Buff Bagwell is finally breathing and eating on his own ... after nearly dying in a horrific car crash Monday ... this according to the wrestler's wife.

TMZ spoke with Judy Bagwell ... who tells us the former WCW superstar had been hooked up to a breathing tube while emergency room doctors were scrambling to treat major injuries to his face and spine.

But now, Judy says, "The breathing tube was removed on Wednesday ... he is talking ... he's eating solid foods."

"[Doctors] were really shocked that he was communicating so soon ... he's a fighter."

As we previously reported, Buff flipped his Jeep after suffering a seizure behind the wheel.

Judy says Buff's already been contacted by a few of his old WCW buddies ... including Sting, Scott and Rick Steiner and "Diamond" Dallas Page.

Detroit Tigers star Delmon Young was arrested in NYC this morning after allegedly screaming a bunch of anti-Semitic slurs at a man in a yarmulke ... and then fighting another dude.

According to the NY Post, 26-year-old Young was approached by a panhandler who appeared Jewish ... when the MLB star exploded in anger ... screaming, "F*cking Jews! F*cking Jews!"

Another man confronted Young ... and things reportedly got physical ... with Young allegedly scratching the guy and pushing him to the ground in the lobby of the Roosevelt Hotel.

He's one the most elite athletes in the world ... his body is a friggin' temple ... and that's why we're kinda shocked by what Robert Griffin III had for breakfast AND lunch yesterday ... hours before the draft.

We ran into RG3 on the streets of NYC, just a short time before he was drafted 2nd overall by the Washington Redskins ... and after he told us about his deliciously unhealthy breakfast ... dude carried a pizza box back to his hotel room.

And THAT is how you win over the Hogettes ... (also, winning doesn't hurt).

Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III -- Mr. #1 and Mr. #2 in the NFL draft -- gave TMZ a preview of their passing skills ... but it was Mr.#22, Brandon Weeden who really impressed. Go ... Browns?

WWE superstar Rey Mysterio has been suspended ... after violating the organization's Talent Wellness Program for a SECOND time ... this according to WWE officials.

The organization released a statement saying, "In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio) for 60 days effective Thursday, April 26 for his second violation of the company's policy. "

WWE would did not reveal any further details about the violation.

Deion Sanders insists ... he never laid a finger on his estranged wife Pilar during a nuclear argument in their Texas mansion Monday -- telling TMZ, "I would never touch a woman. That's not me."

Deion -- who's in NYC for the NFL Draft with his two sons -- told us the citation he received for simple assault this week is BS ... because he "never did that stuff."

As we previously reported, cops in Prosper, TX issued Deion a ticket for misdemeanor simple assault for his role in Monday's altercation -- when Pilar allegedly jumped him in his bedroom ... "kicking, biting, and scratching" him in front of his sons.

Deion has insisted from the beginning -- he never harmed Pilar, and only "defended" himself until he was able to call police.

Hulk Hogan is freaking OUT over screengrabs of his alleged sex tape that have leaked onto the Internet -- and now, the wrestling legend's taking legal action ... sending in his lawyer to clean up the XXX mess.

The black-and-white pics -- which appear to show a naked Hulk doing the nasty with an unidentified female -- surfaced on TheDirty.com last week ... and more pics followed.

But Hulk isn't taking the affront on his knees -- unlike a certain unidentified female -- in fact, his lawyer just fired off a cease and desist letter to TheDirty.com editor Nik Richie, demanding Nik take down the pics forthwith ... or face a lawsuit.

The lawyer writes, "As you know, should a sex tape or photographs of Mr. Bollea exist, they were taken without his consent and therefore the same would constitute a felony in the State of Florida."

We're told Nik and TheDirty.com have no plans to remove the pictures in question. Stay tuned ...

Former WCW wrestling star Buff Bagwell's near-fatal accident this week may have been the result of a seizure induced by a sudden change in medication -- this according to his wife.

Buff's wife dialed 911 Monday -- right around the time of his accident -- claiming Buff had just called her on the road, saying he was about to have a seizure. Buff's wife was worried, so she called 911.

She told the operator, "He's been cutting back on taking certain medications, and he is on a medication right now for a bacteria that’s in his system from another antibiotic. He's trying to cut back on pain pills, and maybe that’s what's causing [the seizure]."

She adds, Buff "has had a seizure before from the same thing."

Another 911 caller, an eyewitness who ran to Bagwell's aid after the accident, claims the 42-year-old was barely conscious with "a lot of blood on his face."

Former WCW wrestling star Buff Bagwell is in intensive care at an Atlanta-area hospital after flipping his Jeep ... reportedly breaking several bones in his neck.

According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the accident occurred "late Monday" ... leaving the 42-year-old with broken bones in his neck and face ... and a broken jaw.

Bagwell was transported to a nearby hospital, where was admitted to the intensive care unit in serious condition ... and sedated due to the extent of his injuries.

7:31 AM PDT -- According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Bagwell called his wife from his Jeep around 1:30 PM ... and "advised her he was getting ready to have a seizure."

Bagwell lost control of his vehicle a short time later ... spinning across the raised median, which caused the Jeep to flip over.

Deion Sanders shares some of the blame for the fight with his estranged wife Pilar Sanders ... according to police who have cited the NFL Hall of Famer for assault.

Cops in Prosper, Texas investigated the altercation that went down Monday at Deion's home ... and decided to give him a ticket for misdemeanor simple assault.

As TMZ first reported, Pilar was arrested a few hours after the incident ... in which Deion claims she and a friend jumped him. Pilar didn't get off as easy as Deion -- she was arrested and posed for a mug shot ... albeit a pretty glamorous one.

Pilar was booked for a misdemeanor ... "assault family violence."

Deion Sanders' estranged wife has just been released from jail after her domestic violence arrest yesterday -- and she's forbidden from returning home ... for the next 60 days.

A judge issued an emergency protective order against Pilar Sanders today before releasing her from custody, banning her from entering the ex-couple's Texas mansion for the next two months. She's also prohibited from threatening or harassing any member of the family.

But on her way out of jail, Pilar told reporters, "I am innocent. I understand that I have a very little chance at beating a Hall of Fame, two-sport man that everyone seems to love and adore. I am a full-time mom 100 percent for my children and I have just not gotten a fair shake."

Cops are on the hunt for Dennis Rodman ... we've learned he's about to be arrested for failing to pay child support.

Rodman owes $179,000 in back child support. An even bigger problem for the worm is that he owes the dough in Florida, which jails deadbeat dads.

After police hook Rodman up, he can bail out for $4,949.95 -- or he can stay in jail and buy a flat screen.

By the way, Rodman is also a wanted man because he failed to show up for his last child support hearing.

Rodman's longtime lawyers, Bradford Cohen and Vanessa Prieto, tell TMZ ... they'll walk Dennis into court this AM to "clear it all up." The lawyers say Dennis was never properly served with legal papers, so he had no idea there was a hearing. As for not paying his child support ... we'll see what the lawyers say about that.

One final thing. There's another pesky child support matter hanging over Dennis' head. He owes more than $800,000 in back child support to his ex-wife, Michelle Rodman. Dennis says he can't afford to pay the tab.

9:30 AM PT: Dennis Rodman is no longer a wanted man in Florida -- his arrest warrant has just been REVOKED.

Rodman and his lawyer showed up to court this morning in Broward County -- and we're told Rodman explained he's currently in the process of fighting the $179,000 child support order that triggered the warrant, so the judge agreed to dismiss it.

Pilar Sanders has been arrested for domestic violence after allegedly attacking Deion Sanders in their Texas home this afternoon.

According to the Colin County Jail website ... Pilar was booked for "assault family violence" -- a misdemeanor.

As TMZ reported, NFL Hall of Famer Deion claims his estranged wife, Pilar and her friend jumped him in his bedroom earlier today. Deion says two of his sons witnessed the alleged attack.

Although Pilar and Deion are going through a bitter, BITTER divorce ... they are still living together in their suburban Dallas home.

Deion told TMZ Pilar had been taken to the hospital immediately after the incident -- claiming she needed medical treatment -- but she is now in police custody.

Deion Sanders' nuclear divorce has gone to DEFCON 2 because he just called police after his estranged wife allegedly jumped him ... and now he wants her locked up.

TMZ has learned there is a police car and a fire truck outside Deion's home in suburban Dallas. We spoke with Deion ... who told us Pilar Sanders was transported to the hospital after claiming she needed medical attention.

Deion tells us he was in his bedroom when Pilar busted in with a friend and began "kicking, biting, and scratching" him in front of his sons. He says he merely defended himself until he was able to call police.

Moments after the alleged attack ... Deion tweeted, "Pray for me and my kids now! They just witnessed their mother and a friend jump me in my room. She's going to jail n I'm pressing charges!"

He continued ... "I'm sad my boys witnessed this mess but I warned the police department here that she was gone try n harm me and my boys."

Deion also tweeted a photo of himself and his boys as he filled out a police report.

Andrew Luck touched down in New Jersey yesterday ... looking just like a regular guy ... not the probable #1 overall pick in Thursday's 2012 NFL Draft.

The 22-year-old former Stanford QB arrived to Newark Airport all by himself ... no handlers, no fanfare ... just some headphones, a backpack and an American flag t-shirt.

Luck -- 6'4", 234 lbs -- signed autographs for fans ... and even posed for a few pics. There was one item Luck refused to sign ... but it's unclear why.

Take a good hard look ... this might be the last time you see the 22-year-old before he signs a contract that will make him a multi-millionaire.

NFL star Braylon Edwards just settled a slander lawsuit that he claimed cost him a $15 million NFL contract -- but he's being magnanimous about it ... and donating his settlement money to charity, TMZ has learned.

The former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver filed a $14 million suit against a Detroit restaurant and several employees for slander and extortion back in 2011... claiming their false accusations about him being involved in a bar fight cost him a HUGE contract deal with an NFL team.

Edwards reached a settlement with everyone involved and dropped his suit last month. Sources close to Edwards tell TMZ he was happy to put an end to the matter because he wants to take this time to focus on football instead. Edwards is currently a free agent.

According to our sources, Edwards took the settlement money and established scholarships for 100 kids.
