singing along when the T.L.O.P. tracks start blaring in MSG.

The Ronda Rousey comeback is officially in full swing -- 'cause the UFC superstar is finally back in the gym fighting again ... and we've got the pics!

It's the first time we've seen Ronda throwing punches and grappling since her crushing loss to Holly Holm back in November ... a sign her injuries are all healed up and she's ready to go.

Directly after the Holm fight, Rousey said her mouth and teeth suffered so much damage that she speculated, "It might be 3 to 6 months before I can eat an apple, let alone take an impact."

Well, here we are 3 months later ... and Rousey was back at the Glendale Fighting Club working out with her trainer Edmond Tarverdyan.

Ronda has previously told us she plans to fight Holly sometime this year -- though no date has been set.
