Seattle Seahawks Star's Ex He Gave Me a House ... And Then Kicked Me Out of It!
Seattle Seahawks sack machine Chris Clemons callously kicked his ex-wife out of his giant house after she drained her LIFE SAVINGS -- this according to new legal docs -- and now she's out for payback ... again.
As we first reported, Clemons and his ex Veranetta finalized their divorce last month and Chris agreed to fork over $500,000 and a Land Rover.
But Veranetta just filed new legal docs claiming Chris felt bad about the sudden split and wanted to give her more than just the settlement amount ... so he offered her his Georgia mansion as well.
Veranetta says she moved in on Chris' word -- before he paid her the $500,000 -- and spent every penny she had on other things, figuring she didn't have to worry about her living situation any longer.
Veranetta claims she then asked Chris to pay her $74,856 in attorneys' fees as well -- and for some reason, Chris flipped at the demand ... revoking the house gift and insisting Veranetta clear the premises.
We're told Chris paid Veranetta the original $500,000 settlement and she took off -- but now she's firing back ... demanding $82,687 in attorneys' fees.
It's unclear who got to keep the furniture. Calls to Chris were not returned.

NFL Star Jay Cutler Check Out My Million Dollar Penthouse ... it's RENTED!
NFL quarterback Jay Cutler has a brand new Chicago penthouse -- BUT it seems he's not laying down any permanent Chitown roots ... choosing to rent, rather than buy the million dollar pad.
The Chicago Bears star, whose $30 million contract expires in two seasons, is the proud new tenant of a 2,000 sq. ft, 3-bdrm, 3-bath condo at the very top of a Chicago high-rise.
His swanky new crib also boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and panoramic city views ... so next time he's benched with a broken thumb he'll have plenty to stare at.
The apartment would sell for a shade over a million dollars -- but Cutler, who is expecting a baby with fiancée Kristin Cavallari, is shelling out around $6,100 a month in rent for the sleek, but not-so-permanent digs.

NFL Star Antonio Cromartie We're Foreclosing on Your Home
NY Jets superstar Antonio Cromartie -- the dude with 10 kids (and 2 on the way) -- is in danger of losing the house he bought with his mom back in 2006 ... right AFTER he became a multi-millionaire ... TMZ has learned.
Cromartie is being sued by the Bank of NY ... for allegedly blowing off $105,381 in missed mortgage payments on an 864 sq. foot home he bought in his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida in November '06.
According to Zillow.com, Cromartie bought the house for $135k. Docs show he co-signed on the loan with his mom right after he was selected in the 1st round of the 2006 NFL Draft ... and they locked in on a ridiculously high 9.7% interest rate.
Bank of NY claims Antonio stopped making payments in 2010 ... and now it wants a judge to force the Pro Bowler to hand over the keys to the property AND make good on his mortgage payments ... plus interest.
We're guessing the bank is aware of the MASSIVE contract he signed with the Jets last year ... 4-years, $32 million ... which probably isn't that much considering he's got 12 mouths to feed ... plus baby mamas.
Calls to Cromartie's reps have not been returned.

As we previously reported, Shockey has been considering taking legal action against Sapp ... claiming Warren went on the NFL Network and FALSELY identified Jeremy as the man who blew the whistle on the New Orleans Saints just a few months ago.
For those unfamiliar with the bounty scandal ... the Saints were punished BIGTIME when league officials discovered players were encouraged to intentionally injure certain opponents ... and were even rewarded with cash prizes. Bad stuff.
Now, Sapp has filed new docs in bankruptcy court, listing Shockey as a potential creditor ... joining a long list of creditors that includes baby mamas, the IRS and a speech therapist.

Dwight Howard's Baby Mama Dear Judge ... Please Let Me Trash My Ex!!!
Dwight Howard's baby mama -- "Basketball Wives" star Royce Reed -- desperately wants the freedom to publicly trash talk her ex ... so she's asking a judge to lift the gag order that forces her to keep her mouth shut.
Royce had agreed to gag herself back in 2009 in her never-ending, bitter custody dispute with Dwight. But Reed now has a few things on her mind that she wants to share with anyone who will listen. Reading between the lines, here's what she wants to say:
-- Dwight is not morally fit to have custody of their son
-- Dwight's mental state is sketchy
-- Dwight has funny substances laying around the house the kid shouldn't see
-- And she has other horrible things she wants to say about Dwight
Mind you, those are just allegations, but she wants to file legal docs making these allegations and she wants the documents available to the public.
A judge has yet to rule on the request.
