UFC champ Luke Rockhold, fresh off a dominating victory over Chris Weidman is getting back to 100% healthy by getting his elbow drained ... and you're going to watch it ... and hate yourself.

Rockhold took to social media to post a video of the whole procedure ... where a doctor sticks a needle IN HIS FREAKIN' ELBOW and drains the liquid disgustingness out of it.

The New York Jets star is about to be a dad for the 11th and 12th time after knocking up his wife ... DESPITE THE FACT HE HAD A VASECTOMY!!!!

Antonio's lady, Terricka Cromartie told US Weekly she learned she was preggers back in October after experiencing cramps.

"I really thought I was dreaming, even after, I was just in total disbelief."

Terricka says she didn't tell Antonio right away because she was in disbelief since her man had already had the procedure to disable AC's ability to reproduce.

"I was going back and forth in my head how it could even happen. In my head we were good to go, we were having free sex! I just really thought that his procedure was the best protection you could have at this point."

Ultimately, the couple says they believe the whole thing is "God's will" -- and they're excited to add to the family.

The Dallas Cowboys aren't using their stadium anymore (4-12) ... but it's still being put to good use -- with Michael Bay transforming it into a giant movie theater for the world premiere of '13 Hours.'

Ex-NFL star Jamal Anderson just pled guilty to his 2014 DUI charge but won't serve any jail time ... at least for now.

The former Atlanta Falcons running back was arrested in Duluth, Georgia in November '14 after cops found him passed out in his car in the middle of a freeway. Cops said he reeked of booze and was "unsteady on his feet."

But today, the 43-year-old cut a deal with prosecutors ... in which he agreed to pled guilty to 1 count of DUI -- and in exchange got 1 year probation.

As part of his sentence, Anderson has also been ordered to avoid alcohol, give up his driver's license and do 40 hours of community service.

But he's not out of the woods just yet -- Jamal was busted for another DUI in September in a different part of Georgia. That case is still pending.

TMZ Sports spoke with Anderson who tells us he's been sober since October and is currently enrolled in AA to help overcome his issues with alcohol.

Ronda Rousey's swimsuit was painted on for her Sports Illustrated photo shoot, but that didn't stop sales of the actual one-piece it's based on from selling out almost instantly.

Ronda's paint job was a replica of a one-piece made by Australian swimwear brand, We Are Handsome. The company's a fave with celebs ... Beyonce even sported one of their jaguar suits over the summer.

We Are Handsome tells us Ronda's plug made website sales for the suit surge 300% ... so good luck getting it.

Frank Gore is in full recovery mode after undergoing surgery for a badly broken finger -- rocking a cast and sling to the Warriors game Monday night with two famous boxers.

The Indianapolis Colts running back reportedly went under the knife earlier this week in California -- and despite the hardware on his left arm, he decided to venture out to an NBA game ... where he posed for a pic with boxers Amir Khan and Andre Ward.

The Crimson Tide came out IN FORCE in Tuscaloosa after Alabama beat Clemson Monday night -- but cops say despite the insanely large crowds ... there was no rioting, no fires ... mostly peace.

TMZ Sports spoke with Lt. Richardson of the Tuscaloosa PD -- who tells us the crowd that gathered in the downtown strip area was one of the largest EVER ... "twice as big as the last championship."

But unlike the scene in Columbus when Ohio State won last year, there was no tear gas, no fighting, no dumpster fires.

"There was no rioting. Only a few arrests for disorderly conduct and public intoxication," Richardson tells us,.

"Overall, it was a good night. They celebrated and enjoyed one of the largest celebrations. We're proud."

In fact, when cops turned in their reports last night -- some of the highlights read, "Everything was excellent. People had great attitudes. We're very pleased."

Johnny Manziel is in danger of losing his biggest sponsor -- Nike -- with sources telling TMZ Sports the company is "on the fence" about dropping the QB from its roster this off-season.

In fact, one highly placed Nike source tells us ... "We are worried about him and hope things will turn around in the right direction ... but we are on the fence if [our relationship] will continue."

Just last week, Manziel was dropped from LeBron James' marketing agency LRMR -- with the organization saying Johnny needs to work on "personal growth."

In the past couple of months, Manziel was accused of striking his girlfriend during an argument on the way home from a bar ... and was benched by the Browns after lying about partying.

Losing Nike would be a HUGE blow for Manziel -- who reportedly signed a very lucrative multi-year deal with the Swoosh back in 2014.

The daughter of Olympic legend Jesse Owens says the family had final script approval for the upcoming biopic "Race" -- and actually REJECTED certain scenes to ensure the movie was 100% authentic.

"Just because [Iggy Azalea] dates a black guy and takes black penis doesn't mean she has to stand up for black culture" -- Charlamagne tha God.

Finally, Iggy Azalea has a champion ... someone calling for the hip-hop community to stop trashing her for being a fake rap wannabe -- and her advocate is one of the most powerful voices in the game.

Charlamagne's main point is that Iggy is not trying to hijack black culture -- she's a pop artist who uses rap to express herself -- and needs to be treated as such.

"She's not making music for the Black Lives Matter movement ... we shouldn't even look for Iggy to do that."

As for her fiance Nick Young, CTG essentially says people need to leave his junk out of the conversation and judge Iggy's music on its own -- but it's wayyy funnier when Charlamagne says it.
