Judge to Chris Bosh You Can't Take Your Daughter to the Olympics

Published | Updated

Chris Bosh's 3-year-old daughter will have to watch her daddy's 2012 Olympic run on TV -- a judge has refused to give the Miami Heat star permission to take his baby girl to London next month.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris asked the judge to give him the green light to take her to London to watch him play -- a move his baby mama Allison Mathis was fighting because of possible terrorism.

The judge mulled it over and has now sided with Mathis -- refusing to let Bosh take their daughter overseas. It's unclear exactly why the judge ruled against Bosh.

The judge said the couple is still free to hash out their own agreement outside court -- but we're told Mathis is refusing to budge ... so that's that. Sorry Bosh.

Pacman Jones Ordered to Pay $11 MIL for Strip Club Shooting

Published | Updated

NFL star Pacman Jones has been ordered to pay roughly $11.6 MILLION in damages to the victims of a 2007 strip club shooting in Las Vegas ... TMZ has learned.

Pacman had been sued by Aaron Cudworth and Thomas Urbanski -- two security guards who were shot outside Minxx strip club during an NBA All-Star weekend back in 2007.

The incident was widely reported -- things went crazy inside the club after the NFL star made it rain with hundreds of dollars in singles. According to reports, Jones got upset when one of the dancers began taking the money without his permission.

A fight ensued outside the club ... and three people were shot ... including Cudworth and Urbanski.

The security guards sued Pacman over the shooting -- even though he was not the shooter.

Moments ago, a Nevada jury found Jones to be responsible for the shooting and awarded Cudworth $1.3 million in damages. Urbanski -- who was paralyzed from the waist down in the incident -- got $9.6 million. The winning lawyer was Richard Schonfeld.

Urbanski's wife sued for loss of marital relations and won $750k.

At the time Pacman pled no contest to misdemeanor conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct -- and was sentenced to 1 year probation and 200 hours of community service.

NFL Star Josh Cribbs Delivers on $10,000 Baseball Promise

Published | Updated

Cleveland Browns superstar Josh Cribbs smacked one outta the park with college baseball fans ... 'cause he just came through strong on a promise to put $10k towards a fan road trip to the College World Series.

Cribbs -- who famously attended Kent State University -- was fired up when his alma mater finally earned a spot to play in the CWS in Omaha, Nebraska ... and wanted to make sure the stands were packed with Golden Flashes fans.

So Cribbs put $10k of his own money towards a fan road trip from Cleveland to NE ... so 46 KSU fans could afford to make the journey.

Josh's cash went towards a charter bus, food, shirts, tickets to the games and hotel accommodations -- and in the end, the fans only had to fork over an extra $150 each to cover the remainder of the bill.

Cribbs -- who holds the NFL record with eight kickoff returns for touchdowns -- was there when the bus hit the road this morning (see video) and plans on flying out tomorrow after practice to see the Golden Flashes play their first ever game in the CWS.

It ain't gonna be easy for KSU -- they're all set to square off against a tough Arkansas squad in their first game.

Stanley Cup Boozing with Little People ... and Chuck Liddell

Published | Updated

The Stanley Cup was a whore last night ... because it let all sorts of strangers rub their mouths and butts all over it for hours ... and TMZ has the pics.

The enablers were several members of the world champion L.A. Kings -- who treated Stanley to a night of mayhem at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.

During the show, the Kings were entertained by The Little Kings -- a band of little people dressed up like their NHL counterparts ... who used the cup as a chair when their tiny feet got tired.

We're told the Kings arrived to the party with David Beckham ... and were met at the venue by UFC legend Chuck Liddell ... who filled the cup with beer and had the Kings hoist it up so he could chug with the champs.

But Stanley's night ended early -- 'cause the cup has a curfew. We're told right before midnight, reality star Frankie Delgado and his partner Josh Richman helped the cup's minders whisk Stanley out of the venue ... so it could be all gussied up for today's championship parade.

Judge to Floyd Mayweather: If You're Shriveling Up, It's YOUR Fault

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather just got knocked out by a Nevada judge ... who scoffed at the boxer's claim he is withering away in jail ... essentially ruling Mayweather is acting like a baby.

Floyd had begged the court to let him finish out his sentence for domestic violence on house arrest ... because he's dehydrated and malnourished and it's taking a toll on his body and putting his boxing career in jeopardy.

But moments ago, a judge DENIED Mayweather's request -- ordering him to serve out the remainder of his 3-month sentence behind bars.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the judge called B.S. on Mayweather's claim that he's dehydrated behind bars -- saying the boxer's condition is "self-induced as water is made available to [Floyd] twenty-four hours a day."

As for Floyd's gripe that he's only consuming a fraction of the calories he needs -- the judge says it's because "[Floyd] chooses not to eat the food provided."

The judge also balked at Floyd's complaint that he can't train at a world class level while serving his time -- saying, "While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses."

'Basketball Wives' 3 Girls AXED from Show

Published | Updated

Dwight Howard can finally relax -- because his baby mama Royce Reed (left) just got her ass axed from "Basketball Wives" ... along with two other stars on the show.

Sources connected with production tell TMZ, Jennifer Williams (right) and Kesha Nichols (center) also got the chop -- and will be replaced next season. It's unclear who's in line to take their spots.

According to sources, producers will be giving the girls their walking papers any day now to drop what they called "dead weight" from the show.

We're told Royce was cut because she wasn't legally allowed to talk about Dwight due to a 2009 gag order, blocking her from discussing her ex in any way. The other girls on the show had also decided to ostracize her, so Royce couldn't shoot scenes with the rest of the cast.

As for the others -- producers think Jennifer's too big a liability after suing Nia Crooks for slapping her on the show. And Kesha was just too boring.

A rep for VH1 tells TMZ, “We don't comment on casting until everything is final. Thanks for checking in.”

Lance Armstrong Banned from Triathlons Over Doping Allegations

Published | Updated

Lance Armstrong has been BANNED from competing in triathlons ... effective immediately ... over new allegations that he participated in a massive doping conspiracy.

According to the Washington Post, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has smacked Armstrong with formal charges ... claiming Lance and 5 of his cycling associates conspired to use and distribute illegal substances from 1998 until 2011.

The USADA claims Armstrong has been using EPO, blood transfusions, testosterone, corticosteroids and masking agents.

The USADA also claims it collected blood samples from Armstrong in 2009 and 2010 that were “fully consistent with blood manipulation including EPO use and/or blood transfusions.”

Now, Armstrong is firing back in a new statement .... claiming the allegations are "baseless, motivated by spite and advanced through testimony bought and paid for by promises of anonymity and immunity."

Armstrong continues, "I have never doped, and, unlike many of my accusers, I have competed as an endurance athlete for 25 years with no spike in performance, passed more than 500 drug tests and never failed one."

"That USADA ignores this fundamental distinction and charges me instead of the admitted dopers says far more about USADA, its lack of fairness and this vendetta than it does about my guilt or innocence."

Kris Humphries Accuses Ex-GF Of Running Whore House

Published | Updated

Kris Humphries sicked his lawyer on the fancy New York City hotel his ex-girlfriend works at, telling the manager that Myla Sinanaj ran a brothel out of the hotel and had sex with hotel guests ... so claims Myla's lawyer.

Joe Tacopina, who now reps Myla, tells TMZ ... Kris and his lawyer have been on a search and destroy mission against his client, trying to hide the fact that they have been in a relationship for 5 months.

Tacopina says Kris' lawyer called the hotel manager last week and made the claims. Tacopina believes Kris and his lawyer wanted to get Myla fired, to make a point that she had better shut her mouth about her relationship with Kris ... or else.

By the way, sources connected with Kris confirm his lawyer made the call.

We're told hotel management investigated and quickly determined the allegations were baseless.

Tacopina tells us ... a defamation case against Kris now looms large, and he had better apologize quickly for what he says is shameful, vindictive conduct.

But a source connected with Kris tells TMZ, "He will not be apologizing."

U.S. Soccer Team SORRY We Dissed Our Troops

Published | Updated

The U.S. soccer team insists ... they didn't mean to snub American troops at a Guatemalan airport Monday -- blowing past the soldiers' big welcoming party for the team -- so the players are apologizing.

Team America flew in for a World Cup qualifying match against Guatemala -- and troops stationed in the Central American country came to greet them on the tarmac and cheer them on to victory.

But when the team got off the plane ... they made a beeline for the bus, not saying a word to the soldiers ... not even a "thank you." The troops were understandably insulted.

The soldiers' friends and family took to Facebook to express their disgust -- writing messages like, "What a disgrace that a team that wears our American colors can't take 5 minutes to acknowledge the soldiers that fight for what those colors represent."

Now, a rep for the team tells TMZ, "The players and staff were simply unsure of the correct protocol in terms of engaging the military members on arrival to Guatemala ... [the players] weren't sure if they were welcoming them or providing security."

We're told their apology went over pretty well -- no hard feelings. (FYI -- Guatemala tied the game last night with a late goal in the 83rd minute. Boo.)

Kris Humphries' Ex-GF Apologize for Trashing Me OR ELSE

Published | Updated

Kris Humphries better apologize to his former girlfriend stat, or he's getting sued ... TMZ has learned.

Joe Tacopina, Myla Sinanaj's attorney, tells TMZ ... Kris has gone on a campaign of destruction against her to save his own ass in his divorce from Kim Kardashian. TMZ broke the story, Kris' lawyers contacted the FBI, claiming Myla tried to extort him by demanding a huge sum of money or else she'd spill secrets about their relationship to the media.

Tacopina tells us, "I defy them to show that she has asked for one red cent," adding, "I challenge them to submit Kris Humphries to a polygraph and if he does I will have my client do the same. She never asked him for a penny."

But there's more ... Tacopina says Kris is a boldfaced liar by claiming Myla was a booty call. Tacopina says, "I have hundreds of text messages and phone records which show he constantly contacted her on a steady basis. He'd call her 50 times in a day."

Tacopina says Kris told Myla when pictures of them first surfaced that they had to hide the fact that they were in a relationship. Tacopina says Kris didn't want to screw up his legal war with Kim Kardashian, adding, "It's hard to argue you're heartbroken when you had a steady girlfriend since January."

Tacopina says Humphries' lawyers not only trashed Myla in the media but tried getting her fired from her hotel job. Tacopina says his client has been slandered and, "There will be a retraction and an apology by Humphries and his lawyer, or else."

Chris Bosh Dying Masseuse 911 Call

Published | Updated

TMZ has obtained the 911 call placed by Miami Heat star Chris Bosh after his in-house masseuse collapsed last week ... and later died.

Chris makes the call, begging the operator to send an ambulance -- claiming his masseuse was fading in and out of consciousness ... and turning pale white.

Chris' wife Adrienne later takes the phone, saying, "She can't breathe. Something weird's going on. Oh my God."

As we previously reported, the South Florida masseuse went to Bosh's Miami home to tend to his abdominal injury. She appeared to be in good spirits -- then suddenly collapsed. That's when Bosh called 911.

The masseuse was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died.

A Miami Beach police spokeswoman said the department will conduct its standard death investigation -- but there were no signs of foul play. A cause of death hasn't been released.
