Vince McMahon triggered a bunch of calls to the NYPD after he appeared to get arrested Monday night on "Monday Night Raw."

Cops began fielding calls after some really bad acting, where Vince stepped in to protect his daughter from some rent-a-cops. Things got heated at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Vince got aggressive and the cops hooked him up and read him his Miranda rights.

It seemed real enough for viewers to call police ... presumably to either express their displeasure or lobby to have the book thrown at him.

Derek Fisher's divorce has miraculously turned from super bitter to civilized ... to the point where both he and estranged wife Candace are hammering out a settlement ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Mavericks owner Mark Cuban says he's all about HGH usage in professional sports ... if it can be proven it helps athletes recover from career threatening injuries.

Mark called in to "TMZ Sports" on FS1 to talk about Peyton Manning's HGH scandal and when asked if he thinks the controversial drug has any place in pro sports ... the Shark sounded off.

Matt Barnes has been suspended for two games without pay by the NBA for his involvement in an altercation with Knicks head coach Derek Fisher.

The NBA had been investigating the incident ... in which Barnes allegedly confronted Fisher at the home of Barnes' ex-wife, Gloria Govan. According to witnesses, Barnes allegedly socked Fisher in the mouth.

Barnes was not charged in the incident.

Floyd Mayweather really outdid himself this time ... dropping over $10 million on some new diamonds.

According to Floyd's rep, the giant ring alone is 50 carats and smaller necklace is made of 74 diamonds, each one being three carats each.

All told, Floyd's rep says the collection ran Floyd between $10-15 million.

Earlier this month, Floyd spent over a million bucks on a sick diamond watch while shopping in Dubai.

Ohio State star running back Ezekiel Elliott was cited over the weekend for driving on a suspended license following a car crash in Columbus.

According to Columbus Police Department, the accident occurred around 1:30 PM Sunday on State Route 315. Elliott told police he hit a puddle, hydroplaned, and lost control of the vehicle ... hitting another car.

Police say the other driver had minor injuries and was not hospitalized.

Elliott was cited for not having an operator’s license, failure to control and driving under a suspended license.

Medowlark Lemon, the most famous member of the Harlem Globetrotters, has died.

Lemon played for 22 years, beginning in the 1950s, when the team's popularity rivaled the NBA.

When he started with the team, black NBA payers were almost non-existent.

Lemon had a resurrection in 1972, with the show, "Scooby-Doo Meets the Harlem Globetrotters."

Former NFL stud Maurice Jones-Drew is no longer dropping linebackers on the field ... but he's still dropping jewels to the young players ... this time on the importance of proper shower apparel.

Maurice was leaving Greystone in L.A. when we asked him about ATL Falcons rookie RB Tevin Coleman ... who missed Sunday's game with concussion symptoms ... after slipping in the shower.

The ex-NBA player who allegedly jacked a car from a hotel valet in Hollywood and then went on a joyride has been charged with a felony ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Jeff Adrien was arrested for allegedly taking a sweet 2015 Mercedes S550 from a hotel valet on Dec. 7th without permission from the actual owner.

Adrien allegedly drove the car around town ... before eventually returning it to the hotel. He was arrested a short time later when the owner discovered what happened.

Adrien's rep had previously told us the whole thing was a giant misunderstanding and it would all be cleared up.

But now, we've learned that ain't exactly the case ... 'cause prosecutors have hit the 29-year-old with one count of driving or taking a vehicle without consent -- a felony.

Brandon Davis has been charged with drunk driving in the single car wreck back in October that landed him in the hospital and totaled his Mercedes.

Our law enforcement sources say Davis' blood alcohol level was almost twice the legal limit. He was arrested at the hospital while doctors tended to his injuries.

Davis, heir to the Marvin Davis oil and entertainment fortune, would ordinarily be placed on probation, but his prior record could change that. He pled guilty in 2011 to coke possession. In the DUI case, worse case scenario for him is 6 months in jail.

Davis crashed after dinner at Matsuhisa in West Hollywood with pal Mike Comrie. Photos later surfaced of Davis downing wine before the crash.

Justin Bieber's career is on fire but there's still one thing he can't do ... kick Nick Jonas' ass ... that's according to Nick's "Kingdom" co-star Frank Grillo who says the JoBro's a total "badass" thanks to his MMA training.

Frank witnessed the transformation Nick went through playing an MMA fighter on their show, so when we got him out in L.A. we had to ask ... is Jonas now the toughest teenybopper alive?

Oklahoma City Thunder sharpshooter Steve Novak says he's in full agreement with his fellow 3-point sniper Steph Curry ... about the wonder of automatic toilets.

Novak was out in L.A. when we asked him about Curry saying his recent hot streak could be attributed to his brand new bathroom buddy ... an automatic toilet that makes Curry super happy.
