Charlie Sheen went insane at the Staples Center Wednesday night, after a security guard told him he couldn't re-enter the stadium after taking a smoke break -- and it's all caught on video.

A female, no-nonsense security guard would not budge when Charlie tried to get back in, then Charlie snapped, yelling, "You know what? F**king blow my balls, alright, you f**king asshole."

A little later Charlie's buddies try in vain to keep him away from the camera. The "Anger Management" star then explains, "Have common sense and common courtesy gone in society? That was what I was trying to impress upon her."

The guard tells a photog she told Charlie to "F**k off."

FYI, Staples has a policy of not letting people in once they walk out.

Charlie left the stadium without ever getting back in. He told TMZ, "Bad juju. Clash of the silly." And then his parting shot ... "Go Thunder!"

Charlie had a bad time from the get go at the game. On his way into Staples, a taunting fan screamed, "You ever done bath salts?" Charlie's response -- "Would you ask me that at a f**king dinner party you moron ... go f**k yourself."

Despite having three nominations, country darling Taylor Swift skipped the CMT Awards in Nashville last night ... to watch the the L.A. Kings at a bar instead.

Wearing a floral prairie dress and sensible shoes, the 22-year-old -- who also lost in all 3 nominated categories -- was spotted leaving The Cut Saloon in Brentwood after watching Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals.

The serial dater's award no-show comes on the heels of John Mayer complaining in Rolling Stone magazine that he was "humiliated" by Taylor's song "Dear John," which is allegedly about the adult-contemporary crooner.

The Allen Wranglers have informed Terrell Owens he can take a long walk off a short pier -- scoffing at the former NFL star's demands for money and an apology.

TMZ broke the story ... Terrell issued an ultimatum to the Wranglers -- 1) cut him a $160,000 check for 4 games he wasn't paid for, and 2) apologize for saying Owens blew off a team charity event at a children's hospital. If the Wranglers don't comply, T.O. has vowed to sue.

Now, sources tell us the Wranglers aren't budging -- refusing to pay Owens the 160k or issue a mea culpa.

We're told things have gotten downright nasty, with Wranglers owner Jon Frankel accusing Owens of blowing off 4 additional team events ... something T.O. vigorously denies.

Now, T.O.'s tightening the screws -- claiming if the Wranglers don't pony up by the end of business today, he's filing suit.

And how's this for ironic -- right before the Wranglers cut Owens last month, they sent out a letter to season ticket holders asking them to renew their membership ... a letter that prominently featured T.O.'s face. Pretty funny.

Kris Humphries' new woman is already taking swipes at her man's famous ex -- claiming Kim Kardashian's stepdad Bruce Jenner's face "scares me."

Myla Sinanaj has been tweeting constantly since she began dating Humphries in mid-January -- frequently about Kim and the men in her life. Just a couple weeks ago, she unloaded on Bruce, writing, "Bruce Jenner's face scares me- it should be on the 'Why not to get plastic surgery' poster."

A month earlier, Myla targeted Kim's new man Kanye West and his diss track "Theraflu" -- in which Kanye raps, "And I admit I fell in love with Kim ... 'Round the same time she fell in love with him ... That's cool, babygirl, do your thing ... Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team."

Myla wrote, Kanye should be "bigger than taking petty shots at sh*t that got nothing to do with him. Lost respect."

But when it comes to Kim herself -- Myla put the claws away, re-tweeting a pic of Kim with the caption, "Looks like JLO."

We're guessing that's a compliment.

Kris Humphries SAYS he's not dating the chick he was laying side-by-side with on a beach in Miami Saturday, but we know differently.

Kris claims 25-year-old Fatmire Sinanaj (she goes by Myla, and you would too) was just a neighbor whom he had never met before and she just happened to walk out on the beach when he was being photographed. But we found out he flew her from New York City to Miami to spend the weekend with him.

And get this ... We're told they've been seeing each other for months -- since mid-January.

Kris -- who has been telling people he was devastated when Kim Kardashian left him and filed for divorce -- has been seeing Myla a lot ... meeting at various basketball games. We're told Kris provided Myla and her family with courtside seats at some of the games, even allowing her in the area leading up to the locker room. Check out the photos.

Myla works at a prominent, 5-star hotel in New York. They met at the hotel, where she sometimes helped him with various requests.

Former pro wrestling champ John "Bradshaw" Layfield's attempt to climb 7 of the highest mountains in the world just got a quarter million dollar boost ... courtesy of his old cohorts at the WWE.

If you didn't know, JBL has been planning to climb the highest peak on each continent to help raise money for a charity he works with called Family Center -- the group helps needy kids in Bermuda where he lives. JBL was going to pay for the expeditions out of his own pocket until the WWE stepped up to help.

JBL tells TMZ, "The WWE is sponsoring my whole 7 summits trip and will help get the word out across their social media platforms ... all to raise money for the kids program."

45-year old JBL says 100% of the proceeds will go to Family Center -- and he hopes conquering legendary peaks like Everest and Kilimanjaro inspires the kids in Bermuda to know anything is possible.

This is not Chris Bosh's week -- a day after the Miami Heat lost to the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the ECF, a masseuse collapsed at the home of the injured Heat forward ... and later died in the hospital.

According to the police report, the South Florida masseuse went to Bosh's home yesterday to tend to Bosh's abdominal strain and appeared to be in good spirits -- then suddenly collapsed. She was taken to a nearby hospital where she died last night.

A Miami Beach police spokeswoman says the department will conduct its standard death investigation -- but there are no signs of foul play.

1:58 PM PT -- The Dodgers just released a statement, claiming Lasorda was taken to New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, where doctors inserted a stent to correct a blocked artery in Lasorda’s heart. He is resting comfortably and in stable condition.

Lasorda said, “The doctors confirmed I do bleed Dodger Blue."

Baseball legend Tommy Lasorda is currently in a New York hospital after suffering a heart attack Monday, TMZ has learned.

84-year-old Lasorda -- who ended his illustrious coaching career after a prior heart attack in 1996 -- was in NY representing the L.A. Dodgers at the MLB draft, which started yesterday.

Sources tell us ... the heart attack was "mild" and Tommy is expected to be okay -- and the plan is for him to be released tomorrow.

People at the draft began to suspect something was wrong today when Lasorda was not present to announce the Dodgers' draft picks.

Lasorda appeared just fine Sunday, signing autographs at a media gathering and eating at an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn with fellow legend Lou Piniella ... even singing with an accordion player.

It was a real "puck you" to the New Jersey Devils Monday night, as L.A. Kings fans taunted their rivals with blown up images of an even famous-er N.J. franchise -- the cast of "Jersey Shore."

Devils players may not have gotten the joke, since 18 are not even American, but fans sure did.

In the end, Snooki, The Situation, Pauly D and Jwoww may have been L.A.'s secret weapon, because the Kings won 4 zip, which puts them 1 game away from their first Stanley Cup.

"Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada and NFL fiancé Chad Ochocinco are now personae non grata at luxurious Miami hotels, TMZ has learned ... since several establishments have rejected the couple's request to tie the knot at their fancy digs because they don't want glasses and fists flying.

The reality TV couple is currently filming their "BB Wives" spin-off show "Ocho and Eve" ... and the big season finale will feature their glamorous wedding -- but the couple hit a snag because none of the best venues want to deal with their TV show drama.

We're told the St. Regis, The Ritz, and Breakers have all turned the couple down so far ... telling producers they didn't want to deal with any fighting or risk having their hotels portrayed in a negative light on camera.

Undeterred, the wedding is set to film next month ... but the duo is still scrambling to find a location that will take them in.

Attention filthy rich LA Lakers fans -- Lamar Odom does not have a cash-strapped assistant ... something director Penny Marshall learned after getting jacked for several thousand bucks.

Sources tell TMZ the double-cross started at a Lakers game last month ... when a man claiming to be LO's assistant gave Penny a phone number he said was Lamar's.

We're told Penny and the person she thought was Lamar texted back and forth for several days -- when finally "Lamar" asked her to loan his assistant a chunk o' cash. Ever the faithful Lakers fan, Penny forked over more than five grand to the faux "assistant."

After that, we're told "Lamar" suddenly stopped texting, Penny got suspicious, and contacted the real Lamar ... who told her he doesn't even have an assistant.

Former Oklahoma State badass Justin Blackmon insists ... he didn't drive like a drunk lunatic last weekend -- pleading "not guilty" in court yesterday to DUI.

According to the arrest report, Justin was pulled over early Sunday morning in Stillwater, OK for driving 60mph in a 35, and swerving into oncoming traffic. When the officer approached the vehicle, he detected the odor of alcohol.

According to the officer, Justin had red watery eyes and admitted to drinking before getting into the car.

The officer administered a field sobriety test and, after an abysmal performance, Justin was placed under arrest for DUI. When he got back to the police station, Blackmon blew a .24 (three times the legal limit).

Interesting -- Blackmon was recently drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars, but still hasn't signed with the team. It's unclear how the arrest will affect negotiations, but there are reports the Jags will low ball him now.

Jerry Sandusky just arrived at a Pennsylvania courthouse for the start of his sexual abuse trial.

The former Penn State assistant football coach kept it quiet on his way into the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte, PA, where jury selection is scheduled to begin today.

Sandusky faces 52 criminal counts for the alleged abuse of 10 boys over 15 years -- though he denies all the allegations.

Tito Ortiz went behind Jenna Jameson's back to file for a restraining order against the porn legend's close friend ... telling filthy lies to the judge in the process -- so says the friend.

TMZ broke the story ... Tito filed the restraining order docs last week, asking an O.C. court to protect him and Jenna from Shana Burroughs, claiming Shana is a drug-fueled crazy person who stalks the couple and scares their children.

But Shana tells TMZ, she and Jenna have been close pals for years -- long before Jenna met Tito -- and now, the MMA fighter's gunning to sabotage their friendship.

According to Shana, Tito has it out for her because she refused to back him in 2010 when he went public with Jenna's drug problems.

Shana says Jenna had no idea Tito even filed restraining order docs until she confronted her.

As for Tito's drug allegations ... Shana insists she never brought a single drug (prescription or otherwise) into Jenna's home. She tells us, Jenna's DUI was not Shana's fault.
