Not guilty, y'all got to feel Dalvin Cook -- a jury exonerated the Florida State University running back of allegedly punching a woman outside a Tallahassee bar.

The jury took a mere 20 minutes on Monday evening to deliberate the case ... where Cook was accused of punching the 21-year-old FSU student on June 23. Several of Cook's teammates testified that he never laid a hand on the alleged victim.

Cook and his attorney openly celebrated in court as the verdict was announced.

Cook -- who was expected to be one of top RBs in the country -- has been suspended indefinitely from the team. His attorneys wanted to move up his trial date -- originally scheduled for September -- so, the matter could be cleared up before FSU's season begins.

A few hours after the verdict, FSU lifted Cook's suspension yet.

Floyd Mayweather wasted no time flossin' in his brand new $5 million super car ... taking it out to his favorite restaurant in Vegas -- Fatburger ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The boxer had been gunning to buy the Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita for months through his car guy Obi Okeke of Fusion Luxury Motors -- and when he finally took possession over the weekend, he was dyin' to take it for a spin.

We're told he parked the car outside of the Fatburger on the Vegas strip early Sunday morning ... and popped the hood to show people the ridiculously fast engine.

But after onlookers began to crowd the ride, Floyd decided he didn't want to risk driving it home -- too many obstacles -- so he called in a flatbed truck to safely return it to his mansion.

Bad news pimps ... that tricked out blue and yellow Hummer with the baby blue SUEDE interior didn't really belong to Mike Vick ... so says Mike Vick.

The 2001 Hummer H1 -- which looks like one of the "Despicable Me" minions on wheels -- hit the eBay auction block recently ... with the seller touting the fact it used to belong to the NFL star and "no expense was spared."

We called Vick to get the backstory ... and that's when his rep broke the bad news telling us, "It's not his car. He's never owned a Hummer, period."

We're told Vick doesn't want to waste his time taking legal action -- he just wants people to know the truth. He also said he would never ever buy anything that looks like this.

More Lakers props for the Lakers fan who helped subdue a terrorist on a train in France -- with the president of the team telling TMZ Sports she couldn't be more proud of the guy.

We spoke with Lakers president and co-owner Jeanie Buss who tells us ... "We could not be more proud of Anthony Sadler and his friends for stepping up and thwarting what could have been a tragedy."

She adds, "This has touched our hearts ... they showed a lot of courage."

Sadler's mother has said he's a huge Lakers fan and his favorite player is Kobe Bryant.

Now, we've learned ... the Lakers have definitely taken notice and a rep for the team tells us plans are already in the works to honor Sadler -- along with Stone and Skarlatos.

The guys have already received France's highest award -- the Legion of Honor -- and that's cool and all ... but props from the Lakers?? Doesn't get better than that ...

10:59 AM PT -- Seems soccer superstar Thomas Muller has also taken notice of the fact Alek Skarlatos was wearing his Bayern Munich jersey during the incident ... and couldn't be more proud!

Muller posted a note on Twitter saying, "Those are heros. And one of them wears my trikot. Great guys."

People inside the restaurant tell us the two were joined by 6 other people ...and at one point ordered a round of tequila shots for the table.
