It's gonna be a dark night in Cincinnati ... 'cause Bengals wide receiver Mohamed Sanu is planning to rock a sick pair of special Joker cleats during Monday night's game ... TMZ Sports has learned.

You already know Sanu LOVES to rock custom kicks -- and has sported shoes with Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk and Dragon Ball Z in the past.

But now, sneaker artist Kreative Customs tell us Sanu wanted to go with a Gotham theme -- after his nephew gave him the idea to order kicks featuring Bruce Wayne's archnemesis.

Pretty awesome, right???

Ronda Rousey is "depressed" and "bummed out" after losing her UFC title to Holly Holm, but UFC Prez Dana White tells TMZ Sports there will absolutely be a rematch.

We're told Ronda was kept overnight in an Australian hospital. White tells us she does not have a concussion but there's a "very big gash" in the middle of her lip. White and team searched for the best plastic surgeon in Australia, who's going to do his handiwork today.

Ronda, who spent the night in the hospital with her sister, did not talk about the loss. As Dana tells us, "The last thing a fighter wants to do is talk about a fight when they lose." White says, "There was not a lot of talking."

As for the fight, Dana says it broke all records. He was especially psyched that it "destroyed" the previous record for bars showing a UFC fight -- a record previously set by the Lesnar/Velasquez heavyweight title fight. A record number of bars in various countries showed the fight, including the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Dana had high praise for both fighters. As for Ronda, he says, "What this woman has done has never been done before. We've been doing this for 15 years with huge stars, and Ronda has broken every record."

As for Holly, White says people didn't give her due credit going in ... "Holly had 45 fights before and multiple world titles. She was totally calm and cool." And he says she's score a phenomenal payday.

Dana says, "There will absolutely be a rematch. It's the fight that makes sense."

Talk about being a little monster...

While Ronda Rousey was still seeing stars after being KO'ed by Holly Holm, Lady Gaga went to Instagram to pour salt in the wounds...trolling Ronda for not touching gloves before the fight.

Ronda Rousey has been transported to a hospital in Australia after suffering a devastating knock out during UFC 193.

A rep for the UFC tells TMZ Sports, "Ronda is currently being transported to a local hospital for precautionary purposes."

Ronda was knocked out in the 2nd round after taking a crushing kick to the neck by Holly Holm ... medical personnel rushed to her side in the octogon.

Ronda didn't speak to reporters after the fight -- instead, she was transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

Nick Bockwinkel -- WWE Hall of Famer -- and pioneer of the sports-entertainment culture has died ... TMZ has learned.

WWE released a statement confirming the death of the 4-time AWA Heavyweight Champ ... but a cause of death is yet to be revealed.

Bockwinkel began his career in the 1950s ... paving the way for pro-wrestlers today with his excellent grappling skills, and charismatic ring interviews.

He was also managed by legendary WWE star Bobby "The Brain" Heenan.

Bockwinkel was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007.

Junior Seau's sister says she doesn't want to see Wes Welker end up suffering from CTE like her brother -- and is advising the wide receiver to seriously reconsider his NFL comeback.

Welker has been out of football since last year -- and it seemed like his NFL career was over ... especially with his storied concussion history.

But now that he's signed with the Rams, Annette Seau tells TMZ Sports she's "fearful for him."

"Everyday he is out there taking these big hits on the field he is shortening his life," Seau says ... "I know how much the game means to these men ... but I am very fearful for him."

Seau says she wishes Welker nothing but the best -- but knows all too well the dangers of repeated head trauma. Junior took his own life in 2012 after suffering from CTE, which the family believes was caused by the hits he took during his NFL career.

"Junior would have came back and played longer if he was given the opportunity, so I know how Wes feels. I know how much the game means to these men."

Laura Govan is taking a stand for the MILFs of America ... saying that people hating on Scottie Pippen's wife Larsa need to fall back ... and embrace the wonder of well-aged butt cakes.

Govan was out in Calabasas when we asked about the daisy dukes that shook up Beverly Hills this week ... the super skimpy jean shorts that Larsa was wearing while out shopping with Kim K ... and her kid.

The NFL will have a noticeably increased security presence at its games Sunday following the attacks in Paris.

In a statement released Saturday, the league said, "there will be an increased security and law enforcement presence both inside and outside stadiums in the parking lots." The NFL says it has been working with the FBI as well, and at this point, there are no known threats.

League officials are also asking that fans refrain from bringing bags to games. Games are scheduled in New York, Seattle and Denver this week just to name a few.

It was a role reversal for Floyd Mayweather last night -- walking in Justin Bieber's entourage as he escorted the singer through the stage for his performance at Staples Center... TMZ Sports has the video.

Mayweather and several members of his TMT crew flanked Bieber during his walkout before heading to their section to enjoy the show. Usually, it's Bieber escorting Mayweather to the ring -- but now that Floyd's retired he'll be taking the backseat to JB from now on... if he stays retired, that is.

Lamar Odom's in rough shape -- having a tough time with communication and mobility -- and we're told it's so bad, he can't recognize some close friends and family.

Our sources tell us Lamar has made little progression in the last couple weeks. We're told he's only able to speak a word here and there, and at times he seems "empty."

The scariest part ... Lamar can't recognize longtime friends and even family members when they come to visit. We're told docs believe he's suffered significant brain damage.

TMZ Sports caught up with Gracie Carvalho at the Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City ... where our photog asked her if Rousey -- who is fighting Saturday night in UFC 193 -- needs to be extra cautious about face shots, since Rousey has an acting career that's just getting started.

Carvalho -- who walked in the "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" this week and fashions herself a Muay Thai fighter -- said Ronda can handle the punishment, but she can't.

As for the big fight with Holly Holm, Carvalho is picking Ronda ... shocker!

The man Gilbert Arenas paid to watch over his NBA fortune, ended up helping the former NBA superstar's assistant rob him blind ... according to a massive lawsuit Gilbert just filed.

Gilbert is gunning for Lester Knispel and Boulevard Management ... the company he says he hired in 2006 to control his cash flow, of which he had plenty. You'll recall, Arenas signed a $111 million contract with the Washington Wizards in 2008.

4:15 PM PT -- The hostage crisis at the Bataclan theater, where Eagles of Death Metal was playing, is over. Police reportedly found 100 victims inside. 3 gunmen were killed during the raid, but several others are still on the loose.

Gunfire and explosions rang out in restaurants, bars, and a soccer stadium in Paris -- and at least 60 people are dead.

The deadly attacks began during a soccer match between France and Germany at Stade de France. You can hear a massive explosion go off during the broadcast of the game ... where President Francois Hollande was watching. Authorities hurriedly evacuated him during the chaos.

There are multiple attacks going on -- at the stadium, and at several bars and restaurants in neighborhoods near the stadium.

There are reports at least 100 people are being held hostage in a theater where the American band Eagles of Death Metal was playing. The shooters came in during the concert and started spraying the crowd with gunfire.

Founding member Jesse Hughes escaped safely through a door backstage, but they have not accounted for the other band members yet. Josh Homme was not with the band for Friday night's show.

Story developing ...

There was some charged up shoving at the UFC 193 weigh-ins ... with a pissed off Ronda Rousey cussing and threatening Holly Holm.

Rousey looked angry from the second she walked out on the stage -- but LOST HER MIND when Holm allegedly touched her face during the customary face-to-face showdown pose.

You can see Rousey shout a couple of expletives at Holm -- and later called Holly a phony who's gonna get her ass kicked Saturday.
