Kris Humphries New Girl Looks Like Kim ... from a Certain Angle
If you were just looking at her ass, you'd swear the girl hanging with Kris Humphries on the beach yesterday was his ex Kim Kardashian. But from the front ... she's NO KK. Not even close.
Kris and the mystery brunette were spotted in Miami, but when they got wind of the photogs ... they quickly went in separate directions. A sign of new love?
Sources close to KH say, no -- the chick is just a neighbor who happened to sit down next to Kris ... but they're not dating.
While Kim has famously moved on to Kanye West, Kris has yet to publicly declare a successor to the Kim throne.

Metta World Peace Is Labor Day for Slaves?
Metta World Peace can totally school you on the difference between Memorial Day and Veterans Day -- but Labor Day is still an issue ... as evidenced by his run-in with the world's worst tutor, aka our camera guy.
You'll recall, Metta made a Memorial Day flub when he posted, "Happy Labor Day" on Twitter -- but the Lakers star has learned a lot since then, telling us... "Memorial's for guys that served and passed away." Great.
But then MWP says, "I still don't know what Labor Day is" -- and you gotta watch Metta and our camera guy work the problem. Their semi-educated guesses include honoring slaves, Mount Rushmore workers, and "people that passed away, maybe laying brick?"
For the record, according to the U.S. Dept. of Labor ... "Labor Day is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers."
Metta and our camera guy's definitions -- ehhhh ... kinda close.

T.O. to Wranglers I Want an Apology ... and a LOT of Money!!!
Terrell Owens has given the Allen Wranglers an ultimatum -- issue a public apology and cut him a check for the more than $160k he claims they owe him ... or he'll take them to court ... a source close to the football star tells TMZ.
As TMZ first reported, Owens has been considering filing a lawsuit against his former Indoor Football League employers ever since they 86'd him last week. Owens claims they breached his contract when they cut him loose for allegedly skipping a children's hospital visit.
According to our sources, T.O. and his legal team fired off a letter on Friday to Wranglers owner Jon Frankel. We're told T.O. wants a public retraction regarding the team's allegations that T.O. missed the event on purpose -- because T.O. claims the team privately acknowledged a team publicist mixed up the dates.
As for the money ... our sources say T.O. claims he is owed $160,000 (or 4 game checks) the team still has not paid him. T.O. also claims the team owes him 50% of merchandise, tickets and concessions from his time with the team.
We're told if the apology and the money don't come by Tuesday, T.O.'s next step will be to sue.

Unlike Tom, Deion didn't marry it.

Rob Dyrdek to Nets Star Dude, Home ATMs Are Sooo PLAYED Out
Rob Dyrdek is shredding NBA star Deshawn Stevenson's decision to copy him and install an ATM in his kitchen -- not because it's uncool ... but because dude is 5 years behind the times.
Sources close to the MTV star say Rob has retired the cash machine he bought back in 2007 when he was living with his co-star "Big Black." We're told Rob's ATM is now collecting dust in the bowels of his "Fantasy Factory."
As we reported, the Brooklyn Nets' Stevenson says Dyrdek inspired him to make his ballerific ATM purchase -- and even though RD thinks it's dated, he definitely understands why a rich hoops star would do it.
Friday morning Rob tweeted, "For the record, I had to get that ATM cause we used to roll dice nonstop and I was sick of loaning people money."

UCLA Players to Diddy Keep Your Millions Justin Earned Scholarship
Diddy's son might be the RKOC (richest kid on campus) ... but Justin Combs' fellow UCLA student-athletes say daddy big bucks shouldn't have to pay a dime -- because Justin earned his scholarship fair and square.
Diddy's been slammed since it was announced this week his son is getting a full-ride scholarship -- $54,000 worth -- to play football at UCLA. The criticism is that Diddy should foot the bill himself ... leaving the scholarship available for a more needy student-athlete.
However, multiple student-athletes -- some on scholarship, some off -- tell TMZ Diddy's millions are a non-factor because, "If you're good enough to play football that you're getting recruited, it doesn’t matter how much your parents are making."
Another student -- a junior volleyball player -- said Justin "should be able to get [the scholarship] if he's qualified. If he's good enough on field ... I don’t think what his father does should play a role."
Of course, a high school senior struggling to get into college might feel differently.

Evander Holyfield Faces Jail Time for $300k Child Support Debt
Evander Holyfield is staring down some jail time if he doesn't cough up more than $300k in unpaid child support, TMZ has learned.
The GA. Dept. of Human Services has gone to court on behalf of Evander's 18-year-old daughter Emani Holyfield ... claiming the former champ hasn't paid a dime of court ordered child support since April 2010, and his tab is now $372,097.40.
The DHS is fed up with the waiting game ... so it's asking a judge to lock up Holyfield and garnish his wages until he antes up the back support.
Evander's rep tells TMZ she was unaware of the situation but added, "Mr. Holyfield has a wonderful relationship with his daughter."

Manny Pacquiao My Accountants Screwed Up My Taxes
Manny Pacquiao has sued his accountants ... claiming the pencil pushers probably flunked math -- they made so many mistakes on his company's taxes.
Actually Manny's legal action is a countersuit against VisionQwest Resource Group. VisionQwest sued Manny last year for failing to pay their fees.
Now Manny says in his countersuit -- why would anyone pay fees to accountants who not only made "numerous errors" on tax returns but gave "substandard accounting and tax advice." The lawsuit, filed by Dan Petrocelli -- the guy who kicked OJ Simpson's ass in the civil trial -- claims VisionQwest was "unscrupulous" by targeting Manny for a quick profit.
Manny also claims they are illegally holding his tax records hostage.
FUN FACT: In the lawsuit, Manny calls himself "the world's top 'Pound for Pound' professional boxer." He also says he's the 6th highest paid athlete in the world, raking in $40 million from the second half of 2008 through the first half of 2009.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. Surrenders for Jail Stint
Floyd Mayweather Jr. has officially begun his 90-day jail sentence for domestic violence.
Floyd turned himself in to a Vegas jail moments ago -- where he'll serve the remaining 87 days of his sentence. Floyd was given a 3-day credit for time served after his arrest. 50 Cent was present in court for support.
The judge praised the boxing legend for having already completed 45 hours of community service -- 20 hours at Habitat for Humanity, 10 hours at a Nevada food bank called Three Square, and 15 hours at Las Vegas Rescue Mission. Floyd has 55 hours left to complete.
In addition, Floyd has already completed 21 of his 54 required domestic violence classes.
Floyd was supposed to surrender back in January, but the judge postponed his jail date so he could fight Miguel Cotto on May 5th. It was worth it ... Floyd won ... and the fight raked in $94 MILLION in pay-per-view sales. For himself, Floyd earned a reported $32 million ... at least.
Floyd pled guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence back in December for beating up his baby mama in front of their kids.
His next status conference is on November 15th, when Floyd will have to show he's continuing to fulfill his court-ordered obligations.

Lamar Odom Kris Jenner Is NOT My Momager-in-Law
Lamar Odom the basketball player and Lamar Odom the reality star are two completely separate people and he likes to keep it that way ... but maybe he should think about merging the two.
Our photog spotted the former Los Angeles Laker out in L.A. yesterday and asked him if Kris Jenner (mega-manager that she is) is handling his basketball career. Lamar explained, "Those are two separate entities -- the basketball player and the guy that's on reality TV ... She handles the reality star."
An interesting statement from L.O. because when he and Khloe pulled the plug on their reality show ... he claimed he was going to focus on his basketball career. Not a good move on Lamar's part to say he's still in the reality TV world ... if he's serious about having a team take him seriously.
Then again, considering the Kardashians are printing money ... and Lamar's NBA career is well, y'know -- perhaps it IS time to let Kris take over.
