Ex-KC Chief I Might Be Hurtin' ... But My Socks Are 24k Gold!
NFL safety Sanders Commings is taking swag to a new level -- the ex-Kansas City Chief is slangin' socks with friggin' 24k gold stitched right into 'em.
Sanders is a free agent right now, on the mend from a knee injury, but his pimped out plan B is his company Young Hearted Socks -- and the brand's most unique design has to be the Honeycomb.
Commings tells TMZ Sports each sock has a 1/2 gram of gold, and a pair will set you back $150.
The best part? Commings and his partner, Kyle Green, say they're donating 10% of Honeycomb profits to the Atlanta Children's Shelter.
Swag for a cause ... darn genius.

Lou Holtz to Wife Choose My Vice ... Booze, Chicks or a Pipe?
Lou Holtz has one simple pleasure in life, and he just can't do without it -- which is why he had to have a heart-to-heart with his wife when she tried to get him to quit cold turkey.
We ran into the NCAA football legend at LAX ... where he was brandishing his beloved smoking pipe. Holtz told us he's been packing and lighting his baby for 53 years, but for some reason his wife of 54 years recently asked him to kick the habit.
Let's just say that didn't go ever well, but just like his coaching days -- Holtz devised a brilliant game plan to get his way.
Watch and learn young padawans.

Russell Westbrook Knee Deep in PB & J ... You Damn Skippy!!
You can call Russell Westbrook ... Swaggy P.B. -- 'cause the NBA superstar is getting a smooth hookup that could have a serious effect on his game during the upcoming season.
The OKC Thunder guard confessed to Jimmy Kimmel that he has to have a toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwich before every game, and not just any peanut butter will do -- Russ demands Skippy. He did not specify creamy or crunchy (though he seems like a creamy guy to us).
We found out the folks at Skippy got wind of Westbrook's ritual, and they're more than happy to keep him hooked. A Skippy spokesperson tells TMZ Sports, "We'll make sure he's got enough to fuel him all season long."
Westbrook's in the middle of an $80 million contract, so it's not like he couldn't stock up on his own. But if someone's handing you 82 games worth of nutty goodness, the proper response is always ... YES!

Buffalo Bills We Would Never Troll Tom Brady As Pumps Fly Off Shelves
The Buffalo Bills are NOT taking shots at Tom Brady's Deflategate debacle ... they're just innocently trying to sell some ball pumps, and it just happens to be the same week Brady's coming to town.
Yes, the citizens of Buffalo know a joke when they see one, because the Bills team store can barely keep the pumps on shelves. Of course, it looks like a brilliant piece of trolling, but the store insists it's not.
The manager tells TMZ Sports it's not like they started selling the pumps this week -- they've been doing it since the start of the season ... when they knew full well Brady and the Pats were coming to town in week 2.
He does admit, "No one bought them until this week. Now they're going fast."
This has Rex Ryan's fingerprints all over it.

Andre Berto Floyd Screwed Our PPV Numbers!
Andre Berto got some new ammunition for smack talking Floyd Mayweather Jr., and he's already unloading on him -- blaming the champ for their fight's historically low pay-per-view numbers.
Somewhere between 400,000 and 550,000 people bucked up for the fight ... the lowest PPV stats for a Floyd fight in a decade. Berto tells TMZ Sports, "It’s definitely Floyd's fault, He left a sour taste in everybody’s mouth because of the Pacquiao bomb shell."
Berto thinks Floyd underestimates how much fans hate his style of boxing, and that's why they vowed to stop buying his fights -- "As you can see they weren’t bulls**ttin."
Ultimately the low PPV numbers hurt Floyd more than Berto, since Floyd gets a cut of that. Berto got a flat $4 million purse, but says he still tried to put on a good show ... unlike Floyd.
"I knew if he had the chance he would run around and make it boring, but I tried my best to not let that happen and disappoint the people. They deserve excitement.”
Rematch, anyone?

Caitlyn Jenner Check Out My Tips ... On the Course
Caitlyn Jenner proved she can keep up with the boys ... by playing from the most difficult tee box on the golf course.
Jenner hit up Sherwood Lake Club in Thousand Oaks, CA earlier this week, and drove her balls from the tee box farthest from the hole. Golfers call it the tips, and it's reserved for the most skilled players.
Caitlyn is a member of the exclusive Sherwood Country Club -- but while that course is under construction -- members have access to the 3-par course at the Lake Club.
As we previously reported -- Caitlyn will have to reestablish her golfing handicap with the USGA now that she's a woman. This oughta help.
Cordell Broadus Screw Football ... I'm Designing Men's Underwear
Cordell Broadus is trading football jerseys for underwear, but Snoop Dogg's son isn't just wearing the fancy drawers ... he's designing them.
Cordell shocked UCLA (and his dad) when he quit the football program to focus on his film production company -- but TMZ Sports has learned he has another side hustle with underwear co. PSD.
Founder Curt Flaitz tells us teaming up with Cordell was a no-brainer ... "He's a creative guy who's young and hungry. And he's been wearing our stuff forever." Cordell and the PSD team met this week to start mocking up designs that target younger buyers. Or as Flaitz put it ... "You know how there's a cool kids table at lunch. We make our products for those people."
Kyrie Irving, Chandler Parsons, and Marshawn Lynch officially rock PSD as celeb endorsers. Snoop's also a big fan of the brand.
Cordell's Christmas shopping just got a little easier.

Taylor Swift just got an offer from THE Ohio State University to go on a dinner date with star running back Ezekiel Elliott.
Taylor is performing Thursday night in Columbus, and Elliott went all carpe diem and tweeted Swift ... "I see your in town tonight want to grab something to eat after their concert ? Hyde Park tonight?"
Hyde Park is a schmancy steakhouse in Columbus, so on the outside chance Swift accepted ... he better be picking up the tab. That's all Urban Meyer needs is a Taylor Swift-prompted NCAA investigation.
