TMZ has confirmed ... Junior Seau is dead. Cops suspect suicide.

Cops in Oceanside, CA are investigating a possible shooting involving former NFL star Junior Seau ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We spoke with an investigator in the coroner's office .. who told us they got a call to respond to the scene ... though the details surrounding the situation are still unclear.

Cops are currently at a residence where 43-year-old Junior is believed to be staying.

People in law enforcement are telling us Junior Seau is dead ... but we are unable to confirm that right now.

Attempts to reach Seau and Seau's people have been unsuccessful.

It's been just over a year since Troy Aikman got divorced ... but it seems the NFL legend is back in the game ... with a smokin' hot mystery blonde. Troy and his P.Y.T. hit up Boa on Sunset Blvd. Monday night ... where Troy and his special friend were confronted by the dreaded ROSE LADY!!! Of course, Aikman handled the situation like a pro. So far, no word on how they met, who she is, are they official, etc.TMZ broke the story ... Troy quietly divorced former Dallas Cowboys publicist Rhonda Worthey back in April after more than a decade together.

UFC fighter and "Ultimate Fighter 9" winner Ross Pearson was arrested on suspicion of DUI this weekend in Vegas ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Ross was pulled over around 4AM early Sunday morning when police noticed his car swerving on the road.

When police approached the vehicle, we're told they observed signs Ross had been drinking and asked him to get out of the car -- where they administered a field sobriety test.

According to law enforcement, Ross performed miserably on the test and was placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI.

He has since been released. Calls to Ross were not returned.

L.A. Lakers star Jordan Hill -- who has just been charged with choking out his girlfriend -- insists the allegations won't affect his playoff game ... and he'll do everything he can to win another championship.

TMZ broke the story ... Jordan was charged today with felony assault after allegedly choking and bruising his GF back in February in Texas.

But Jordan's not letting the accusations distract him -- releasing a statement, claiming, "I promise to keep my focus and attention on the playoffs during this time and to helping my team win another championship."

He adds, "I'd like to apologize to the Lakers organization and to all of their fans for the untimeliness of these accusations."

What's black and white and scrubbed of all things Jersey?? The NEW LOGO for the Brooklyn Nets ... designed by part owner of the team Jay-Z. Jigga what?

The team -- which will be relocated from NJ to Brooklyn next season -- just released the new colorless logo ... which is already being hailed as "the new badge for Brooklyn."

Jay-Z, who is being credited with playing an "instrumental" role in the creation of the new logo, said in a statement, "The boldness of the designs demonstrate the confidence we have in our new direction ... The new colors and logos are examples of our commitment to update and refine all aspects of the team."

So, we gotta ask ...

11:40 AM PDT: TMZ has obtained the police report describing the incident, and it reveals that the alleged victim is Hill's girlfriend, Darlene Luna.

According to the report, Luna dated Hill for 2 years. Luna claims Hill assaulted her and left bruises on her legs and then tried to choke her. It's interesting -- Luna's complaint to cops was lodged 1 month after the alleged incident.

The report says Luna was uncertain as to whether she'll press charges.

11:27 AM PDT -- A rep for the Lakers tells TMZ ... "We are aware of the media reports alleging an incident involving Jordan Hill from two months ago when he was a member of the Houston Rockets."

"We do not have any details regarding these reports and therefore, as well as due to the personal and legal aspects, it would not be appropriate for us to comment."

Los Angeles Lakers big man Jordan Hill has just been charged with felony assault for allegedly choking a family member during an altercation in Texas earlier this year ... TMZ has learned.

The charge was filed by the Harris County District Attorney in Houston. It's unclear whom Hill is accused of attacking.

The alleged incident took place on February 29. If convicted, Hill faces up to 10 years in prison.

24-year-old Hill was recently traded to the Lakers from Houston in exchange for Derek Fisher ... and has become a key member of the team.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have decided to pull the plug on their spin-off show "Khloe & Lamar."

Sources tell TMZ, the show's second season will be its last ... because Lamar wants to focus on reviving his fizzling NBA career. We're told E! is still trying to convince the couple to reconsider, but K&L are standing firm ... they just don't want to do it anymore.

As we previously reported, Lamar was relegated to the Dallas Mavericks' inactive list after putting up career low numbers this season. If he's lucky, he'll be traded. If not, who knows ...

But we're told Lamar is determined to make a comeback -- and he feels he should focus on only one project. Lamar will be living in L.A. full-time and he's hired trainers to help him get his game back.

According to sources, Khloe and Lamar WILL make occasional appearances on the reality mother ship,"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" -- but that's it. No mas.

Lamar Odom is a man without a team right now, but one of the members of the Los Angeles Lakers says he'd be welcome back to the team with open arms.

The Lakers traded Odom to the Dallas Mavericks before the season and it never worked out. Odom was in a funk all year and eventually the team placed him on the inactive list.

Matt Barnes -- who played with Odom for just one season -- told our photog this weekend the team could "always use L.O."

One of Michael Turner's many baby mamas continues to rip him on Twitter despite a court agreement prohibiting her from doing so ... and the star running back wants a judge to get her to stop ... ASAP.

Turner and baby mama Maria Grissom are battling in court over Turner's daycare payments for their daughter. According to documents filed in Georgia, Grissom claims the Atlanta Falcons superstar NEVER pays his daughter's school money on time is demanding he pay her up to four years in advance ... to the tune of $59,121.

But Turner is firing back ... claiming he DOES pay the school on time and it's Grissom who is in the wrong ... blasting his personal life drama all over her Twitter account in violation of their court agreement.

In the docs, Grissom admits to the Twitter rampage, but is adamant that it's Turner's fault ... claiming she had to defend her reputation ever since one of Turner's OTHER baby mamas (he has four in all) was involved in a "ghetto fight" at his house that made national news.

Turner is requesting to pay all the money he owes directly to the day care and NOT to his baby mama, and for her to stop talking trash about him on the internet.

Allen Iverson's estranged wife is frightened of her husband -- claiming the NBA legend has been harassing her and her family ... and now, she wants a restraining order.

Tawanna Iverson just filed legal docs in the couple's bitter divorce battle -- claiming Allen "has engaged in increasingly contemptuous, threatening, and disturbing behavior" over the last few months ... and she's afraid things will get worse.

Tawanna is asking for a judge to issue a protective order stat. It's unclear whether she wants Iverson to stay away physically, or just stop harassing her.

Tawanna also claims Allen is hiding big money from her -- and she wants a judge to stop him.

Wrestling legend Scott Hall is in trouble once again -- but it's not with the law (for a change) ... it's with his financier, who claims Hall defaulted on a mortgage and now owes him $75,000.

According to a lawsuit filed in Florida, Hall borrowed $75,000 to buy a house in Seminole County in June 2011. The lawsuit claims Hall missed his final balloon payment due last December and has flat out refused to pay it.

The docs say Hall -- who was arrested this month for allegedly beating his girlfriend -- is not even living in the home in question and it currently vacant.

The lender is looking to foreclose on the house and sell it ... and wants Hall to pay the difference (if there is one).

Sabu -- a hardcore wrestling icon -- was rushed to the hospital before a scheduled event tonight in Pennsylvania ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in Travose, PA tell TMZ they were dispatched to a hotel for a medical emergency, but wouldn't elaborate. The manager at the hotel where Sabu was staying tells TMZ the staff there felt the wrestler was intoxicated when paramedics were called.

A source close to Sabu tells TMZ he had been MIA all day and promoters for an ECW reunion event he was scheduled to appear at could not get in touch with him.

According to our source, Sabu had an allergic reaction to a medication he had been taking.

Sabu is one of the top-billed wrestlers at the Extreme Reunion tonight, but we're told he'll be a no-show.

A rep for the event tells TMZ, "Sabu was found unresponsive in his hotel room earlier today when event staff went to his room to pick him up for tonight's show. Management is currently awaiting results from his doctors to find out what actually happened."

The rep continues, "All we know is that he had prior health issues that might have been a contributing factor. We're pulling for him and are very concerned for his health. We wish him the best of luck in his recovery."

Reigning NBA MVP Derrick Rose of the Chicago Bulls suffered a torn ACL today and will miss the rest of the season, the team announced.

The injury occurred with just over a minute to go and the Bulls clearly about to win.

Rose played in only 39 games this season because of a litany of injuries ... including turf toe, back spasms, pulled groin and foot injuries.

Just months after getting engaged to his baby mama, NBA star Gilbert Arenas decided he wants to drop his lawsuit over her reality show "Basketball Wives: LA" -- but with one catch ... he can bring it back any time he sees fit.

If you recall ... the Grizzlies star filed a suit over the VH1 series -- which featured his then ex-girlfriend Laura Govan -- claiming the show and his ex had NO right to make money using his image without his permission.

Now the b-baller is changing his tune, asking the court to dismiss the suit -- coincidentally after his ex officially became his fiancée. But Arenas still wants to keep his right to bring it back whenever he wants, in case he feels exploited again ... or if ya know, the engagement goes south.

As TMZ previously reported ... Kaely -- who is battling stage 4 anaplastic large-cell lymphoma -- was invited to be Humphries' guest of honor at a Nets game ... once he found out it was her dream to hang out with the NBA superstar.

Sources close to Kris tell TMZ ... after meeting Kaely following the Nets game on April 23, he is determined use his star power to help raise money for the 16-year-old, in order to help her family with the staggering financial costs.

We're told Humphries is also excited to get the teenager to as many games as possible next season, since Kaely said the unforgettable experience lifted her spirits tremendously.

Robert Griffin III was the number two overall draft pick of the Washington Redskins during Thursday night's NFL Draft ... which nets him a big contract and HUGE perks ... like VIP treatment from Jay-Z during his NFL Draft party at the 40/40 Club.

RG III, Trent Richardson and Quinton Coples were just of the picks in attendance. The guests dined on signature dishes from executive chug Mike Shand -- including wings, chicken fingers, BBQ pulled turkey sliders and classic beef slides.

New York Giants stud WR Victor Cruz was also there ... and he and RG III got bottles of champagne as gifts for the night.
