Kim, Kris, Kourtney and Kylie are heading back to L.A. after being at Lamar Odom's bedside since Tuesday ... but Khloe refuses to leave her estranged husband.

We're told Kim has an appointment with a pregnancy specialist who flew to LA just to meet with her. She's had an ongoing condition in which her placenta is growing too deep into her uterus.

They all left on a private jet.

Kendall, who's in London, is on her way to Vegas to be with Khloe.

The entire family plans to head back to Vegas this weekend to be with Lamar.

Lamar Odom's two teenage kids Lamar Jr. and Destiny just left their father's bedside, after travelling across the country to see him.

The kids were accompanied by their mother, Liza Morales, with whom Lamar is in a bitter custody and child support battle. They're due in court later this month.

Here's a HEAVILY MEDICATED Lolo Jones -- all doped up on pain meds -- bitching about her small boobs ... and crackin' a Bill Cosby rape joke ... and yeah, it's pretty funny.

Jones had just woken up from surgery for her torn hip labrum -- still woozy from painkillers -- when she flipped on her Periscope and just let it go.

"Keep me away from Bill Cosby right now 'cause I'm heavily medicated ... he's not allowed to visit!"

Lamar Odom was VERY serious about a return to the NBA -- and in video recorded sessions with his trainer from over the summer, you can see L.O. was busting his ass in the gym to try to make it happen.

As we previously reported, Odom hooked up with Fareed Samad -- a trainer he met through pro boxer Zab Judah.

The two trained all summer long at all hours of the day and night ... sometimes twice a day ... doing everything from boxing conditioning to ab work ... treadmill sessions and more.

Lamar Odom's condition has deteriorated, and doctors are now telling the family the longer he remains in the condition he's in the less likely it is that he will recover.

Sources tell TMZ, Lamar did indeed squeeze Khloe's hand Wednesday night, which gave everyone hope, but Thursday morning doctors are saying it well could have been an involuntary movement.

As of Thursday morning, our sources say Lamar has shown no signs of consciousness or improvement. We're told 4 organs, including his kidneys, continue to fail. Our sources say doctors have been clear ... the fact that Lamar is not getting better significantly reduces his chances of survival.

As we reported, on Wednesday doctors gave Lamar a 50/50 chance of pulling through.

Seattle Seahawks fullback Derrick Coleman was arrested for hit and run in Washington early Thursday morning ... after cops say he was involved in a crash that may have injured another driver.

According to the police report, Coleman was driving his truck -- which collided with a Honda Civic around 6PM.

In a photo of the crash scene obtained by Q13Fox.com, you can see Coleman's car was knocked on its side and the Honda was flipped completely upside down. It's a miracle no one was killed.

Coleman reportedly walked away from the crash scene -- despite the fact the other driver appeared to be suffering from injuries ... possibly a broken collarbone.

Cops found the 24-year-old near the crash scene and arrested him without incident. A DUI test was administered ... so far, the results haven't been made public.

He was booked into King County Jail where he's being held without bail until he appears in court for a bail hearing.

BTW -- Coleman is famous for being the first legally deaf offensive player in the NFL -- and has said he uses hearing aids and reads Russell Wilson's lips to understand the plays.

If USC is interested in Chip Kelly, that's news to Chip -- 'cause the Philadelphia Eagles coach says no one from the university has reached out to him about replacing Steve Sarkisian.

Chip was at a news conference when he was asked about the rumors Kelly was on the short list to take over the Trojans football program. His reply -- "No."

Still, Kelly says he understands why his name has been kicked around -- "I understand that it’s gonna happen. We’re not successful, we’re not winning, I came from college and I’m gonna go back to college."

He added, "I hope to be like [NY Giants coach Tom Coughlin] someday to win enough games so no one questions whether I want to stay here or not."

Lamar Odom spent a fortune -- $75,000 -- at Love Ranch South in just over 3 days.

Sources at the Ranch tell us, Ranch employees picked Lamar up and chauffeured him from his Vegas home to the ranch, 70 miles away.

When Odom got there he faced a lineup ... consisting of the working girls from which he had the pick of the litter.

He chose 2 girls who were at his beck and call the entire stay.

Lamar had the VIP suite and with room, board and girls ... the total was $75k.

Michael Sam seems to be trying with his former fiance Vito Cammisano -- 'cause they just reunited for the first time since they broke things off back in June.

Sam and Vito hooked up to make a video for Vito's YouTube channel promoting Spirit Day -- where people are supposed to wear purple to take a stand against the bullying of LGBT youth.

First off, props to the guys for putting their issues aside for a good cause -- but check out the clip, you can tell things are still a little weird between the two ... as it would be with most exes after a breakup.

Prince went crazy Wednesday night ... throwing an insane invite-only concert for one of his favorite teams -- the WNBA's Minnesota Lynx -- and he was so pumped, he played for 3 HOURS!!!

It all went down at Paisley Park in Minnesota -- where roughly 150 people, including players, personnel and Target Center staffers, watched His Purpleness jam out to hits like "Purple Rain" and "Let's Go Crazy" ... according to the Star Tribune.

The show began at 12:30 AM and didn't wrap up until roughly 4 AM.

Prince is a HUGE Lynx fan -- he attended the WNBA championship ... and during his concert, he congratulated the ladies while putting signs that read "2015 WNBA Champions" on the video screens.

And if the performance wasn't cool enough already -- the band also broke out a Princeified rendition of "We Are the Champions."

Master P is coming out swingin' at Kobe Bryant -- saying Kobe's public display of emotion over Lamar Odom is an ACT ... because he had the chance to SAVE Lamar, but didn't step up when it counted.

Master P was charged up in the video -- saying he was "like a mentor" to Odom and personally knew how serious Lamar was about wanting to return to the NBA.

He says Kobe was also aware of the situation and could have used his clout with the Lakers to get Odom back on the squad, but instead did nothing.

"If Kobe was his friend ... Kobe, like, owns the team. He could've got the man back on the team ... that's all he wanted."

P also goes off on the NBA -- saying Odom was "blackballed" from the league over his decision to be on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" ... because at the time, the NBA wanted nothing to do with them.

As for Khloe, P says he truly believed Odom loved her -- but made a mistake in marrying her because "he didn't realize what he was getting into." He concludes with a warning to James Harden.

Oscar Pistorius will be released from prison on Tuesday -- and moved to house arrest -- just one year after he was convicted of shooting and killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

A lawyer for Steenkamp's family confirmed the news ... but it's clear, they're pissed.

"Nothing will bring Reeva back," the Steenkamp attorney said ... "[Her parents] are not surprised at all by this announcement. They expected this."

The South African olympian -- aka Blade Runner -- was convicted of culpable homicide for shooting Steenkamp in his home in South Africa on Valentine's Day in 2013. Pistorius claimed he mistook her for an intruder.

Oscar was sentenced to 5 years behind bars -- but a South African parole board has greenlit the move to allow him to go to house arrest ... reportedly a common procedure out there.

Steve Sarkisian is finally saying what we all know -- that he's having a "very difficult time" in the wake of being fired by USC ... but says he's not holding a grudge against the football team.

Sarkisian just issued his first public statement about the termination ... via Twitter ... saying, "This is a very difficult time for my family and me. I am facing these challenges the best I can and your support helps immensely."

He continued, "I wish my Trojans the best against Notre Dame and for the remainder of the season. No one will be cheering them on more than me. Fight On!"

It's interesting ... considering just yesterday USC athletic director Pat Haden said he hadn't heard a peep from Sarkisian since he put him on a leave of absence on Sunday.

The head of the NBA Players Association tells TMZ Sports ... "Lamar Odom's tragedy should not be replicated" ... and she's already drawing up plans to try and save players from a similar fate.

We spoke with executive director Michele A. Roberts ... who told us the NBAPA already reached out to Odom's friends and family to see if they could help out -- from flying family members to Vegas to assistance in medical counseling.

"Lamar was a member of our family. Anything we can do for him we will do for him."

But Roberts says the NBAPA should do MORE in the future to help NBA players who suffer from addiction.

Roberts says she's already drawn up a battle plan to make it so a player who has a problem can seek help without fear they will lose their jobs.

Lamar Odom took 10 Reload pills over the course of 3 days before he fell into unconsciousness -- according to people at the brothel -- and the FDA says the pills are so dangerous they've advised consumers to throw them away IMMEDIATELY.

The FDA determined Reload contained sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra. The label does not reveal the presence of that ingredient, which is normally restricted to prescriptions monitored by a doctor.

The FDA says sildenafil can "lower blood pressure to dangerous levels."

The FDA sent a warning to consumers in 2013, saying, "Consumers should stop using this product immediately and throw it away."

The brothel sold Reload and Lamar got it when he arrived. The Sheriff seized the remaining inventory of Reload from the display case.

Lamar Odom was unconscious with white stuff coming out of his nose when 2 different people at the Love Ranch South dialed 911 to get him medical assistance.

The Nye County Sheriff's Office just released the recordings from 2 employees of the Nevada brothel. They both described a white/pinkish substance running out of his nose and mouth.

The male caller was Richard Hunter, media director of the ranch, and he told the operator Lamar had cocaine on him on Saturday. He also said Lamar was taking heavy doses of the herbal Viagra substitute called Reload.

TMZ broke the story ... doctors determined there was cocaine in Odom's system when he got to the hospital Tuesday afternoon.
