Chalk up another victory for Conor McGregor -- 'cause TMZ Sports has learned the UFC superstar will NOT be charged with a crime for allegedly driving around with a firearm in Ireland.

As we previously reported, cops in Conor's home country launched an investigation into the champ after he posted a picture appearing to show himself pointing a gun out of the window of a car.

McGregor later fessed up to brandishing the weapon ... but claimed the firearm was nothing more than an Airsoft gun he was using to practice for a possible movie role.

BTW, even brandishing an Airsoft gun in public could be a violation an Ireland.

But good news for Conor ... a rep for the Irish Police Force tells us the investigation is over and officials have determined "no offense was committed."

Congrats!

Eric Dickerson has a warning to the Rams players -- BEWARE OF THE L.A. WOMEN!!!

The Rams legend was at LAX when he told us he knows what it's like to be young, rich and famous in L.A. -- and says the young guys moving west need to be VERY aware of the cleat chasers looking to take advantage of an athlete.

"Young players have to look out for some of these girls ... because let's just be honest this ain't St. Louis."

He adds, "There are some beautiful women out here and a lot of these girls they hear the Rams are coming to town they like, 'Oh, I'm gonna get me a football player ... I'm gonna get my rent paid."

We all know Shaquille O'Neal's son Shareef has the size and the strength to be a huge basketball star -- but check out mini-Diesel in action last night ... the kid's got a stroke!!!

The 6'7" sophomore hit from 3-point land ... and sank a few other impressive buckets from outside the perimeter during the MLK Classic at Laces High School in Los Angeles.

Shareef's squad from Winward High School ultimately took an L at the hands of Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary High School ... but we're told he impressed a bunch of D1 scouts who were in the crowd.

Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber partied like the beautiful people they are ... with their famous friends ... at their restaurant, Cafe Habana, in Malibu.

They hosted Casamigos karaoke -- you know, Casamigos, the tequila brand Gerber and George Clooney started because they can.

Sources tell us they danced and partied Sunday night. Tennis legend John McEnroe sang David Bowie’s "Rebel Rebel" with the entire Northwestern women's lacrosse team.

Ex-NHL hockey star Chris Chelios sang too, and even if you look closely in this video you'll see Wayne Gretzky's wife, Janet, leading the dance.

Looks painful -- all that carefree fun and merriment.

Lawrence Taylor is still killing running backs -- laying the smackdown on guys like Marcus Allen and Eric Dickerson on his way to a victory in Alonzo Mourning's big celeb golf tourney.

Event officials tell us Taylor shot a 57 on 18 holes at the Turnberry Isle Resort & Golf Club on January 18th ... in an event that raised money for the Mourning Family Foundation.

We're told Taylor outplayed a ton of huge stars including Sterling Sharpe, Clyde Drexler, Dr. J, Ray Allen, Bruce Bowen, Rip Hamilton and Cornelius Bennett ... who shot the 2nd best athlete score.

Conor McGregor is stepping up his car game ... adding a brand new Lamborghini to his collection -- one that shoots FLAMES out the back!

The UFC superstar -- who already got himself a $500k Rolls-Royce earlier this year -- hit the streets of L.A. Monday night in (what appears to be) a Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster ... another car that costs around $500k.

This one is special ... it spits fire from the back exhaust. McGregor calls it a flamethrower.

So, why is Conor showing off? According to McGregor ... he wants to motivate you.

"I'm not trying to rub it in posting these. We don't even have these at home," he wrote.

"Nice things in life are motivating. They are designed to push you further. Embrace them. Use them as motivation and you will have them."

Sucks to lose in overtime ... but James Harden found a place to lift his spirits after the Rockets vs. Clippers game -- the strip club!

Harden hit up Ace of Diamonds in Los Angeles around 1:45 AM Tuesday morning ... hours after his team blew a shot to upset the Clips in overtime and lost 140-132.

Cam rocked the shirt as a tribute to his new baby boy Chosen -- who was born just before Christmas ... but the Internet blew up with people infatuated with the fashion.

But we spoke to a rep for Under Armour who tells us fans of the shirt are S.O.L. ... 'cause it was specially made for the Panthers QB.

"The shirt was custom for Cam and is not available at retail."

Marshawn Lynch went from Beast Mode to Party Mode after the Seahawks got bounced from the playoffs ... hitting up a Seattle nightclub late Sunday night and TMZ Sports has the video.

Multiple witnesses at the club tell us Lynch rolled in to Stage in Seattle after 1 AM wearing a big trapper hat and keeping a low profile in an effort to go incognito.

Problem for Lynch is he's super famous ... and everybody noticed.

One witness told us, "He was dancing through the crowd being followed by thirsty girls."

It's an interesting statement to party after the heartbreaking loss ... especially with reports that Lynch won't return to the Seahawks next year.

Tom Brady put family before football Sunday night ... heading out to watch his son Benny play in a youth hockey game with Gisele at the same time as the AFC divisional playoff game.

The adorable little girl who got a TD ball from Carolina Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart Sunday drove 100 miles with her family to attend the game ... and says she'll NEVER sell it, EVER!!

The lucky fan is 8-year-old Isabella -- who was at the game with her mom, dad and brother who are all Panthers super fans ... and usually sit in the nosebleed section when they attend games.

But Isabella's father, Kelly, tells TMZ Sports he splurged for the playoff game -- dropping more than $2,500 for the killer end zone seats because he felt something special was going to happen.

He was right.

Isabella became an instant Internet sensation due to her priceless reaction when Stewart singled her out and handed her the ball after scoring the 1st TD of the game.

"She let us all hold the ball, she was super excited!"

Kelly says he ordered a case for the ball the second he got home -- and it's currently on display in their living room.

"We're holding on to it forever," Kelly says ... "Never to be sold. We're too big of fans."

They're the WWE's hottest real life super couple -- Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan -- so, the question we had to ask ... do you guys ever wrestle naked?

Yeah, blame our photog Charlie for that one ... but the video is pretty adorable.

The most interesting part ... seems Brie hates her signature finishing move (The Bella Buster) -- though Bryan raves about it!
