Justin Bieber I Can't Party Without A $20k Skate Ramp

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber better bring his best ollies and stick those 360s ... because a Montreal club has built a very unique $20,000 skate ramp for his one-off appearance.

Bieber's hosting a party Saturday at Beachclub -- the same place that threw down for Kylie Jenner's 18th -- and the place has been hammering away for weeks on a custom mini-ramp where Bieber and his guests will shred.

If you're wondering why a wooden skate ramp costs $20k ... it's because it freakin' floats! We're told $10,000 alone got sunk into the ramp's floating supports.

Bieber will also get to hit up the club's adjacent wakeboarding park. The club's getting something back for all its trouble -- we're told Justin's throwing in a 3-song performance to say thanks for the extreme party.

Skate or die!

NHL's Mike Bossy Reunited with Legendary Puck ... Thanks to Famous Rich Guy

Published | Updated

NHL God Mike Bossy just got a HUGE assist from a famous rich guy -- Gavin Maloof -- who shelled out a fortune to reunite Mike with a legendary hockey puck ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story, Bossy lost his famous "50 in 50 puck" -- which he used to score his 50th goal in 50 games back in '81 -- 30 years ago, after his daughter mistakenly gave it away.

The guy who ended up with the puck put it up on eBay back in May -- and when Maloof caught wind of the sale, he tells us he felt compelled to take action to help Bossy get it back.

"I said, 'We need to get this puck. It means a lot to Mr. Bossy,'" Maloof tells TMZ Sports.

"50 goals in 50 games. Only a handful of people have ever done that. I needed to buy this puck. I don't care how much it costs."

Long story short ... Maloof sealed the deal for just under $7,000 and immediately got on the horn to get in touch with Bossy so he could give it back.

"We invited Bossy to Las Vegas, put him up in the Bellagio and are taking him out tonight for a nice steak dinner."

When Bossy got to Sin City, he authenticated the puck and checked out the model for the hockey rink Maloof is hoping to build if the NHL green lights his plan to start a new franchise in Vegas.

As for Mike's daughter, Maloof says Bossy joked that she's finally out of the dog house -- "Once he got the puck back, he let her know that she's finally off the hook."

Ex-NHL Player Sues League Hockey Fights Destroyed Me

Published | Updated

A former professional hockey player is suing the NHL -- claiming he was seriously jacked up from several fights during his career ... and blames the league for failing to look out for his health.

The man behind the lawsuit is Cam Severson -- who was drafted by the San Jose Sharks in 1997.

In his suit, Severson says he was involved in at least 10 fights during his career ... and specifically calls out an instance during the '03-'04 season where he was so badly disoriented, he skated to the wrong bench afterward and sat down with the wrong team.

Severson also references a 2004 fight with Martin Grenier in which he claims he suffered a concussion ... and an incident with enforcer Brad May in 2006 where he says he suffered a "severe concussion."

Severson says the league glorifies dangerous bare knuckle fist fighting ... and cares about fighting even more than the actual game.

Severson says he now suffers from acute migraine syndrome, headaches, memory loss and acute back pain due to his time in the NHL.

He's now hoping to round up a class to take on the league -- claiming the NHL should have done more to protect the players from head trauma. He's suing for more than $5 million.

Charlamagne Tha God Iman Shumpert's New Rap Doesn't Suck ... But He Should Quit

Published | Updated

Charlamagne tha God thinks NBA star Iman Shumpert SUCKS as a rapper -- which is why it's kind of a big deal that he just admitted Iman's new song is actually "not garbage."

The MTV 2 star -- and host of "The Breakfast Club" -- was on "TMZ Hollywood Sports" and gave Shumpert quasi-props on his new rap, "290 West."

"I will say sonically it was okay. It wasnt garbage."

But the problem with Iman as a rapper, according to Charlamagne ... "[He's] shot so many times and missed, that I don't trust him with the ball."

For the record, Charlamagne has been super critical of Iman for a while ... to the point where Iman previously fired back in a diss track.

So, as frosty as this review seems, it's still progress ... right?

"IT'S GONNA BE HARD..."

Shane Mosley tells TMZ Sports he sees the writing on the wall -- acknowledging that Don King might TKO his fight with Ricardo Mayorga next week unless his lawyers can pull off a miracle.

As we previously reported, King claims he has the rights to Mayorga and never signed off on the August 29 fight with Mosley. Shane went to court in Miami hoping to stop King from blocking the fight, but Shane doesn't think it's going his way.

"I feel that it's gonna be kind of hard for the fight to take place ... but there's some things that my legal team said that we can do to make it where we can actually get the fight," Mosley said.

Shane says if the fight DOESN'T happen, not to fear -- "I hear there's other fights, pretty good fights out there as well on the same day. We're gonna see how things go."

Good to know he's got a Plan B.
